We have ordered a 1st year birthday cake for our daughter with jungle theme. We selected a display model kept by them and insisted some changes in it to highlight the theme like, tall giraffe, elephant lifting a baby GIRL from one layer to another.But we where very much surprised to see a brown lion, age old giraffe which is unable to stand and BOY baby...And a new creature rat+deer

My all time favorite shop for buying cakes for the best taste and much better worthy price....Ive recommended to my family and friends...Since the shop opened Ive been buying cakes and bakery snaks items there.

Really worth buying cakes from bakers spring, they delivered the cake with good package as well as the hygiene they maintain is too good. I have been ordering the birthday cake every year, also for New years and other special occasion. All the employees care the customer very well(its my experience. )Thumbs up for the cake, quality and taste. Price is also affordable.

Premium strawberry chocolate was ordered. I was informed that the outer cream will be pink. But it was white. Further the gel spread on top of the cake was SOUR. Expected a better cake.In future one has think twice before ordering your cake. Service can be better.

Last week I went there along with my brothers . We ordered a variety of ice cream Cake(Red Velvet, Mango & Black Forest) which was under Buy 1 Get 1 Offer. We waited for 15 to 20 mins to get our ordered flavor. That is the only thing we were upset about. Otherwise the shop is good with full AC (playing JB song in their music system).They maintained a self service system.

Worst service. I ordered popcorn chicken meal which should have(10popcorn chicken,2 choco truffle and one mousse for 150Rs) bu they delivered 6popcorn chicken,1 mousse and 2 small chocolates). Seriously not worth the money chicken was full of salt which I had to throw in dustbin chocolates and mousse were better

The only quality assured bakery in Royapuram. Excellent cakes, fantastic croissants. Their own chocolates which tastes good. Thier breads are great. A good level of hygiene from the outside. Red velvet cake and popcorn chicken arent good as expected. And season based items are nice.

Staff are so kind and friendly but that shop manager is too rude ...Today evening i went to the shop and I bought 1 KG cake and i have to inform my feedback to the manager regarding that paper plate and spoon not providing for purchasing a cake.But his answer so rude and he arguing much more and giving a irresponsible answer ...Pricing also too high compare to that other cake shop..Dear Baker spring Owner ,I request you kindly put atleast a customer Care Expert ...Disappointed and not satiafied when i left from the shop and that cake also not satisfied to ate ....

Best bakery in Royapuram. Have already tasted their Subs, Quiche pies, paneer rolls, channa puffs, red velvet cakes, cakes, pizzas, breads, Fried Chicken, Burgers and rusks. Yet to try their different types of cookies, chocolates (Choco Lekker), Mocktails and rest of the menu. Can accommodate 12 to 16 people at max in the 4 tables available there. Place is neat and tidy, card accepted over Rs.250, has bike parking only, home delivery available, veg items available in the tamil month of purattassi etc. What needs to be improved is the customer service, little bit of better Air conditioning.

Worst pizzas.. Dont even think of buying pizzas.. Its like they just add toppings in a wheat bread.. Just wasted my money..

Such a bad experience. Food is not worth the money. Too much of salt in the chicken(worst enough to be thrown in the dustbin) but they serve it to the customers.When you order it online the count is less than what is in the menu.

I ordered red velvet cake for my daughters birthday and the taste was worst,it was rubbery and none of the kids or the guest liked it,the entire cake went into the dustbin.Was totally disappointed,i usually order from home bakers,but my husband ordered this time since his chef recommended this place but it was a complete disappointment.
