It seems that the builder which is a powerful giant is reporting every negative review ans managing to post from their marketing people to write a rosy picture.I am a resident here and we seriously have some grievances which are serious in nature. The CRM giving very irresponsible replies and when residnets are reviewing here, they report it and manage to keep only goody goodies.You spot a recent negative review. One of the most eloquent sporting theme based project, which has a 50 meter Olympic size pool, football ground, traffic kids zone, pet park. Just 300 meters from metro line operational.World class standard n quality.

How thick this wall is?2. Any kind of issue which you guys have faced because of this common wall?3. Does the sound pass through this wall?

Very High quantity. Very big club house with Badminton, Basketball and other sports. Supermarkets is inside

Quite a few positives- ambience, location, near to metro, construction etc. The sore point is the sports theme on which the property is being marketed. One big wooden floor space and one is expected to play all three sports ( shuttle, tennis, basketball) on the same wooden court. Tennis on a wooden court ! How could this even be thought of ! Even now, the management can rectify this major error by creating basketball, volleyball, and tennis as outdoor facilities at the available space and convert the wooden floor area into badminton courts. Prospective customers can see themselves when they visit the site and can highlight this major lacunae to the team.

Facilities especially for kids might be quite inadequate once the community is fully occupied.it seems about right now, with less than half occupancy

Good ambience, location with close proximity to metro, construction etc, Sukesh did a wonderful job with assisting us with the site visit and providing all details necessary. Definitely recommended fr their courteous nature and professionalism.

I am giving 1 star due to the sales guys. I bought an apartment here on a lower (a few months ago) with the assurance that i would be offered a higher floor when it becomes available. Now they are saying if i need to shift i need to pay the current market price (which is around 300 rs higher than when i bought it).Ensure that you negotiate everything before booking the apartment - sales folks(including the GM) are not trustworthy.

Such a great place to live in. Highly maintained, clean and good in terms of amenities and security. The feeling that you get of being in such a secure society is what we families generally lack, these place fulfills that void. Has a good connectivity to nearby metro station. What else do we need.Nearing to 1 year Anniversary living in this community.....!

Pathetic CRM team will get you into trouble. Be careful

Be careful with the marketing team, specially the team lead. Check issues like Litigation, Water level, Tanker water to fulfill the need, Cell tower location. Once fully occupied there wouldnt be space in Club house. Overpriced etc.The Team lead is very arrogant & thinks he is customers boss.I didnt purchased it due to his behavior & when i didnt got the proper answers to the above points

I am a resident of the tower plaza.I regret coming here and staying.The sobha property looks beautiful but its dangerous to health. Two mobile towers adjacent posing serious health effects .Sobha people are not listening.Its dangerous

I have purchased a flat in this project. This project has amazing surroundings. On one side you have a view of posh Vakil city and other side is judicial layout. It is quite peaceful and well connected to city centre via metro. Metro station is hardly 5 mins walk. Nothing much to say about Sobhas construction quality as most of the people are already aware about the detailing they do.

Nice society it means full beauty of nature and pleasant environment that makes feel better for everyone .good facilities are available . Great and well planned society.

The worst marketing people ever communicated.They change the prices very frequently & they don’t give time to think. The make fake promises & not at all trust worthy. They are not at all customer friendly.

New plaza towers are too close to mobile towers. Can be really damaging. It is supposed to be sports themed apartment but they have given all the sport in one single hall. So same court has badminton, tennis, basketball marking. Atleast badminton and basket ball can be played alternatively but playing tennis on wooden court is joke

Society is dangerously close to two mobile towers which can cause cancer. Sports facility are also farse as badminton court, basket ball court and tennis court are common. Not enough place to play tt. Water supply is through bore well.

The builder made several false promises in the name of being sports themed; where as there is no amenity for Tennis, or volleyball court or basketball. Buyer beware, if you are thinking of purchasing

Sobha Arena is one of the best well planned communities in Bangalore. Really great themed sports facilities. The flats are also really spacious and well built with good quality and durable materials (which is a rarity in apartments nowadays) .The only drawback is that the locality is not well developed yet and its too far from the heart of Bangalore and IT parks.

Finally the management has settled the issue. Interest waived off. No other issue. It is a very nice project. Communication gap has been solved

Sales people are very worst. They tell many fascinating stories to see that u book the project. Sales guys are there to cheat u and immediately after your initial booking amount u will see the true picture how actually we have been duped.

Provide misleading information and cheats the public.Beware of this project before going to purchase.Project have many land and legal issues.Even if Shobha promise you to give Undertaking letter, legally not viableTake care your money and future!!@Rahul,@Sachin or anybody wanted to know more about the legal issues share the contact details will share you

There are multiple issues which one needs to consider.- Maintenance is not free, not even from first year. It is around 6 to7 k and is being taken from corpus.- Club house is light issue, one cant play with those lights.- Badminton court is multipurpose. That means - it has TT, badminton, tennis, basket ball, foosball. it is sale purpose they have provided, practically no one can play these games altogether.- Party hall is having echo issue. overall club house is having big ventilation problem.- No Cauvery water, tanker water is being used currently. Borewell water is not sufficient . not even 10 %.- GV for registration is too high.- No enough park=========Pros-- construction quality is good.- spacious and aesthetic units.- Upcoming metro connectivity.- Project is being completed on time, infact ahead of time.

Love this project and the locality will make it big one day. People worried about paying more should take into consideration of the open space available and the Outdoor Sports Theme of the project.The only minor concern is the shape of the project for me, would have been ideal if it was a proper rectangle :)

Good Quality construction & attracting design of structure.

I will leave the quality and price to be judged by individuals, but dont believe sales guys because1. No water or enough water by bore well. Tanker water is being supplied.2. Kaveri water is diatanced dream, dont know when it will happen.3. Mentainance is not free, they may say sobha will take care for one year. Fact of the matter is they take money from corpus amount.4. There is not enough park in the project. They said there will be some park coming up but now they say it is future development. Their prototype on display is also fake.Lots of issues, be careful before you take a call. Especially dont believe what sales guys say completely. Better see agreement wordings.

Located close to upcoming Talaghattapura Metro station on Kanakapura road. Arena offers spacious apartments in a flourishing location
