I am an owner of Tata Nexon XMS, and I recently visited here for my first service after completing 1500kms.I already booked my slot through a phone call and also recommend you to do the same to avoid unwanted hustles.So, for the first service, it’s not much to analyse, but I’ll edit my experience in future time. Till now, it’s a Five Star experience for me.Although they have a separate waiting lounge from where you can see your vehicles, yet you also have the independence of going in the workshop and check the servicing by yourself. It is advised by the officials to keep a distance from the cars while they are operating on them.Pick and drop facilities are also available.I had some minor issues with my car and they solved them all in no time.Gone are those days when people complain about Tata’s services. It’s a new era for Tata motors.I hope, my experience remains the same throughout the years and I don’t need to edit my review in near future time.One suggestion for the officials: Don’t impose any unwanted packages on customers. Sometimes, it’s annoying to say no to all the offered schemes.Overall, my experience was nice and Hasslefree.I do recommend this service station and appreciate the humble nature of service advisors.Note: The review will be edited out if found any degradation in any kind of services.

Good workshop but they take some extra time

Service quality is good and charges are very nominal. Service engineer was very helpful and suggested the right solution to the issues i have been facing in my car.Offers here help to save money on other add on services. Got complete Teflon coating on my car in 50% cost. Excellent workmanship, check the photos added here.One suggestion: seperate the waiting lounge from the front desk and provide better arrangements for customers waiting for long hours while their cars are being serviced.Requested for a standby car while my car was being serviced but it wasnt available.

Took my car to be repaired after a minor accident under insurance cover. Service face to face was good and quick. Took maybe 30 mins to complete formalities and fill up forms. However, after that feedback to me on status of repairs and insurance processing was zero. I had to call several times to check up.

Staff is good but they have less space then their requirements they do think of it...but overall great place .customer lounge is neat and clean......they offer coffee....tea...

Presently going under renovation. Very satisfied with the way they handle my queries regarding my car. I would like to mention Mr. Gurminder Singh (service advisor) for his honest advise and Mr Chandresh Kumar (service manager) for pleasent interaction with all the car owners. Waiting area is comfortable and clean.They keep on interacting with customers for taking their feedback.

Nice customer service, well maintained staff and good behaviour.If you found any issue after serving they will follow up with you regularly and try to solve your issue.Overall very nice service.Need to add one think thay took too much time for service but If you want proper service of your car then you need to spend time.But last time they did not clean me car properly..!!

Berkeley the brand speaks it all, i have tried all brand cars as you all know i review cars for all brands, but the way Berkeley handles their customers is amazing. Although there are some cons but i will still recommend this to all who are looking to buy Tata cars. Highly recommended

Very good hospitality... they listen and try to solve every query...but i think they do not properly take care of the customers car..i thoroughly checked my car before giving to them..n when i came to pick up my car there were scratches on the door handle.. which they denied...and i remember there wasnt a single scratch on the door handle..my advice to everyone is before giving your car to them click pictures also take a video..

Thats the place I have finally found where you could get your car serviced without being followed by salesman for irrelevant adds-on.Their vintage car gallery is icing on the cake.

When you get some repairs or servicing of your vehicle done at their workshop, every time something or the other is missing/lacking . Satisfaction level around 70%.The boys working there as job /service executives do not save time of the customer. They work at their own pace and with an attitude. Thanks to the Service Manager Mr Chandresh for balancing things there. If there is another workshop in the vicinity, I would certainly try. Not a pleasant experience. You need plenty of time to get your repairs done. They should speed up the whole process. Most of the time their approach is very casual. Disappointment.

Tata came out to be way beyond my expectations. Staff is really curtius, happy to help and always on a run for customers work.I reached here for my scheduled car service without an appointment and still they managed to squeeze me in.Things they need to work more on a little bit are, customers lounge.

Always keep custmers in dark with respect to the policy and rude staff with ego as well as customer care is of name sake. Managers are legal councellers only try to skip and escape mentality. No problem solving. Only money and fool making company.

