Very poor service. My landline is not working for the last 7 days. Filed the complaint. All of a sudden I receive a message that complaint has been resolved. On checking, it was still not working. Probably the complaint was resolved to dodge that the system as more time has elapsed than assured by bsnl.

The speed provided by BSNL FTTH is very good no doubt in that and also they have good plans.But, the service is too poor, the employees are irresponsible, not ready to put any efforts in solving customers issue, delayed service, wrong commitment, doesnt pick calls most of the time, rude behaviour.Note: the above mentioned attributes may differ place to place.

Very very poor service of BSNL. My phone always remain out of order. I have kept this phone number because it is with me for the last more than two decades so emotionally attached with it. Now I think I should surrender this number because there is nobody in BSNL to take care. BSNL employees r themselves responsible for its early closure because no-one will take BSNL connections in the time to come. I will prefer to take any other companys connection even though it may be costly but I am sure would work regularly. In fact Government should close BSNL immediately so as to avoid harassment of public who is still believing that one day they will improve. I am sure that day will never come.

From the last twenty days i am regularly complaining bsnl office in sector 34, chandigarh to reconnect the telephone wire which snapped from the pole. They are so unprofessional people that they are not responding. BSNL is a white elephant and its employees are responsible for its pathetic condition. I even tried calling GM of sector 34, bsnl chandigarh but no one attented the call.

Applied for BB services at my residence in Eco City New Chandigarh. Docs submitted at BSNL exch Ph 4 Mohali along with Fee of Rs 750/- in cash. Eng come with 2nd hand device and ask for full payment. He refused for fresh and also refused for installation and go back.I think such incidents are reason for this condition of BSNL. Not Govt

Bill deposited on 24th May ,but connection disconnected on 11 th june.on line payment. If you cannot update your online payment after 18 days , den better to close bsnl.

Nightmare is the right word to describe the service provided by bsnl. Im appalled at the way they treat their customers, its a wonder that they have any customers. After 14 days of my application for the transfer of my line, Im still without a line.

Trying to apply for new connection of Bharat fiber1. Applied 2 weeks ago online still no reply or message or any call.2. Tried to contact customer care bsnl and after a long conversation they gave me 2 incorrect numbers.3. Last contact my local bsnl exchange and they are not picking phone dont know why..(This is the experience of 3 weeks)Cant apply for new connection and this is digital INDIA and our best govt employees working :)

Worst service ever. I registered my complaint at the starting of this month and today its 24th of April but still am facing the same issue. All my complaints are assigned to BSNL staff shri Shiv Charan. This guy is not willing to help at all. When i called him he straight away disconnected my call by saying ( thik hai kal dekh luga ). I dont know what BSNL exactly doing but am sure this company will not survive now.

I was customer of bsnl from 2016 . But bsnl gave me poor broadbannd services then . I got stress very painful ... afterthat i leave bsnl then i got jio . Now i m very happy

If you are using BSNL broadband, Totally waste of time. There is no one to help customers there in the department.Call centre representative doesnt know about the working numbers of the regional offices.And if customer does some research to find the regional office number then, there is no person is responsible to pick those calls.Nobody is there to visit the site and check whats the problem.Not sure how we are building Smart City with BSNL. Even they doesnt know that they are running BSNL perfectly or not.

One star because do not have option of negative marking. Special thing about this office is that we can find all of the officer in canteen no need to go to their office which will save lots of time . All of them are busy in having tea in office time of 11 am to 12:30 pm after this the lunch will be ready .Saare de saare rab de Ghar viah aye ne .Sab to wadi gal they even not aware about their routinal jobs .Just send from one counter to other .Best exemple of office office

Broadband is missing for the last more than a month. Its not working since 27th/28th July. I lodged complaint on 29th July but nothing happened and then on SMS was received that the complaint has been resolved when I pointed out then some fellow was deputed and it was put though on 7th August but only lasted for a day. I again complained on 9th August but nothing happened till 16th when on my inquiry, I was told that i had lodged land line complaint and needed to correct that. Thereafter, somebody came on 24th August which went off as soon as the technician left my house. I am still struggling. I have got one day service in one month.I found BSNL online complaint /helpline so insensitive and helpless. People handling the service are answering on given lines which is only a safe play game to be non-committal leaving the complainants high and dry. Every time I called, they told that this would be attended with in 24-48 hours. 31 days already gone. BSNL being the oldest player in the field and being Govt owned organization is expected to be the ultimate, the best among all. But...Normally, I believe in Govt system but this is a call for the change.R L Sharma

I surrendered my landline 2256096 in the month of March 2.015 to BSNL JALANDHAR but I amyet to be refunded with SECURITY of Rs3000/ I am astonished to see the Efficiency of BSNLwheras Our PM talks loudly of DIGITAL INDIA. I hope BSNL will not let down our Revered PM.
