Very well maintained as expected. Not open for public all the time. Only 15days in a year open for general public. A deer park is also inside.

Very very beautiful.. very well maintained. Beautiful flowers. has Small zoo too. You will find here a deer park, an aviary, rose garden and flowers of different varieties. The park is open for a short period of time during the year. Entry till 5PM and from 3pm onwards. Overall a very beautiful experience.

A very beautiful place... Lovely fountains and vegetation.. with colorful flowers and their loving fragnace... And there are so many deers to see... A artificial spring... Lovely park to enjoy the whether and to sit with others... The chirping birds and the fishes... 2 beautiful peacocks..... Just awesome..!

One of the best flower garden in Bhubaneswar.. Governer house..There is a big dear garden available inside which is maintained by Nandan kanan...this garden is not open for whole year...only in winters it opens for some days where you can visit here on morning or by evening 3pm to 5pm...rest all time it is closed for public as it is the home of Odisha governer..This is a tight secured place where for entering inside you will need valid address proof

Very beautiful garden, having most attracting flowers, fish (aquarium), well maintained floor, another way opens only for governor. Bakulabana, water fountain, lights in evening are really make this place special. Pass needed, if you want to entry into it. Such a nice and fresh place in the smart city. It is open for public visit till 20jan this year from 2pm to 4.30pm. It has peacock, turtle, love birds and beautiful garden and fountain inside it. It has a really mesmerizing view. Music was also playing with the water. You can spend some quality time with family here and also good for groups.

The Beautiful Governor House we can visit only one week in a year. This house is full of security under c c t.v supervision. All time alert SSB jawans and police forces.There is also a small park covers the House. Without permission we cant get inside.

A nice place to visit with friends and family members . Raj Bhawan Garden is opened for public once in a year for a specific days. One is required to reach the main gate of Raj Bhawan well in advance time to avoid huge crowed and for early entry in to the beautiful garden. Really a very nice place and one will never wish to leave the garden. Inside the Raj Bhawan one can even enjoy a small zoo. Hence during next opportunity one must not miss to visit this beautiful garden.

Raj bhawan is a beautiful place to visit for all ages. It opens once a year in the month of January. It has a beautiful garden, deer park, aquarium zone, bird zone. BHUBANESWAR: The Raj bhawan gardens will be opened to public on january of a year. According to an official statement issued by the Raj Bhavan, visitors can come between 2pm and 4:30pm during the period, including Sundays and public holidays.

Its a great experience to visit Raj Bhawan (Governor House). The best attractions of Raj Bhawan is the Deer Park. We can find a large no of deers kept here. Its a very beautiful scenery.Apart of Deer we can Also find Birds like Peacock, Cocatel, etc. There is a Grounded Tank where verities of colourful fishes kept.Another attraction of Raj Bhwan is the Garden full of colourful flowers and plants. It is just like wondering inside a large Jungle.There are different blocks like Administrative, Guest House, Main Building... It was really a great experience to see the music fountains. The waterfall sculpture was very beautiful.Overall a great honour to visit Governors place. Although this time he was not available to meet people but many a time he comes out of house and meet people, distributes chocolates, pens to children and Captures selfie with people.Raj Bhawan opens for Visitors During the Winter mainly in January for 15-20 days. No fees collected for this. People should visit once and have the experience.

