The best experience in MIOT Hospital. We are from Mexico. We arrived at the hospital to be able to operate on our daughter, she was born with a VSD. But we were looking for a surgery without transfusion of blood products because we are Jehovahs Witnesses, and due to the experience of Dr. Robert Coelho and his team with this type of surgery we decided to travel from so far away to India. Dr. Robert made all the necessary preparations for her surgery and started her on nutritional supplements and erythropoietin injections to raise her blood levels. On September 13th she was operated on. Her recovery was amazing, only three days in intensive care and only two weeks after the surgery we were able to travel back to our country.Highly recommended to be treated at this hospital. Thank you very much to all the pediatric cardiology staff: Dr. Robert Coelho, the intensive care staff, Dr. Monica in charge of pediatrics, nurses, cleaning and food staff. Just as a recommendation, it would be good to add a little more variety of food for the patients. But in general everything was very good during our stay at the hospital. This review is for the MIOT unit located inside the DLF IT Park campus. Google does not have this location in the maps as yet.I took my second shot of Covishield from the MIOT medical centre located inside DLF IT park and had a great experience. The place is super clean, chairs are spaced out for visitors and the staff did a great job. The nurse administering the vaccine told us about the precautions and measured the BP and heart rate after the vaccine was administered. There is a small pharmacy and they accept payment by cards as well.

Excellent medical care, prompt attention, courteous staffMy husband was admitted at MIOT end September 2021 for observation and testing - from the moment we entered the hospital and until we left, everyone there took excellent care of us. The doctors and specialists whom we consulted were competent and attentive. A dedicated team of nursing staff, supervisors and PROs were standing by and explained the procedures at every step, and all our queries were answered. Admitted in MIOT for a bimalleolar and Talus bone fracture in Left ankle.It was an open ankle joint injury. Admitted my 80+ year old mother in emergency for a stomach infection and kidney failure. The response time and reactivity was par excellent.All departments are well co ordinated and professional. The experience I gained with MIOT was rather a consolation when I shockingly met with an accident. I felt to be under roof of safe hands. I have been bringing my grandmother for radiation therapy (IMRT) for past one month and was treated with courtesy and respect. The secretaries and the staffs were helping out in all of our queries and made my waiting time minimal.A big shout out to the doctors who treated my grandmother like their own mother and made feel happy on coming to hospital.The staffs and technical staffs did their best to provide the best of their services. Though I knew, I needed surgery, I was procrastinating it.But last year, I slipped and fell, and my pain increased. That’s when I consulted Dr. Billy Paul Wilson. Sir explained everything to me in detail about my condition, the need for the surgery then and about the post operative recovery. I realized that awareness is the first step towards being free of anxiety.From the time I got admitted, everything went smooth. The surgery and the post operative period were quite comfortable. Dr. Wilson visited me periodically, encouraged me and even discharged me on the next day!Physiotherapist(Mr. Arun) was very informative and made me walk and do all my chores myself on the same day! Whole team of staff was very prompt. Post surgery I was comfortable and confident and so were my relatives.As a patient, if I’m asked about the medical care, hospitality, expertise of the team, team work, comfort and the whole experience, I’d say, its 5 promising stars.

I had been to MIOT for my yearly heart check up. The staff were very courteous and kind. They immediately gave me the list of tests to be done. When I came back with the results they wanted me to go to another department, which they arranged by them, and I was able to finish everything by lunch time. My wife had also come with me for her check up. She had lost her file. But the people in the Cardiac department helped her to get her number and retrieve her file. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was admitted at MIOT for Covid a month ago and I had a very positive, fulfilling experience during my stay. The team of doctors and nurses were extremely dedicated, professional and knowledgeable. The best part was the fantastic, delicious food catered by Sodexo. Chef Benjamin is fabulous and made me yummy pasta, baked dish and more, all customised to my vegan diet. Softest idlis ever ! Miss the food.

I was treated by Dr.Arun Sampath, Senior Pulmonologist for Covid infection. Honestly speaking, Im a person who gets nervous and jittery about even the smallest of things, but Dr.Arun Sampath allayed all my fears away. I had consulted him thrice and all the while he was very patient and explained all that one needs to know in a very simple and understandable way. And now that I am recovering , I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr.Arun Sampath and the staff in his team for their great work..

This is my first experience for a medical treatment outside my country Bhutan in a private hospital and I am glad that I chose MIOT International. I was suffering from pain due to nonunion of my fractured elbow. I had already undergone multiple surgeries for my fractured arm before coming here. I was introduced to this hospital through their agent center in Bhutan. I was quite skeptic at first to go for a treatment far away from home where I didn’t know much about it. However after getting to know more about their expertise in field of Orthopedic, I was assured of the well experienced doctors and reputation of MIOT International. Their tele medicine facility through their center was a great help where I could virtually discuss about the problems and further procedures needed directly with their surgeons before even coming here.I am glad that I got the best and immediate attention by their top experienced surgeons and all the other staff right after arriving here. I had two weeks of stay here during which everything was well taken care of from my health both during pre & post operation to diet, hygiene, safety, etc. Everything was properly organized and managed. I am thankful to all the staff from the doctors to the cleaners for taking good care of us during our short stay here. Everyone was so friendly and caring. MIOT is a top notch health provider in this crisis, the Surgeons are very knowledgeable and explain all your questions and concern and try to get to the bottom of the source., Also they always have a smile on their face which lets us know that everything will be okay.MIOT Nurses are amazing and they are the most caring people during and after the procedures. The admin staff were always right there to help you, answer questions, and This began at the reception desk in the lobby and continued to the Inpatient ward and then to where they get you ready to go down to the surgical area.The waiting area was comfortable and again the entire healthcare team were very helpful and friendly. Best place to get a treatment. Doctors are very patience and intelligent. Explained my issues very clearly and advised me to go for the surgery. I have undergone surgery for my thigh. I have taken two surgery from different hospitals, no one done it properly but Miot doctors are handled very well. I can see my wound getting normal. 1 week post OP now. Recovering. I am recommending this hospital.
