Selling old products and after sell no responsibility of any warranty, everything void after sold. False information shared by technician. Dont purchase anything from this distributor. Improper installation of each and every equipment. They have very strong tie of ups with company to sell their old and faulty product.

The products are good and the installation is also fast enough but some of the staffs are not good .I took a LG AC and asked for some discount, they got me some discount but instead of giving me the same model (with wifi) that I had chosen they gave me the lower model of the same AC I had chosen (with some other Features but not same as wifi )So if you are planning to come hear then re-check all the products and their Features.

A best buying option for ELECTRONICS

A very fraud agency, who smartly making fool to the customer to sale their product. They can go down to any level by doing false and manipulated statement.I purchases a Daikin AC on 29 Jun which was actually not available with them. They described us with the Display unit and we agreed to purchase. Then they made us waiting there for 2 hrs. And when we argued for the delay, then they smartly started packing the unit which was on dispaly by saying that they dont have any stock. When we refused to accept the product and asked to cancell the bill, after various arguments, they managed another unit from different place which was around 20 km distance from the store.After two days when they installed the AC, it stopped working within 15 mins. The intresting part is that, Neither Patra Electrinics nor the Daikin service centre is going to take the responsibility. We asked to replace the faulty outer unit, they refused and said that they will repair. What rubbish, the brand new AC is not even worked for 15 Mins and nobody is going to take responsibility..Finally the amazing part is that, the service personnel produced a bill of around Rs.4100/- as installation charges which was not clarified by Patra Electronics.

One of the worst experience in my life for purchasing any electronic items. I purchased an AC. The showroom does not provide anything compared to any other shop in the city. They dont even offer a glass of water. For the item you have to pay the transport charge also. Fitment of AC carried by company for which you have to pay to the company. My experience says it is better to buy online where u can save min Rs. 2000/- with free home delivery. Above that with temp outside being 45 degrees the showrooms own AC was not functional.

The Most Misbehaved Electronic Store of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Purcahsed an A/c of Carrier & Sony Bravia aprox 2-3 years back. No one came to install those. We have to forcefully pay & bring the technician to home. When asked to the Manager whos sitting in front of the Door he started misbehaving & used to scream infont of other customers too. Secondly If you go and bargain the price of certain product the Sales guys(or should I say the Goons of Bhubaneswar) they start misbehaving. & thats not it all the products price are 5000 to 8000 bucks expensive. Rather visit Gupta Distributor or Raj Electronic near it.

They lack swipe machine for Brand EMI.Generally all LG products have a brand EMI option i.e. interest free, using your credit card. Their machine does not work and they dont even care.
