Is an amazing and peace full place. You must attend there prayers in the morning or evening... it really feels good. Otherwise just go a sit there for sometime and gives a very soothing effect. Although now a days a lot of construction has happened around it including a huge flyover and this place is almost lots in the concrete jungle.

Very good spiritual experience here. Main deity is on first floor. Calm and clean place.Food is really good and affordable here. You can buy puja items in very good rate. Must visit place.👍

The Sri Krishna Balaram Temple of Bhubaneswar was the last project founded by Srila Prabhupada, and it was inaugurated in 1991. It was Srila Prabhupada’s dear disciple, Gour Govinda Swami, the epitome of Krishna consciousness in Odisha, who started padayatra in 1992 for preaching Krishna Consciousness in the rural areas of Odisha in order to inculcate pure Vaisanava philosophy in the minds of simple villagers in the line of Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu.

Holy place...nice temple. You can have your meal both fixed or order items separately. The food is very good and tasty with affordable price (if you order Puri, bhaji, sabzi specially)..there is a sweet and snacks shop also and it has variety of snacks and sweet items available.. Nice place to visit with family

Iskcon is known for stunning temples across the country and beyond. The temple in Bhubaneswar is not far behind. Again photography restrictions inside the temple and I cannot show you how beautiful the experience inside was but hey no restrictions on taking photos on the outer view which if you see the pic below speaks volumes on how eye pleasing it is. There is no entrance fee or anything like that, just go for devotion and inner piece.

You can have delicious indian vegetarian lunch till you are full. I had a special thali which was 135 rs with rice dal mix veg mango chutney , paneer curry, baigan fry, dlma and kheer.. too much for a hungry man. And they serve happily 2-3 times till you are satisfied. Hare kriahna. All food are cooked with ghee.. you will.not get cutleries but you have to eat by own hand.Whenever you visit you will feel calm and energetic. Temple is well mentained by the authorities.ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) in 1991.Yummy tasty prasad available online booking and directly you can go and have it.If youre a book lover and want to know more about Bhagavad darshana many books are there for sell. Along with books diary, rudrakhyhmala, sndlewood sticks, agarbatti and many more you can get within reasonable price.

Prasad is very delicious.. I would say better than puri jagannath temple. Temple architecture is also unique. Prasad is available at 11 am. There is too a weight machine. The temple is well organised. The surrounding is clean and pleasant too.

Every thing is ok about this place but all over main thing is about Indian vegetarian food which is not a good option in Orissa.

It remains crowded on several occasions like Janmashtami, Rath Yatra etc.1 ) At the left corner of temple, there is a shoe stand where you can keep your shoes.2) Bag, Mobile phones are allowed inside the temple. Just keep in flight mode or silent mode.3) Prasad Sevan House is at the ground floor.4) Souvenirs are available in the first floor near gate.

His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada appeared in this world in 1896 in Calcutta, India. He first met his spiritual master, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Gosvami, in Calcutta in 1922. Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati, a prominent religious scholar and the founder of sixty-four Gaudiya Mathas (Vedic institutes), liked this educated young man and convinced him to dedicate his life to teaching Vedic knowledge. Srila Prabhupada became his student and, in 1933, his formally initiated disciple.At their first meeting, in 1922, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati requested Srila Prabhupada to broadcast Vedic knowledge in English. In the years that followed, Srila Prabhupada wrote a commentary on the Bhagavad-gita, assisted the Gaudiya Matha in its work, and, in 1944, started Back to Godhead, an English fortnightly magazine. Single-handedly, Srila Prabhupada edited it, typed the manuscripts, checked the galley proofs, and even distributed the individual copies. The magazine is now being continued by his disciples in the West.In 1950 Srila Prabhupada retired from married life, adopting the vanaprastha (retired) order to devote more time to his studies and writing. He traveled to the holy city of Vrndavana, where he lived in humble circumstances in the historic temple of Radha-Damodara. There he engaged for several years in deep study and writing. He accepted the renounced order of life (sannyasa) in 1959. At Radha-Damodara, Srila Prabhupada began work on his lifes masterpiece: a multivolume commentated translation of the eighteen-thousand-verse Srimad-Bhagavatam (Bhagavata Purana). He also wrote Easy Journey to Other Planets.

It is a spiritual place in Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar next to NH. Here they mainly worship lord Krishna and Jagannath. You can take part in bhajan at evening. If you are spiritual enough and want to stay connected with its rituals and events then you can take membership from temple authority. A very beautiful place and very peaceful. It just soothes the mind with a scence of divinity. When you are there you feel very relaxed and free pf any problems. The atmosphere is great. Located near nayapalli on NH 16.If you want to relax then go there and sit some minutes, believe me all your pain will vanish.

Its a peaceful place, you can have hygienic prasadum inside the temple.One major problem is that in raining season the main road connected to ISKCON temple get flooded so it causes blockage of road to the temple.

Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in 1966 in New York and is based on the Gaudiya Vaishnavism tradition of Hinduism inspired by the life and teachings of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in the 16th century.
