Very very west service 😡Jast for a update a fone no thay r charging 1000 rupee and thay are forsing us I hope this is not a government office

Yesterday was bank holidayToday, the centre was overcrowdedPeople were Qing from 5.30am and 7am. By 9.15 am there were 150 people. The official started giving tokens maximum 25. A lot of people had to go back. Those that got the tokens were standing at the back of the office.It was pouring down with rain.I stood in the shed at the backThere are 3 benches for sitting.Nobody knows what time one can be served.I took the day off for my workI visited the centre 3 times. I give this office 5 stars* because the official followed the rules. Despite, my third visit attempt I was served at 11.30am. Humanity counts. I cant speak Tamil and the official spoke some English, but they were kind.After 11.30 there were 100 more people who came to ask questions, perhaps.My suggestion ; Please keep printed documents and charge Rs 2 for print outs. It is v difficult for people who do not have printers.The Q should be 2 meters apart. The people were touching each other.There must be seating arrangements for old and elderlyThanks.

Very very worst service over here - people have to wait as earliest as possible 5:45 AM to get twenty five token and they have to wait for their turn only mobile no updation done here - getting bribes from richer and they walk through without any tokens - staffs working who are very rude and irresponsive

People doing no work here... once the work for 60 tokens completed, they are sitting and chatting.best example of wastage of govt. facilities.

Stuff was good and helpful. They were not rude or irresponsible like many of the government offices these days.. they do follow the time and answer all our queries. For Aadhar update tokens will be given at 10am on working days it is preferred to go one hour early because they give only 40 token a day. They are charging 50/- for information updating but heard it costs only 35/- not sure of price hike by govt or there service charges for being good with customers. Either way it is accepted...

Office time will start at 10 o clock. But staff came at 10:20 only. I went for some updation. They are providing limited number of tokens. Max 50(But i am not sure).For queue people are coming very earlier like 8 o clock itself. I went at 8:15 and my token number is 7. They will give token at 9 or 9:30 sometimes 10 o clock. I have received my token at 10:10 only.Some updates correction you should pay 20 rs or 25 rs. this is govt rule only., Don,t pay extra than that. They are rejecting most of the peoples for not bringing original.Without token they wont do any single work for you people.

I went to update Aadhar mobile number. They never helped me. Simply asking to visit browsing centre or call tollfree numbers. I am not sure what is the purpose of E-Seva it should help people in assisting but it is not happening here. Totally time waste.

Even though they have couple of counters to serve different e-service like aadhar enrollment, new community certificate etc, they have some restrictions on the number of people they serve daily. So its must we have to come here bit early in the morning to get token for the entry so that our service is guaranteed here on that day.

Getting a Passport is much easier than getting Adhar related things done here..Limited tokens of about 70 per day . Sometimes they give an extra of 10-15 tokens as per people at office claim. I was there at 9:15 AM and lost to getting token with 3 people ahead of me. I have seen some people in queue joining in middle. Dont let it happen which makes your chances less to get a token. Also i seen some local people even coming later than me at 9:55AM managed to get token from back office!!! Finally if you wanted to get your things done same day be there at atleast at 8:45AM...I am not very sure about difficulties after getting token..Also i seen some people leaving after getting their token and form, as it might take a lot of time to get the turn it seems....

They will only give 30 tokens, first come first serve basis. If you are 31st bad luck so better come there by by 8:30 as queue will start to form from 8:00am . Office will open at 10:00 and you will get your turn based upon the token number say if your number is 30 it will take 2 hours before you get your turn to clear your grievances.

Rush rush rush any time and no proper support from the staffs. Went for Aadhaar correction and it took 2hrs to come outside. And they should look In customer satisfaction. No proper organization in controlling people crowd.

Service should be fast to handle over crowd.need to wait in a queue in early morning itself.theyre providing 100tokens only per day.

We need stand in line from 8am to 10am. Then only we can get the application of adhar. It was for first 100 members only. After getting application they told us when we come back time. I went at 2pm. Staff was good

Its too worst here. Officers are not punctual here. We need to wait more than 5 hours after getting token also. Office is not clean its too clumsy. Worst experience I ever had like this.

Ms Revathi is excellent lady working with smile and continuously, with energy. She is fast in getting Aadhar Card formalities completed in shortest time. I appreciate her efforts in this work.

Very bad service.i have started from my home to collect my Token at 6am. why because of they will give only 30 tokens per day you have to collect the tokens before 10am. if came after 30 members they wont give extra token again you have to come next day i was reached there after 7am and i.Shocked! people are there for long time including ladies with their kids.i asked a guy he said i have been staying here since 5am. i checked how many members are there i am the 20th person. we all had been waiting more than 5 hrs to collect our token. one employee came and opened the shutter went into the office.(im struggling with sun light i think temperature is 25-30 degree) after 25min he came out (exact time 10.30am) and said today we are going to give tokens you can go and come after two day. this what there service.