The staff wasnt friendly and ready to update my nexon maybe because it was free.I reached the service center at 11:30, when a dikh guy said 1:30 se 2:30 toe lunch hota hai...I asked him to check the time now and then he said go to some other service center...we wont do this upgrade

Poor Service. I came here for my Tiago second service.The assigned advisor did not care to check the repair of defects which I reported. Defects were same as it was when the car handed over to them.No satisfactory answer for my dashboard set button which sometimes work and sometimes not.It was not cleaned properly. Backside was not clean and the answer was mechanic touched this.I doubt if they have really worked for 2nd service except washing.Further on when I highlighted this, they tried to offer me a free polish kit rather than being sorry and assuring me proper care of my car was taken.No one realising that I am interested in service for which I paid Rs. 1979/- (I paid to buy Tiago in lakhs) rather than free goodies. Getting a feeling of being cheap there was worst.And delayed delivery.

Good Tata motors service centre. Prompt staff and service. Standards are maintained regarding customer information and details. Little congested and can be confused with a authorised tata motors service centre in the same street. May pitch on for add on jobs at the discretion of the customer.

Got the problem on my car fixed but it was done unprofessionally as one of the surrounding part was damaged. There are so many workers with an overpowering mindset of indifference and laziness. Tata is still tata, below standard.

Worst service center, too much crowded and no co ordination aming staffHad visited Berkeley Service Center in Chandigarh.I had reached at 10:30AM and at 10:40 the supervisor Mr. AMNINDER SINGH was assigned.I told there is some extra sound from engine and its 2nd free service.I asked how much time it will take. He said not much its 2nd service and if you get alignment and balancing done it is also not required at its just 3900 runnibg.I told him that I will wait so get the service done as soon as possible.I waited for 2.5 hrs and still the car was in queue for washing..I asked the service advisor and told that i need to leave by 1 pm. The guy didnt take any action and then i told to the reception. He told to talk to advisor. And then he updated the job card in system and i got an sms with estimated delivery time of around 6pm.When asked service advisor, he gave excuse that there are more cars in queue.I told him that you can have told me that it will take time then i would have taken for servicing anywhere else.This time guys told i already told you that it takes time for washing.. clear lie he told me..No use of talking to such guys who tells lie on face.After 3 hours I asked to give the car without washing and cleaning.. this time the excuse was the washing guys have gone for lunch..Will never visit this service center again..Worst service and no one to listen to you..Its just OLD Style Tata Service center which didnt improve even though Tata has improved the Car technology but service is pathetic and the employees working in Tata are working as if they are doing govt job with no one taking any responsiblity of what is committed to customer.

I took my car for 2nd service but they sctrached on my car when i complained they had no answer do not what people they recuirt who work like nonsense why a person take his car to service centre for taking good service but they work rudely used there tools roughly i seriously very upset when i see my car on sctraches do not buy tata their service wrost

Its a suggestion to every customer of tata that plz dont come here at apex.the time they had given for delivery has gone before one hour.even hospitality dosent exists...if we compare berkley with apex than apex stands at ground n berkley flies in the sky..

Poor and slow service. They charge you more and make a bill of huge amount. Once they made a bill of 7000 for my car service and when I said this is really a huge amount, what things you have included in this...then advisor said, anyways give us 6000, I still asked the same question and then he said, let me make it 5000.Sometimes It feels like you are not in Tatas service station but somewhere buying clothes for yourself

I took insurance claim and got my Tata safari repainted from Apex and the paint is getting removed from plastic bumpers in proper layers and seems like they wrapped my Safari instead of painting it. bonet and bumpers colour became yellowish from pearl white.worst quality painting job and incomplete diagnosis of loss of my vehicle due to accident happened..pathetic job work station.. money wastage

They diagnosed my problem quickly and resolved it soon.For the same problem Check Engine warning ⚠, I had visited two other TSC in Bathinda. One created a new problem EGR Choked warning by unscrupulously opening the connector and the other was just clueless about it.At Apex, their conduct is thoroughly professional, technically sound and socially pleasant.Thanks a lot Apex motors.
