Liked the place for its simplicity. While they dont have a covered parking space, they have Valet parking and staff was courteous enough. I saw some reviews people mentioning about service etc. Place was clean, floor well maintained. Washrooms were clean. Main restaurant is on 1st floor and I found food and service was good. We tried pasta, chicken tikka, chilly prawns, noodles etc. Overall staff was polite and nice. It was a good experience being here. They is bar on 7th floor as well so you can have drinks and snacks. I will visit again to test some more and do recommend you visit the place.

The total ambience of the place was great and The food was really really good.Few must try dishes : Fish fingers, Mutton roghangosh, pepper corn and brownie.One of the best brownies I had tasted.If the service was little faster, this place would have got 5 stars.

Worst hotel to shadey seems more like a oyo rooms actually speaking oyo townhouses are better ,here even a non smoking room smells like smoking room over priced not worth the stay and IRD is like useless most of the time they dont have food to order, could be a business class hotel by The park hotels but standards are not up to the mark,even front desk gives latargic vibes.

After months of lockdown, we looked for a decent place to celebrate our special day. We went for buffet lunch at Bazaar restaurant of Zone by the Park hotel. However due to less people they are not offering buffet. So we ordered food items individually from the menu. It was a wonderful experience, staffs were humble/sincere, and food was delicious. I hope more people will come to this restaurant to enjoy their good times. Right now it is open till 5pm.

Very bad customer service at the restaurant that is Bazar. Nothing towards customers comfort, smoke from open kitchen , tough of kids, no botheration at all. I had to take my plates, glass & other stuffs from the table to shift to another table, staffs are least bothered. No concern shown. Will not come back to the restaurant for the least concern shown towards diners comfort.

Went to Bazaar for a TDH lunch with family. The food was great starting from the wonderful mocktail to the desserts.The starters were good as well and there were a lot of options in the main course.The staff was also extremely cordial.To be honest its very difficult for a person to even taste every item in the menu.Definitely recommended for a cosy lunch in weekends.

Expensive food, low response from reception.Enquired for a cab to mysore, reception said will get back soon, waited for more than 20 mins, no call back, once again ranged to reception and repeated the requirement, the gentleman who picked the phone said no service. For double occupancy also they provide only two half litre water bottle. Over all location is peaceful.

Basic infrastructure in the room was not good, needed repair at many places, no cable connection in the TV. Housekeeping was not being done hygeinicaly. Sometimes the main staff was nor supportive

A functional boutique 3 star hotel, the hotel offers good budget stay in the hub of electronics city at Bengaluru.My stay was strictly business, and I had another colleague staying, so booked this hotel.To start with, international credit cards are not accepted, so either be ready with cash, or the hotel will provide a link where you can pay as well.The corridors have a lot of twist and turns, which is strange for a small hotel. The emergency stairs are more like functional stairs and are not hidden from plain view. I wish they offered some intricate design, or at least marble flooring. But cost-cutting is everywhere these days.The room is fairly large for a 3 star hotel, and the bathrooms are very small, and not appropriately anointed. The service lift is old and on my floor did not have a door, just curtains. And all day and night a sing song message, asking whosoever cares to listen or is a light sleeper to close the door to the elevator that does not exist.There is a restaurant on the first floor, serving buffet breakfast. Service is slow, and the staff does not understand cleanliness, though is friendly, and well mannered. Obvious lack of training.Could have been much better. I would have given a 2 star rating, but location and the size of rooms persuaded me to be a bit generous.

Place keeps the park reputation up but the food is not out of the ordinary. Being an out of station guest, the food killed the vibe of the experience. The entire team of service people were over courteous and polished, but the range and taste of food was pretty simple comparing it to the hype of The Park in other metropolitan cities. It is a good place to crash at or have a party in the rooftop bar but for a dine in, there are several other places in the that can be hit.

The receptionist wasnt even wearing any mask which was quite odd. The rooms were nice but the restrooms were way too small for a 4 star property. Two dental kits should have been provided for a couple room but there was only one. No proper communication regarding how to contact the reception from the room telecom. The only good thing was, breakfast was good though the menu was very limited. Overall a good stay but definitely not a 4 star range. Must have been a 2 star property.

