Ideal for Marriage functions, hugely spacious Halls, 3 storied building with AC rooms and Centrally air-conditioned halls. Ground floor for Marriage ceremony and guest seating with Dias. 1st floor for Catering, and reception. 2nd floor for Accommodation, has a large dormitory hall, and around 10 rooms with attached bathroom.

Nice parking space good, rooms are available with a/c, reception and dinning hall more space

Marriage Hall capacity, dinning hall attracted. But no extra bath rooms. Totally except for boy and girl rooms, only 6bath attached rooms. Anywhere in the Mantap, if separate bathrooms constructed, it will convenient. This is my suggestion.

Well and neatly maintained Marriage Hall run by Indian Overseas Bank Association for their staffs functions. The Hall is A/C with Dining on the first floor and on the second floor it has one more Hall.

Medium sized hall , neat toilet facilities, good air conditioning facility available . Also stage space is very small . No mobile tower inside the hall . A very big negative . Car parking and two wheeler parking available .

Very good hall. About 300 people can be seated at a time. Air-conditioned fully. Gives a good feel. Good sized dining halls. Car parking available in the basement, which can accommodate about 20 cars. The entry and exit of the car park hasnt been planned well. It is ok for small cars. Most people will not be able to maneuver here their SUVs or sedans. It is evident from the scratches on the walls on either sides on entry and exit. Anyway, you will find some parking space outside.

I went to this place for attending my sisters wedding.. The place looks great and spacious.. It has large hall, lift facility, bride and groom rooms and a big dinning hall holds roughly 60 - 80.

Wedding ceremony hall, could be even more well maintained, food catering is good here, service also.Rooms for the wedding guests could be cleaned a bit more properly.

This marriage hall is situated near yellow pages bus stand, mylapore. Very good location. Easily accessible. Affordable cost. Several rooms are available for marriage purposes only. This marriage hall is owned by AIOBEU, CHENNAI.

Nice spacious ac hall with good seating capacity. Dining hall on 1st floor is also comfortably big. Rooms available on 2nd floor. Basement parking is good. We had a good experience at our friends wedding ceremony. Lift is available.

This is a mid sized wedding hall .Other functions can also be held here . Fully air conditioned . There is a separate dining hall and i understand there are more than 10 rooms available for the bride and bridegroom families to stay .It is right in the heart of the city and well connected by road. Very clean and well maintained . There is underground parking facility available , exact number of slots I am not aware of . The hall is in a side road and there is a school nearby and hence parking restrictions are there. Generally the hosts arrange valet parking. In the absence of this arrangement finding parking space could pose a challenge . I also understand the hall is rented out only to employees or ex employees of Indian overseas Bank , which please check with the hall manager.

A community center cum banquet hall run by IOB employees union. Nice ambience & location but maintenance has gone low.

We booked this hall for my brothers marriage. Hall is medium size and it can accommodate 150 people. Management is very poor. Marriage hall manager is very irresponsible. They are acting as if they are proving this hall for free. Service was ok only. Better avoid this hall.

A hall built by the member employees of Indian Overseas Bank Employees Union. Can easily accommodate five hundred people and the hall is air-conditioned. Though a concert hall, it is rent out for marriages and functions at concessional rate for employees, present and past.

A pretty standard affair. Nothing revolutionary but nothing to be scoffed at either. Main problem became parking as the road leading in is pretty narrow, so a huge traffic of cars can easily choke the place.

Decent hall but the lane in which it is there is very narrow which causes a lot of traffic jam. They have limited parking also. The air conditioning was insufficient to maintain even normal room temperature.

Swasthika is a nice party hall to accommodate about 150 to 200 persons. The car parking is valet and is ok. The main hall is very bright and the temperature was comfortable.

Hard to find the address. The building has two big halls and dining halls. But guest rooms are too compact and its not spacious.