Inside Raj Bhavan, OdishaThe Raj Bhavan at Bhubaneswar is an important landmark of the modern capital city of Odisha. Situated on a hillock known as Bhalu Mundia, the Raj Bhavan presents a magnificent sight. The construction of a residence for the Governor was taken up in a sprawling plot of land measuring 88 acres, which was then located in the western part of the existing township. Architect Shri Julius Vaz prepared the design.The Raj Bhavan ComplexThe hilly terrain of the Raj Bhavan Complex has been terraced into several sections. On the top of the hillock stands the magnificent main building, and below it are located the other buildings.The complex comprises of main building, the administrative block, an annexe, the office of the reserve inspector, a reception counter, a dispensary, a garage and a godown. A portion of the premises is forested and the remaining area is covered by different horticulture species such as coconut, cashew, mango and other fruit bearing trees. Open lawns spread along with the central vistas.Main BuildingThe office chamber and residential quarters of His Excellency the Governor, office of the secretary to Governor, office of the Aide-de-camp, Personal Secretary, Private Secretary and Comptroller, guest rooms, library, the Abhishek Hall, the Banquet Hall and a mini conference hall are located in the main building. Several objects of attire comprising stone statues, pieces of filigree work, paintings, photographs and trophies adorn the Raj Bhavan.Abhishek HallSituated on the ground floor, Abhishek Hall serves as the venue of important staff meetings and functions including swearing-in ceremonies. The collection includes books on the Constitution, religion, philosophy, history, culture, yoga, literature, economics, management and computer science. The library is used by the Governor, the staff of Raj Bhavan and their families. Guests, who visit the Raj Bhavan and stay there, also use the library. The present library hall was inaugurated by His Excellency Shri M. M. Rajendran on 9th October 2002.Residence of His ExcellencyThe residential quarters of His Excellency and his family are located on the first floor. The rooms and the corridor are tastefully decorated.

Governor house open for few days in January month for public visit ........presence of a small botanical garden{bonsai house},a deer park , Aquarium and lot more.... different types of fountains increases the beauty....

Good environment and free space to enjoy, watching out ornamental fish tank,deer park and some cockato etc and some birds, really good place to visit for two to three hours...but due to heavy rush during the holidays is little less enjoyable and lot of security personnel inside is really a demerit of the park visit.only winter flowers are nothing else for plant lovers as there is no botanical garden...i.e no different species plants or any ornamental plants...so I personally dont like such garden...but once you should visit..

Its a beautiful place for all ages people, here you see the beauty of the nature which has made and collect for the people. Like different kinds of flowers, birds, trees, plants and dear park, etc.

The garden comprises lush green lawns, two rose gardens, a cactus house and flower beds along the main driveway where a variety of seasonal flowers are grown besides two gardens for medicinal herbs and a kitchen garden. Various types of seasonal flowers are planted in the flower beds. A large number of potted flower plants are also placed in the portico as well as in front of the main building.Apart from the flower plants, foliage plants like croton, difanbachea, coleus, cycas, drasera, etc are grown in pots. Four fountains decorated with coloured lights beautify the lawn. The in-house nursery meets the major requirements of the garden.  The kitchen garden, varieties of vegetables are grown to meet the requirements of the kitchen. Raj Bhavan garden has been adjudged the best garden in the city a number of times. In the Annual Flower Show and Garden Competition organized by Plant Lovers Association in 2008, this garden won the best garden trophy among the gardens of central and state government offices.

It is a beautiful garden. You can spend good quality of time with in it. There are a lot of flowers but that are under covered by security. There is also a green lawn where people enjoy a lot. It is a good place to visit. You can collect the entry pass at the gate without any cost.

Amazing place in bhubaneswar.

Wonderful place to visit and enjoy with your family, friends and grand children. The atmosphere was electric. People gathered in thousands and were all in smiles with the neatly maintained Gardens, Aquarium, Fountains, Deer park and the buildings. We were so excited and happy in the Raj Bhawan gardens.

We are lucky enough to have visit over.Very special.Mini Zoo along with beautiful gardens.Plenty many water fountains along with musical fountains.Guest house, administration office, meeting Hall, what not every thing inside the compound.

Garden in the campus of Governors home (Rajyapaals Home). It remains accessible for the normal public for few days in every January. Entry is free but identify proof is required at the time of entry. Timing is 2.30 pm to 5 pm. No foods and drinks are allowed inside, not even water. Nothing that I felt there. Some dears are there and water fountains and normal flowers.
