Want to buy EPSON L3150 and they told me 15000/- It was overpriced but its ok we need in urgent so I said take money and give me. Printer was in front of us on counter but they said wait Chootu is coming he will show you. Although there are 3 more staff in the shop. I have to wait half an hour. After that also I reminded them that I am in hurry give me printer. Then staff came. Asked me to pay. I paid immediately through Google pay. Then person went inside with tapes and repacked printer. I insisted that I am giving you full payment why you are not giving me printer which is factory packed but guy told me sir take this, this is also sealed. Although for my satisfaction I told them to open it again to verify components. Printer is working ok but was not factory sealed as they claim I dont know why they opened it. MRP was removed. There were 2 cargo docket number one is on printer box and second is on the polycover wrap which mean polywrap belongs to other product and they put it on the printer box. My point is that I was paying your full money why you need to do all this. If there is nothing fishy simply you would have given me the sealed printer which was in front of me and I confirm that was company sealed new. Why you guys dont believe in fair deal. Overall experience and your suspicious deal made me to give you one star.