Had a two night stay at this place ...had a horrible experience... I checked in and found it looked more like a lodge...so checked out and checked into the oterra in less than 10min, and they had taken payment for 2 nights prior..upon refund...they refused ...suggest you guys not to go here...

The Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff were also courteous and helpful, especially Somojeet helped us with whatever we needed during our stay and even the lady at the Reception during the day shift catered to all our request. Even Rajkumar from In room Dining was really kind. The Food was good as well. Overall a good Experience. Only 1 drawback was that the washroom was small orelse I would end up staying for a week atleast. But nevertheless I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel.

It was horrible experience. starting from the dirty water bottles which they kept in the room. The bottle caps were with full of rust and in unhygienic condition.To my surprise they were refilling those water bottles from the RO. my suggestion is if you guys cant give complementary water bottles in the room then its absolutely fine but atleast dont refill the glass bottles from the RO and keep in the rooms in the name of complementary water bottles. Day 2 was horrible too. I have specifically requested in the morning that please make my room. I left the hotel after breakfast around 10 am for some work and returned at 9pm in the evening. I was expecting the room to be clean and linens ito b changed but to my surprise it was as it is I left in the morning. overall it was bad experience however housekeeping staff Sumon was a young lad who just responded spontaneously to change the water bottles or changing the entire bed linens...he was really impressive... except him everything was really bad.Food : food quality is below average and over priced compare to the quality.

The few best parts in the trip was the room size was very spacious and the best was very comfortable and had a good sleep . I was given a 2 hours extra time to check-out ,that was great , I understand it is not normal after Covid , but I really was not so happy with the stay. I was expecting a bathtub on a suite room as mentioned by Zone by park , but I was disappointment with the size if the bath , I was unable to extend my arms in my bath , I just wanted to chill on this stay but this was a extra expenditure for no chill , the breakfast was good.

The staff and ambience is really nice. It is a very safe hotel to stay for girls.Taking example of one of the staff member Soumoji is very active in resolving all the issues and ensures that the guests have their best experience in the Zone.The food is also very delicious.

This is one of the good family restaurant in Electronic City. Ambience and decor is pretty good. Staffs are very welcoming and nice. They do not offer lot of food options in their menu. Most of the options are North Indian and some regional choices. But Th food taste and quality is very very good. We ordered murgh tikka, phulka, veggie dumplings and Hakka noodles. Everything tasted awesome. Very kid friendly.

Stayed in this property on 24th Jan. I found this property through booking.We had earlier stayed in Many PARK properties but never seen such an horrible washroom and receptionist. Immediately once we checked in ! We noticed the washrooms were not clean. Immediately When we informed this to the receptionist he said morning it will be cleaned . How to use the unclean toilet ? No sanitizing... No temperature check ! Uncleaned rooms.. Rude receptionist at night ! Guys pls dont believe this hotel to be best by its pics online. Choose keys or ibis dont waste money ! Breakfast was good ! The only good thing happened.. never will visit again ! Thanks Zone by the park electronic city !

Bazaar - electronic city is a go to place if you are looking for a fine dining place and want to enjoy the view by the pool. It has nice ambiance with a buffet and a pool to relax and spend some time. They have come up with a new menu which is launching from October:Some must try dishes from them are: kachori which they served as appetizer it was really good. Thum Kha Pla (veg) , this soup is coco nutty in flavor but the taste is really giid filled with veggies.Spring Green Veg Salad: one of the best salad i had , healthy and yummy.Mushroom Tripple Sec: if you like mushroom then must try this one, it was really good.For deserts you can try the boondi rabdi and malpua they were really good.Also they have some amazing mocktail which you should try

They provide complementary breakfast.There are a wide range of options for food.Its eacy to access place., bustops Near by, the electronicity flyover is also very nearby.

