Worst experience ever with Boss computers Chandigarh.Purchased Dell laptops & computers from them & they didnt even checked the product before selling. i would suggest Dell to not to make them a dealer as they are not capable of handling high class customers. Owner is very egoistic when it comes to customer service.I would recommend to visit a company store instead of a dealer.

I purchased 3 or 4 computers from this shop at different times. As per provision of Income Tax Act one cannot make payment in excess of Rs10000 in cash if it is for business use. Cheques are not accepted at this shop and if you wish to make payment through credit/debit card you should be ready to shed extra 2% for swapping your card. The entrepreneur cannot be blamed for Charing extra because margin in computer and other perifirals are very low. So if you are planning to buy something from this shop call in advance and get their bank details so that you can make payment in advance through RTGS. Or NEFT.
