I am happy to share that i availed the services from PNB housing Ambattur. The Service by the Executives are really Good.

I am trying to contact the PNB House Finance peoples to very long time but the landline no will ring after few seconds the line will be cut. It is very worst in customer services.

PoorCheating the borrowers.waste never select this institution.

They are very worst in service, and they not follow the RBI guideline with respective of Interest detection as per market value, there will be 2.5% interest rates are higher than the market value, for example currently SBI offering for existing home loan customer 7.XX %, but still PNB charging 9.45%, they say banking rules are not applicable to them as they are running in the name of housing finance limited, I request to the public dont apply any loan with PNB.

Only worst housing limited i came across so far in customer service and policies are all favour to them not for customers. If you are planning to take loan or fixed deposit with them not for it. There is lot of other options in the market.

In this bank staff not supporting us. Please dont give any fees before they processed loan application due to my application rejected and fees collected from me and not refund my fees 5900 INR. Also our application rejected reason very funny path 4 ft and temple not to be beside your site.
