Worst experience. No customer service. Regret odering through zomato.Their system chooses incorrect location for given (correct) address and if customer misses double checking, we lose the food and the money. Because the delivery person will check only pin location and will not have the time to re-route and come to the delivery address even though it is very close. The blame is only on the customer. The helpline will only talk about the process, and cancel our order with no refund.

I placed the order on 5th May at 1.48 pm through UPI. The debited amount is RS 182.6. The order was rejected by the restaurant and the refund status is we could not deliver this order, as you were unavailable to collect the food at the mentioned address.Again placed the one more order from the same address, order was delivered successfully.What is this? The two orders were placed from the same address, But one order was rejected another one was delivered. You have cheated me. I want my money back.And also I need proper explanation and compromise for rejecting my order without any proper reason and affected my health.Below I mentioned the rejected, delivered order details. House No 22 Cafe in North Parade Road in St. Thomas Road. But for the vintage Victorian ambience there is nothing here. The service is pathetic to say the least. They dont have most of the things in their menu card and they mix up orders. Go there only if you just want to sit, look around but definitely not for eating

I was trying to place order by using promocode coupon, however the app straightaway placed order without taking promo code. Immediately I tried to cancel the order, but the bot in the app asked several questions and after that was in hanging mode for several minutes without cancellation. I tried to exit and re-order, but found the order was still active.

I ordered food through Zomato, and made the payment online, But after sometime the order was cancelled by the staff, and it was also said in the app that, since the food was prepared refund is also not possible. When I called the customer care they said that they tried calling me, and since the number was not reachable (because of some signal problem), they cancelled the order and sent it back to the hotel. Then when I called them they said that the order cant be given back, and also the money. I lost my money of ₹200 when i tried ordering food through Zomato app, even though the address and the details given by me were correct. There was no fault from my side. This is a ridiculous system the company follows. This shows that the company is managed by the people who are not fit even to run a fancy store. On the whole its a cheating company... I would suggest everyone not to use this f##king app to order your food. Orelse you will have to sleep with empty stomach even after paying these beggars...

Took a little long for starters. good and tasty food. was charged less today and even after correction he gave me change excl. of gst tax which was returned. technical fault with billing was what they said but there was a ton of confusion and lots of customers waiting to pay.

I had ordered food online on Zomatoon 20th Jan 2019. They did not deliver the ordered food, canceled the order and charged money as well.When I checked credit card statement today I found money is still not refunded.Still following ticket ID 1597953 to get back the money.Now I realize my mistake of ordering food on zomato. This is my first time experience of paying charge for not getting food.

Our worst service experience with Jalpan Virugambakkam on 13/04/2019. Waited for more than 20 minutes for a table where we found 12 seats were unoccupied through out till 10.20 pm.ordered out main course (bread basket and one subji) and waited for another 50 minutes in vain. no response from the staff. we saw them active in fulfilling swiggy orders... finally we walked out without having dinner. one fine week-end got spoiled and force to sleep without dinner.... think before going there.

I regularly order food from Zomato because Im bachelor and Im staying alone and I dont know to cook food and nearby hotel foods are also not good so only I order food in Zomato regularly but they didnt deleiver my order for several times.Each time they told that this wont happen again...Today also i faced same problem, Im waiting for my food with hungry they call me and told simply that ur order got cancel due to bike puncture..How silly this is.... Bike puncture is usual issue that happens for all but what ur step to overcome this problem?... Ur work is to deliver food but u didnt do that ...Then whats ur work?!!!!... Im really upset.. I swear to god Im eating snack now, I got irritated my ur service and so I dont have feel to eat food now as Im travelling without eating food... Moreover I wont compromise in food not only me but I bet no one will compromise in food because We do work for food and survive. U made me waiting for these time and finally cancelled my order..Im really disappointed with ur service and this is not first time or second time for excuse... change ur system if bike got puncture,then make another person to back food order to deliver...Dont give silly reason as u r doing reputated business.

Zomato Gold ScamIf you try to eat using 1 + 1 Gold Zomato offer they will not honor if you do not go without two people. On mentioning to them that I dont need an accomplice to stare at the food while I eat both dishes, they still insisted that I need an accomplice as I ate all the food myself. Which I found to be frankly absurd. One of the Gold partner restaurants, on mentioning that I was a Gold Zomato member even made me sit on a barstool instead of a table to eat. Also only certain branches of Gold partners are honoring Gold and even show up in the Gold section when they do not honor Gold subscription. It seems you are treated like a third class citizen by these restaurants and doesnt feel anything like a Gold subscription. Zomato took down all my reviews on Zomato highlighting these issues, regarding them as fake. Avoid these scamsters at all costs.

Zomato food delivery job those who have two wheeler with valid license RC book insurance pancard aadhaar card and bank pass book or crossed cheque. Take 500 for security deposit which is refundable but total deposit is 1000 balance 500 will be deducted from your 1st week payout 250 and 2nd week payout 250..

We had a very bad experience with zomato, We booked for family buffet lunch via zomato. Order was placed a week before the lunch date, Got confirmation email but when we reach the restaurant (rain forest - 12.40pm) they redirected us to another restaurant ( animal kingdom) for buffet lunch ( Redirection was not mentioned during booking, we booked for rain forest restaurant and end up in another ).Animal kingdom located in fourth floor & Lift was not working, Reached animal kingdom around 1pm. Restaurant was over booked and packed with crowd. I checked the reservation list with the manager and surprised to know booking name is missing in their list.Animal kingdom Restaurant staff made us wait for 1 hours 15 minutes till next buffet session. Family lunch was ruined but zomota and animal kingdom restaurant . They not only embarrassed me in front of my family for choosing the restaurant , Gave us a bad family time by making us starve. There is no point of reserving the table in zomato.I would never suggest anyone to book family dinner or lunch via zomato app or website, better contact the restaurant directly to avoid miscommunication.
