Hi all,I am not used to write reviews of every product I buy, but as I am very much satisfied with this product purchase, so I thought of sharing my views with others which might be helpful to decide and buy a water purifier.I brought this product from a local store nearby and its more than a year since I have been using it.We are a family of 3 members and daily consumption would be around 15-20liters approx.I dont know much in detail about the technical aspects but a review is on the overall product which is good and working flawlessly till date.Pros:1. Good build quality of plastic, it gives a premium look in the kitchen.2. Well-in-built Steel tank for the water storage.3. Water fills up pretty fast, and it has indicator on display for water level.5. Works even during the power cut, there is 1 more tap on the side to take water & drink.5. It also has a mobile app to see the filter percentage used and remaining.6. I feel water taste is better than before.7. Saves more water compared to my old water purifier, less wastage.8. Impressed with after-sales support from the executive with regular follow-ups on preventive maintenance, feedback & for AMC.Cons:1. Product needs more space with side tap and when compared to other products(see image) but I dont have any issues with the product size, as I have enough space in our kitchen where it is installed(see image)As I am paying a premium price for the product then I except quality and proportion should also be in premium which is very well served with this product.Brita is a well-known German brand and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for premium look and feel in your kitchen.

GOOD aesthetics and a definite recommend to allOnly one draw back in felt was the locking system. Would seem as if it would break.

I thought while buying its been Germany product it ll be of good quality but it is not upto my expections..till 1 years it worked fine but now I am facing lots of issue..sometime filter...sometime water pressure issue...now power issue...they are taking lot of time for spares parts replacement so overall not happy with the product and will not recommended

Now service engineer and service manager saying due to covid service delays last 2 months they are saying the same . What type of frauds.

Most idiotic sales guys ever.. I did a mistake of clicking their link on facebook nearly two years back and have getting calls since then even after telling them that I don’t need the product and have already bought one.Today I just got two calls in a gap of five mins… that’s like heights of stupidity.

Cheating company dont purchase brita. While purchasing sales executive told 1 year warranty covers everything, now replace ro and replace filter displayed in brita. Now service engineer and service manager saying 1 year warranty is only for electrical not for filter and ro seems. What type of frauds.

It’s very bad experience I got and when I purchase they inform me 1 year warranty, within 6 months I am getting replace ur filter.... I payed totally 26k... its not working not even 1 years .... This Brita company cheating for people... Please don’t buy this product.... this expensive product but not long duration....
