Had really bad experience with New Punjab Tyres. I purchased 4 Hankook tyres from them on 22.02.2019. i went there to buy Michelin tyres but they insisted for Hankook and I agreed. That was my biggest mistake. On 17.01.2020, after barely running 15k, the tyre developed a Crack just above alloy. These people refused to replace the tyre even within the warranty . They just want to sell their tyre and dont give a damm about after sale and customer.Will never ever visit there nor will recommend.Filing legal suit against themSent all details to the owner on given email but as expected got no response.Just sent him legal notice alongwith notice to Hankook today. Anyone harassed by said dealer and Hankook tute can join me while filing complaint in consumer forum

Worst people to deal with. They are only after money. Customer has no value for them. They sweet talk their customers & fleece them. Unfortunately, if you require any service from them, you will face a lot of harassment. One star is also much more than they deserve.

You can go there for any type of tyre servicing and purchase. I have found cost of new tyres lower as compared to other competitors. I always visit here for wheel alignment, rotation etc. Service is satisfactory but once they didnt tighten up the wheel screws of my car properly which caused me big problem later when I visited Rohtang. So never trust anybody. Ask the workers to do work carefully.

The dealer has mentioned all the credit card are acceptable but he charges you extra 2%. Why???Paytm code was there but he charges extra on that too!!As far as services are concerned its good but his attitude to make fool of people regarding credit, debit or even Paytm payment acceptance is very bad!!
