My experience with Johar Computers has been good. Since 2-3 years I have been purchasing stuff from them like Customized PCs & Printers to small accessories. Whereas service is concerned they work professionally & solved any problems I faced.

Johar computers is the only name in my mind when it comes for any sort of major requirements like GPU, Server boards, heavy PSU or something which has recently launched. Mr. Parshant Johar is a calm and positive person and the only one in tricity who can arrange any computer stuff in a few days even after shortage. He has vast knowledge not only of computer hardware but for commercial and residential securities, hardware stuff and OS like Linux etc. A single person who will provide you everything under one roof. He believes in building relations and is always available.

In todays world no one cares for relations but few still believe relations are the best assets and Mr. Prashant Johar is one of them. I bought RTX 3090 in Feb 2021 from Johar computers and a few days back one of the fans broke. I tried my best to contact service center local guys, even a few people from Delhi to get it replaced but it was not much help. Service center was replacing it for Rs. 2500/- and this required 10-15days which was a little tough for me without this card as it was required in my main project.I then called Mr. Prashant Johar and luckily he managed to get it back alive in just 7 hours. He didnt even charge anything from me for this replacement. I recommend Johar computers for all the professional people in Tricity who need the best computer stuff and service even after sales.

They dont attend their customers and so much busy with there fellow member chitchat...It ia better to close the shop and dont waste customers time...

Stop giving false claims over call,yesterday i called told me 4gb ram available at 2000 then today I visited from 20 km in store said me no not available,very poor service guys.instead of them shop at Computer Warehouse at 20c for gud quality service

I have been a customer to them for over last 5 years. Being an architect there are times when you feel the need that your machine is working 24X7 and that it always stays faster than you. I recently broke down my machine because of my own negligence and I was stranded mid way of an important submission. I gave my laptop for repair but they fully ruined it despite that they charging high repair fee. So i refused and repaired in another shop where it was repaired cheaply. Totally disappointed.

He was saying prices of stuff different on calls and when i went there to his shop with my father, he increased price of almost every product by 1kr 500rs. I have proof of chat as well as of bill . In chat he told that the price of cabinet is 5300 and in item list he wrote 5500rs . For monitor i asked him on call he said that the monitor is of 16k and when i got to his shop he Said that the cost price is of 17000. Like this man is a Thug. Im happy that i didnt bought stuff from him and realized he is a scammer and saved alot of my money like a lot