Very-very -very worst service.. i went thrice but the two ladies whos been appointed over there not even talking and behaving nicely. why government has appointed this kinds of people if they are not ready to help in urgent. really dont want to give any single star.

I have bee to this place to get my Aadhaar card. Staffs are really good and helpful . One thing is if you going there be there before 9.00 am since people come and stand in queue before center get open.Once center is open they distribute limited token of around 50 and if you are late . Then you have to come next time.

If we stand for about one hour means they will issue the tokens at around 10:30 am.After that they will ask us to come by another day.It was fully time waste process. For getting the details and finger prints they will taking this much of time.Even small banks are doing the same process within minutes without having any tokens.Aadhaar is mandatory for every thing.But for this thing they will eating the time.For students,employees this is very difficult. If they want to do it means atleast they have to take one day leave.This is not at all good.This is why i think our government is like this.People are standing for hours in sunny weather. Everyone might knew how the chennai whether right.F.....g system.

Was not expecting such a quick service at the office. Ms Revathi is worth appreciation, she was quick, humble, multitasking and maintained patience even at the EOD. Being new to Chennai and completely unfamiliar with Tamil, we were expecting big struggle, but nothing of that sort happened. We need more people like her in government services. Totally satisfied.

Worst service. They are issuing only 30 tokens per day. Went 3 days but not able to get token. Got permission from office and going there, simply they are saying come tomorrow.

The mobile number provided in the UIDAI site is working. Got the token in the morning and visited the center after 3pm to have address details updated. Very small room and waiting time can be more than 1 hr. Not much hassles except for the time eating in queue. No name board to easily identify the place. Exact location is opposite to infosys gate #2

Went for Aadhaar address update. Very quick and courteous staff. Quick and no wait in the afternoon. No bribe also... Excellent service provided by Ms Revthi.

They will give only 40-50 tokens per day for Aadhar enrollment/correction/updation @10AM. But people will be in queue from 6AM. Lot of patience needed. They will look into the first 20-25 tokens till 1o clock and the remaining after lunch. Very small office and only one employee is there to do all aadhar stuffs. .

Office opens at 10am but people wait from mor 6. This is because they distribute only 50 token. I went at 8am, waited till 10am. Thankfully Staffs distributed 80 token. I got 78. I spent whole full day waiting for my turn.

Dont know🤞 what type of system ty following. Per day only 30 tokens ty distribute..👈this is enough to review.. If u r going for any changes aadhaar better be here at b4 6am..or ur time ill b wasted..

Need to write your name as early as before, as per name you have to stand in que. Only 50 tokens per day.I went at 8 o clk got token no.38, came out at 12.30 noon.Go as early as possible.

Worst service oly 30 token they give. For that token if they work properly, it can be completed before 3pm. But still they do some activities for bribe.

I went on Saturday morning 8 o clock.People are making a queue from morning 6 o clock.Only 40 tokens will be provided so be there before 8 am.They will start giving the tokens at 10 am.They will provide you the token only if you have your Aadhar card and the necessary original documents.For applying new Aadhar card for children above 5 years Bonafide certificate from school is must.No charges for applying new Aadhar card.For correction Rs.30

I went at 5 am in early morning. I had to stand 5 hours in queue. They started distributing token at 10:15 am. I got ticket number 1. I went to change my AADHAR mobile number. I had to pay 30 rupees. The service was good and the lady was very fast and helped everyone. I did see some unruly behaviour of public on that day. Many of them came after 10 am and started asking for token. Many men were wearing half pant inside the office (very small looking like underwear). Many senior citizens and aunties were impatient and blaming the staff all the time but they came after 10 am. Please go early at least at 7 am to get the token. They distribute 40-50 tokens per day. If you want to change your house address, you need to bring the original AADHAR card. You need to show them the bona fide certificate for school going kids and school identity card ( original documents).

Went there for Adhar enrollment at 4 pm but was asked to come and collect token at 10 am next day. Luckily, I was paying house taxes using eseva in the same facility and another staff helped me to push the adhar incharge again since there were no customers.Employees wait for 5 pm to leave home and avoid work if any close to 4 pm. I had this experience during my visit in the first week of April 2018.4 star rating because I did not end up paying any money to the govt officials.

