Very bad experience (arrogant staff), we entered in store at around 9:10 or 9:15 PM and took just ten minutes to select a shirt and a T-shirt. Just as we turned for billing they announced billing is already closed. They closed their register without asking or issuing any alert to us, while we were selecting merchandise in front of them. They just ignored us and didn’t bothered to ask even once before closing for the day and that too well before the closing time of 9:30PM (as specified here)Never in my life I faced such arrogant attitude from any brand store anywhere in the world. Usually stores close entry points before closing for a day but entertain customers inside store beyond closing time or at least make one or two announcements to customers inside store before closing down for a day.But this was humiliating….. won’t visit this store in my life again.(Don’t know how to stop getting text messages alerts from them.)

One of the best showroom Ive seen in Elante Mall.This outlet of Gant is located at the Ground floor of the well known and newly built amazing structure known as Elante Mall, Chandigarh.Its quite a big mall. It has almost every well known brands in it.Anyone visiting the city of Chandigarh must go to this mall.Highly recommended.Well planned place.Helpful and Nice people.You can get cabs from anywhere to this place.
