Coach lacks knowledge practically in every aspect of the training especially the guy named pavithran he literally told me not to eat onion in order to reduce weight like literally these guys are immature bunch of juice head who keeps watching youtube and keeps feeding all the nonsense to all the clients. To be honest this guy is an con man with zero actual knowledge in fitness for the equipments provided there the fee being charged Rs.2500 is blatant robbery, think twice before you join here.

I reduced from 78kg to 70kg in 70daysI am beginner .the instructor was cool .I did 2 assessment upto April 2021.i suggest this is best for beginners ..

One of the best Gym that I have ever seen...Good infrastructure, cost worthy. Coaching was very efficient. Good quality and maintenance.

Its really professional and they are giving good training. All equipments are available.Each month physical test will be conducted to monitor our body physic. Believe me we will be able to achieve our goal like weight loss, muscle gain etc. Worth for money!!

Friendly trainer...good environment to workout....monthly strength assessments and body health checkup will be conducted which not done by any of other gyms.

I like this gym very much because Training is very good ,I am doing 3 class aerobic and functional training also 3 class strengthening training along with workout names .. eg- chest bench press,clean and jerk,roman deadlift,pendlay rowing,squat and lunges.i reduce 5kg within 30days only. I suggest this place is so worthy 🙂 .the instructor is a certified and I would mention the instructor name mr.pavithran.

Hi all ,on my personal experience I tried various gym for the past one year finally ended up in this place ,headed up thiyagarajan master n coach pavithran master ... with a dilemma of joining a unisex gym but it was a safe place for girls n felt secured to work out on everything I wished... as I m not a person who walks on treadmills or efx to lose weight I was made to lose around 11 kgs of weight with weight lifting ,cross fits ,resistance training and floor exercises...a friendly atmosphere and a good guidance ... the coaches are approachable with a positive attitude... I felt so motivated . Occasionally outdoor trainings are given too... thanks for the amazing gym which changed me overall ... finally an important note all this at a very nominal rate and affordable package.
