I completed my 3 months yoga practice here. After practice I felt very improved health from previous. I was planning for a second baby. Before that some health issues were there. After the yoga practice I have recovered from those issues. Its nice place and comfortable to do yoga at our comfortable timings. Thats good. Madam Rajeswari is a good trainer for both yoga and mental health improvement.. She helped a lot...

I have been practicing yoga at this center for almost close to 7 years now. Initially i had approached the center for general fitness ,after i was down with fever,with zero knowledge on yoga. I took the 3 months course ,after which i started noticing great improvements in my heath. I continued to practice yoga in the center for almost 7 years now.I would recommend this center to anyone who is looking to start on yoga or practice yoga regularly. My teacher Rajeswari mam is very knowledgeable on yoga and teaches asanas according to ones health needs.

Initially, I approached Yoga for all Ages for general health improvement. But within 2-3 months, I realized a lot of changes in my general stamina and my energy levels. Earlier, I used to get fatigued and tired within few hours of my day to day work. But after starting yoga, there was a drastic improvement in me. I was able to work for longer hours without feeling tired. My weight also reduced almost 5 Kgs within 6 months without any diet restrictions. The only change in my food routine was that I started having my dinner by 7.30 pm which I am still following. I was also introduced to meditation and was taught to look at life around me positively. I owe a lot to my yoga teacher for my present healthy life and instilling so many positive thoughts in me.

Om ShanthiMy name is Kanakasundaravalli, I am an Officer retired from TN Government Service. After retirement, I spent my time with my family and grandchildren. While so, I felt a need for a change of scenario. I came to know that yoga suited for people of all ages. I also came to that this centre was functioning from ThillaiGanga Nagar 28th Street, which is very close to my residence. I met Smt. Rajeswari, the person managing the Yoga Centre and requested her to enroll me for the Yoga Centre. She readily admitted me in the Yoga Centre. My age is 72 years.I have been practising Yoga and meditation for the past one year and Ifeel that I am able to focus my mind while doing yoga and meditation. Myenergy levels increase during this exercise. I stay away from people who carry negative thoughts or actions. Owing to my practising yoga and meditation, I am able to generate positive thoughts, love and affection towards everybody. I also find that age is not a bar for this exercise. I sincerely thank Bhabaji and Smt.Rajeswari for this wonderful experience

I had overweight issue due to hospitalization for a week but the yoga classes made me leaner and fitter. It keeps me energized the whole day. I LEARNED YOGA HERE. IT IS VERY GOOD. IT GIVES VERY GOOD FLEXIBILITY TO THE BODY. NECK PAIN AND KNEE PAIN REDUCED. IMPROVES BREATHING AND CONCENTRATION. IT IS VERY USEFUL AT THIS PANDAMIC TIME. Om shanthi,I took yogasana classes in 2012-2013 .it was a turning point in my life. yogasanas ,pranayamas helped me to address my health issues . Rajeswari ma is Gods angel for me,she is my spiritual mother who nurtured me and my spiritual life started and today my personal ,social life is fully peaceful, purposeful,joyful .she is a great teacher,friend,mentor and a selfless server.both physical and spiritual strength is must,must,at these kind of uncertain times.our yoga for all ages is the best place for our holistic ,overall wellbeing.💐💐🌹🌹🌈⭐. She helped me bring down my BP instantly during my pregnancy. When the doctors scared me of pre-eclampsia, the meditation classes that she conducts brought calmness in me and my family. She was able to reduce sleep apnea issues by teaching breathing exercises. Kudos to her solutions, spirituality, cooperation and patience. Love to have a long term relationship with her. Om Shanthi!I am Revathi working in the IT industry, i decided to join yoga class for both physical and mental fitness. So i joined 3 months course in Yoga for all Ages, Rajeshwari mam gave me guidance for diet and taught Heavy warmups for weight reduction(for about 45 mins) before doing asanas & Pranayams and lost about 3-4 kgs within 2 months & i feel more flexible and confident. Really Impressive!It is great place to learn yoga asanas and Meditation! In the center i always feel more energetic and surrounded by positive vibes. About Rajeshwari mam, No Words to explain, her dedication towards each and every student is really awesome. Such Wonderful, hardworking and brave woman, and of course she became my inspiration and i am seeing her as gods gift to us. I am working in a Software Company doing night shift.. because of my work style, I used to get headache repeatedly and use tablets.. I visited Yoga For All Ages for regular practice of yogasana to improve my health. I started doing yogasanas about 30 per day and Surya namaskar in one hour with guidance of Rajeswari Mam.. stretching my body all joints perfectly for one hour really helped a lot and felt good improvement in my health and now not getting any headache though I continue working in night shifts.. i do daily yoga by connecting thru online classes conducted by Mam in lockdown period too.. nice place to learn yoga for good physical health and meditation for peace of mind.. very spacious hall with good ventilation and sunlight.. liked it very much.. I attended yoga class here for 3 months in 2013 and then 2 months in 2017. Yoga teacher, Rajeswari madam, is really a hard-working person and took care of each student. It was really a different experience.