Very Poor service. They will issue the token early morning 5 o clock and expecting you tobe there. You can goto some private banks and have an hasslefree aadhar updations

I Came here exactly at 8:10 AM , but people who come here write their names in a white paper ( people themselves organise and do this ) per day the keep changing the quantity of tokens , so first come first serve basis ... I am 60th person ... And people who come here clearly say that only 40 tokens per day !!!Only 2centers available one is puzhuthivakkam zonal office / solinganallur ...If they update only 40 perday how will a person going for a job will come repeatedly and do this ????Educated people in government doing nothing but getting the pay on time for doing this kind of service .... South Chennai is more big in terms of residential area , having one centre is really a nonsense job !So if have to update my aadhar card i have to get at early morning and @ 6:00 AM I have to register my name and wait for the official to come here after 9:15 ....

Need to Highlight this Center because no land mark is there in Adress and it shuld be well managed queue arrangements for public. No roof no shadow.Opening time shuld be at exactly 10AM because public are in queue from morning 5/6AM and after 10 Oclock they are starting distribution of tockens.Cleaning and moping Office it should be happened before 10 Oclock not after starting Office time.There is one dedicated security person required to manage those people who try to break a queue should check priors documents verification before first hand.

Bribe taking is practiced ,Information is not provided properly, the person takes money to do it work , if u do not give money he will make u come more than three times. There shd be more counters.I came second time for kids, this time it was easier, and Ms Rewari was good and she is helpful too.Jus a suggestion the offoveust have a token no display board

They do not have or cant do AADHAR registration less than 5 yrs old. However it is mandatory for sukanya samriddhi account or school.

Staff are good and provide complete info with lot of patience.. Token system is do bad and need to be in queue for a long..

They are not cooperating towards the public, they are doing on their way job. It make me pissed off because I have visited four times, but still my request is not done by them. They are just making me wait, and I can visit the UUID Center between my works, still I waited, though they are only few in numbers(exactly 4 in queue) but they are asking me to come early morning and get a token first and come in evening to process the request.

To worst. Mr. Prime minister of India, you are hurting a lot only common citizens and not a real cheaters. Though Im dual degree holder, Im helpless about with our government officials.... Im struggling a lot to add my mobile no in my aadhar past 3weeks. First of all its not my mistake. While applying fresh aadhar, I filled all my details in the request form. But government officials did mised to add my details in my aadhar. I obey your rules. But the same time Im hating your partialities orders and government processes.Gvt officials are thinking they all god. No respect, dont know how to speak in public... They are forget that they have family too...I dont know why Im writing here, but 75%off ppls are dont know how to react this.... Lets wait and see... Time will tell the answer.

1). You need to be in queue to get token at least by 9 am as they have limited token numbers till 100 . But the office start functioning only from 10am .2) Children under 5 years , you cannot get Aadhaar here .You can apply here for all Aadhaar related service new Aadhaar ,correction , update etc .Note : To get your Aadhaar plastic card printed , no need of tokens .On top this is a free service , but they will charge you 25 . For card printing it is 10 but they charge you 25 as well

Horrible service, not sure what is that 40 ticket mean. Really horrible some ppl even elderly have to wait from 6am to get token. I came back after 2 hour wait as token is over. As i need a update of phone number will try by post. Never want to go there😠.

Worst service. they always ask you to come at 10 am and at 10 am they give 40 token and there are many people. if they dont want to work why they have opened an office, worst service. let down for people supporting the digital initiative.

One needs to take token in morning then only you can avail any service here, even for smallest work like mobile number change. After getting token wait for long hours.

Trying to enroll since a year...huge rush everyday... twice stood in line morning but in vain.. useless system needs a change. Disaster for working people..

This place is not all nice.they issue only like 40 odd passes in which u have to stand from morning 6 o clock to get a minute change in aadhar.when the sun goes above head it is very difficult to stand in queue.The staffs behaviour is not so nice they tend to shout at everyone.It was a hell of an experience to get my lost Aadhar card.

Because of more people coming for correction and enrolment they are giving 70 tokens per day, you have to go before 9 or 9.30 and stand in a queue to get a token. token will be issued at 9.55 am everyday. if you got a token then you can go to the centre for your correction and enrolment on the mentioned date in token between 10 AM to 5 PM. Again, you have to wait for your turn on that day to submit your details.

Before planning to coming here to enroll for Aadhar or for modification in details, please note that you need to get token at 10 AM for slots or else you wont get any slots and need to come again.

Standing from 8o clock in the morning to get token by 10clock, there is no waiting area, waiting in open place too much hot, oly 40 tokens provided others who are all waiting waste of time and energy.

There is no number is given and also when you call guy there they will tell call Rajesh by checking online.
