They are very helpful in service. The people are so nice because I was late and I have to go somewhere but they know my situation and help me out... and do the service of my bike quick and fast I am so happy for their the way they talk and help out the people glad to say thank you so much..

I used to visit Panchkula POPULAR YAMAHA service center but people over there are careless and Rude. Always had a great experience over here at CMPL YAMAHA. Management and all other employees are very friendly. Excellent service center. 10/10

Very supportive staff. I had to go in meeting and wasnt expecting my bike service in 3 hours but vishal made it possible somehow very fast. I was so happy to see dedicated staff towards the customers. Prices were genuine as well. Would love to visit again

This is shubham...just want share feedback about Yamaha service station. I visit last time panchkula service station regarding my bikes work. They treat me like i am not paying their. Like customer is nothing for them. It was very little work and they took around 3 -4 hour. Really disappointed.This time i visit Yahama service station near Elante Mall, i really appreciate the work they are doing. Mr. Vishal who is handling everything was really helpful. Ill definitely come back whenever my bike required any work.Thank u Yamaha

Best service center in tricity. I have two bikes of Yamaha company and everytime I went there to get the services of my bikes and they provided me best service.

The worst experience with any automobile service centre.Earlier it was TVS service centre and even then they used to charge my friend a lot.But my experience was horrible. So back in 2018 i met with an accident on lights of sector 34-35. I got fractured my leg and my bike was in a poor condition as the Hyundai Accent/I20 hit me. So after having medical help , i thought to get my bike fixed. They told me that they will make the bike alright in 15 k but when i got it back i had to pay 20. But the bike was having some serious issues which they had mentioned that they worked on it. Its chassis was bent. And the rear alloy wheel was shaking that it will come out at any second. They didn’t even check the bike before delivering it back.I wish we could have a dedicated service station for Chandigarh.P.S if you can go to Panchkula, go there and you will find the difference.

Definately not a good place for service. I was facing a spring type noise while applying front break on speed breakers. Service man tried to make fool of me that problem is resolved. They were not able to find a fault by several testings and rides. Atleast provide them enough training so that they can find a solution rather then faking customer.

Very bad experience with yahama CMPL.When I requested them to hurry up all of my bikes.In that he ignored my request.But those who knew the brothers in the service center inside, getting their bikes serviced, were doing it very quickly.And giving more attention to them.Didnt put my bike in the party only after 4 hours passed.With no work in my bike, I am came back to my house without service.

Staff is very unresponsive, they dont do their job propperly. I paid almost 1800 for my bike service and they didnt even cleaned my bike propperly. I had to ask them to fix certain things which I already discussed earlier with them. I had a very bad experience with Yamaha CMPL Chandigarh.

Very bad experience. Staff is totally unprofessional, rude and they have no ethics. Since this is the only yamaha service centre in the tricity, So customer has no other option. And they don’t give counter sale, they don’t care about customer’s requirements. My overall experience is very bad. Please don’t go there. I think they don’t care about customer’s long term relationships. Yamaha must take this thing seriously.

This is really good place to get the bike serviced or fix repairs.The people are very friendly and professional/ passionate towards their work.Even though i cant speak hindi, people spoke with me in English and fixed my bike in very less time on a sunday.I don’t remember the name but , the service manager is very good guy.Overall it is the best place to service your bike.
