This company people takes money and doesnt give a proper service and doesnt give the bills .They have installed filters in water purifier which is fake .Now the water purifier is not even workingWhen we reached back to them for the service 2nd time ...there phones r switch off.Please be careful about these fraud people.

Worste service from Eureka Forbes guys dont go it buy from some other brand . There irresponsible people . I ordered water purifier through agent 7 days back still now I didnt received product they are not responding calls even maneger also worste . Even they are not ready to refund my amount very bad experience

Excellent service excellent product I purchased one wet and dry vacuum cleaner I am using regular but one week before product is not working I made a comment to help line number with in one day they come and do the reaper so I am so happy I feel good thank you for good product and good service thank you

After sales, that within one year I called the supplier Mr. Shivakumar the one who supplied in coordination with his wife Miss Shravanthi for service due to non functioning the vaccine cleaner that they had supplied during the month of February 2020. Both of them put there hands on not helping or not even guiding the customer. They are telling once now once we sold the product to you we have nothing to with you. But before delivery we are going to be there with you lifetime of the product and we personally come and solve the issue. Now when I been calling them for help not responding at all. Dont buy these products, they cheaters they are useless.

Highly irresponsible service. After sale service is really bad. They dont pick ur call n if they pick they give false promises which they never Fulfill . I will strongly not recommend it to anyone.

Kindly be aware of Mr. Nagaraj Team Leader, he will give all false claim to sell the product, once you do payment they dont even pick your call. After follow-up with main customer care i got my water filer delivered after 2 weeks. And learned that he has given all false claim for selling the product, i have not received products which is in bill, can you image that & company people are say that is not my department.

Worst people!! Please be careful with the invoice while u purchase anything in this outlet... I personally nd strongly recommend people not to go with this outlet...