Last night we had an Office Get-together at this place , which was the worst party ive ever been to. They promised to serve liquor till 9.30 and by 8.15 they are out of stock on premium liquor whereas we have paid around 2k per person and they dint even had enough disposable glasses and they ask us to bring our disposable glasses back to get a refill . And about the food, was very limited that none of our staffs had a good meal that we had to spend extra at restaurant nearby. Corporate people ease dont choose such cheap places , they simply name it as PARK but nothing here matches the quality of park.

Great ambience with newly rennovated state of the art decorum. The decor is super fancy and the staff are extremely friendly. The restaurant is near the pool side, which provides a great view. Now coming to the food,their new menu is absolutely delightful. Their mocktails were very refreshing . Non vegetarians are going to have a feast! The mutton sheekh kabab was juicy and succulent which is a must try over here. Vegetarians need to try the mushroom triple sec, which was cooked to perfection. The appetisers were beautifully presented and tasted equally amazing. They have a very wide spread. Now coming to the main course, the rice and coconut chicken curry was delectable. Went for a business trip for 5 days. Was a. nice experience. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is simply nice with lots of books, play area, swimming pool and polite staff members. Electricity does trip off now and then, but they do have a generator which kicks back in like 5 seconds. Overall it was an amazing experience. Best part is free unlimited Wifi. You can sit with your partner or friends and chill out on the rooftop. Its calm and nice. Electricity tripping is a problem sometimes if you are in a lift. The food costs are a bit high but considering the hotel and taste, its justified.

If you didnt like food do complain they will make it good only if you complain.

Room service is good. 2 lifts are there for guests and a stair as well. 24/7 restaurant service is really an added advantage and complimentary breakfast in the morning with good no. of choices for both veg and non veg lovers. Location is good for the people visiting Electronic city, Bangalore. They have some other hotels in different cities in India.

The breakfast buffet was very very affordable and value for money deal. The location is a little congested as the approach entrance is on the mainroad.. thd rooftop bar and restaurant also is a nice place to dine in d evening with a pleasant garden deck up... food and beverages are very affordable for a star hotel quality.

Good hotel and nice rooms. Used a make a day deal from Goibibo website which offered a stay for 6 hours including lunch at in house restaurant. Food was good with good quantity, however, not too many options in the menu for food.It has a few games you can play like foosball, carom board, air hockey and a TV console game. All in all a good hotel with good amenities.

It is a good place to stay. location is very good, just at the heart of Electronic City. staffs were courteous and professional. specially reception staffs were good. food was ok. it was not great but at the same time you cannot complain about it. all the staffs serves with a smile which is great to see. room was specious and clean with all amenities available. only setback to me was the bathroom. it was so small and cramped. only because of bathroom I am giving 0.5 star less, otherwise its definitely worth a re-visit. there good amount of space to work on from hotel room if required.

It was a really good stay. Hotel is situated near markets and servers a good purpose for visitors who dont want to travel far at night. The room was really good and tidy, comfortable bed and clean washroom. Inroom dining food was also good and good view of pool.

I havent been to the hotel yet but the support staff were extremely hospitable on call. I had an issue with my booking dates but Sameer and Kaberi were extremely cooperative and helped me sort out the issue. Truly grateful. Keep up thr good work guys.

The place was very Decent and Clean.We went for Breakfast, they have a whole lot of Variety Dishes.Starting from South to North & English Breakfast too.Do try their Egg Casserole & Pancakes with the Signature Maple Syrup.They kept the Dry Fruit Cake too, which was fresh, moist & certainly nice.Folks, do try their TEA, you will love it.As it says I think its important to start the day with a proper & healthy breakfast.Overall: A breakfast with a reasonable amount.

Great Locality, Peaceful Stay, Great Staff

Supposedly a business hotel. My office booked a suite for me and I was allocated a suite on the fourth floor. The air conditioner started dripping water on the floor in the middle of the night. Was shifted to another room on the fifth floor the next day. This one had no shower curtain or enclosure, with the result that having a bath meant water all over the floor across the bathroom. And no running hit water either. Many of the drawers had exposed plywood.Service is ok, though they take a fair amount of time to do anything that you call them for. Food is average at best, though reasonably priced. Overall, a disappointment.
