Probably worst hdfc bank branch. had lot of bad experience with them. They always find reason to escape from dong work.
An online transaction failed and the personnel near the entrance helped with registering IMPS DISPUTES; gave his mobile number, responded every time and gave the status of the dispute processing. Eventually, after 4 days my amount got reverted to my account. Prompt and professional customer service
Deposit machine is not working forever so dont go and waste your time and the response is very worst , they dont do their work worst HDFC Branch in Chennai. I got the reply from HDFC ARM(owner) They want o share the detail and they have provided the email ID , which is fake ID. Worst Response from such a big firm.
Worst customer service, no proper response for customers problem.. just wasted an hour in explanation, they just share their personal number, but once you contact them, they don’t even care to attend it..
These people doesnt know what is the purpose of having phone banking, rather trying them to reach over the phone better we shall go to bank directly. Useless phone banking
Very Bad Experience In this branch. No response on time.We have opened current account in this bank and we have issue in Internet banking. We complained multiple times but no proper response.They are wasting our time and now we have to transfer the money from our personal account.I am user of last 10 years in HDFC Bank in Madipakkam branch this branch awesome response but this Ambattur OT Branch one of worst in my experience.

If possible i will give minus 5 ratings.Once i saw the bank manager throwing a paper on his employees face and raising the voice during the banking hours. I was afraid of the situation. Even I personally have problem opening a current account where they are delaying it for past 10days. And when I had telephonic conversation with the bank manager ( Bramhakumar), he simply said before creating a account you are troublling this much, what if we give you account and then it will be more trouble for us.I am so embarrassed that even at Statebank of India which is famous for sarcasm, i didnt experience these behavior.Applied for Current account on 23 may and still now no proper update regarding it.this is the spark where I came to experience that HDFC Bank is not considering the front end teams who are the primary support for customer.
