This is the worst choice if anyone decides to buy consumer appliances. I am sure I am eligible to make this review as a customer of Croma Avadi store. I have bought a few consumer durables like TV and fridge from this store. The TV was the stores own brand with 3 Yr warranty. The display had coloured dots and lines within 1.5 years. I faced lot of trouble to get the TV replaced. The staff wont behave well and disrespected me with words as well as made we wait intentionally at the store for long time during this covid 19 pandemic. I was told to bring the old TV to the store myself to get the replacement. I was frustrated with the behaviour and approach of the store and took it to INGRAM as a grievance. Finally I received a call from the store that they will remove the old TV while delivering a new replacement TV. They did the same but even after 10 days there is no person to do the installation of the new TV which is 4000 rupees more than the old TVs value. They wont replace you the same model and force you to buy a higher priced replacement. The same TV is selling 1000 rupees less at Amazon. WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN CHENNAI.

I purchased Panasonic Ac on 2 nd.It delivered on 3 rd.Myself called Croma and informed for installation.They are not logged. They logged on 4 th evening.For installation they assigned enginner on 5 th. But upto evening 8:30 not yet came.I called Croma they simply said sales only our work, installation are not our part.Sir / madam I dont like Avadi Croma.

Today I went to croma showroom at avadi and enquired about latest AC models. The sales person explained in detail and gave us a clear idea on which to purchase. But I just received the quotation and went to other stores like sathya and vasanth&co which are nearby. I was shocked when I enquired the prices at other places. I share the price screenshot for reference. Final price of samsung 2021 model AC costs around 34K and taxes (28%) and installation charges (500). In sathya I got the quotation of same product for 32K. Then when I reached vasanth&co they gave me the final price including taxes for 30k with free installation. Guys kindly spare time to enquire in minimum 5 shops. You can save lot of money.
