Friendly & professional staff - what one would expect from such a hotel. Not just the pretty faces in reception, every time someone came to the room, they had a warm smile and a gentle nod.Great facilities - wouldnt spend so much in a hotel generally but got a great deal so chose to stay. Rooms are clean, spacious, lots of fancy stuff and great stuff - again things that one would expect from such a hotel!Service - annoyed us a little as we had to make three calls thrice for getting three different things. Guess 3 is a bad number for the hotel. But the staff with their smile made us feel better at end.Loved the gesture of plates and cutlery being made available for guests even if they are ordering food from outside. The note said we wish you had ordered from us, but here are some plates for you to use. Enjoy your meal. What a nice gesture.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and pleasant stay at Novotel Sipcot Hotel. I enjoyed this stay along with my family. Atmosphere is good.. Childrens sports activities are available to spend your times with Kids. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Property located on OMR road very close to IT Park. Buffet breakfast was good. Good hotel for Business personal.. Family and couples.

It is a well cleaned, starts from check in till checkout you can see all the smiling faces around. Guest relations staff Ms. Tamil is very courteous. Reception desk is very attentive. Well maintained Air-conditioned rooms with good furniture fittings.

Woow.. what a leisure time with family. Enjoyed a day stay with family after a long time due covid. Unfortunately the pool is not accessible also the Playstation is under maintenance. Rest all were awesome. Forgot to mention that the price is cheaper with provided ambience and comfortness. Would highly recommend 👌

Good for the business person as it is close proximty to SIPCOT and to cover the family they have games. staff are polite and accommodative. They supported us by providing the selected menu from buffet dinner due to our meeting and not able to turn to restaurant.

I have a review about their food.I packed food from here to have it at home and lets just say it was NOT GOOD. I ordered Paneer, Mutton, and Garlic naan. Heres the review:1. EVERY SINGLE naan was burnt. I could only taste coal.2. Paneer had absolutely no masala. It was like I was eating tastless gravy.3. Mutton was definitely stale. I could not eat more than two bites of it along with the burnt naan.My stomach is now hurting due to the burnt naans.If you want to have food, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Any local dhaba will serve you food which is 10 times better and cheaper.

We had one of the worst experience in Novotel Sipcot Chennai. The complete room was unhygienic and cockroaches smell. The complete room filled up with the dust and as soon as entered, I got allergic attack with disturbed nose. We had a very bad experience in Novotel.

A very pleasant stay with great staff. Every one front office to housekeeping makes you feel at home. Mr. Lav the manger makes sure you have a home away from home. Ms. Debjani the house keeping staff ensued that I had a great room to go back to after a long days work. All in all one of the best stays I have had. 100% recommended

Came for a day stay with lunch included. The spread was extensive, amazing and tasty. Cauliflower soup was my discovery of the day, was very warm and comforting. Salads, appetizers, baked cheese and veggies, different stuffed parathas, curries, chocolate pudding, caramel banana mouse all were a treat to eat. Enjoyed thoroughly.

Everything was mismanaged. the staff working there had no clarity on basic information. the food was bad and the staff did not accept positive criticism. the staffs were so confused about everything, there was no clarity on prices of food and booking of room, inquiries through calls were managed by rude staff members. the room service did not give an immediate response. the overall experience at Novotel SIPCOT was very bad. will not visit again :)
