The highlight however is their wellness therapist RD; who is experienced and genuine to the cause of well-being of his Clients. His in-depth knowledge, empathy, patience, skill and professionalism is unparalleled to any therapist I have ever come across. I came to Meraki with a bunch of health problems and the therapy sessions with RD has remarkably helped in my recovery and healing.

The services are very good . The staff is good too. RD is very knowledgeable , good in analysing the body type and suggesting the correct treatment for my issues. Without even I revealing anything RD could able to tell many things about my body and various knots I have in my body . For example ; I am right handed , dehydrated and I spend more time Sitting cross legged . Yes I spend more time in meditation sitting cross legged .These predictions are something beyond intelligence for me . Recently I went through the Lymphatic Fluid drainage therapy which helped me a lot in reducing my back pain and shoulder pain. RD is really good at what he does. Very scientific and understand the needs of a sports person. In fact, he is the best i have found. However, their packages are not pocket friendly and makes it so difficult to choose from. Yet again, like all other places here also they push for package. I came to Meraki to see if they could help with my pain built up in my hamstring and groin that started when I began running this year. They had a specialist - Rd - who is very knowledgeable in the human anatomy and can help heal through a lymphatic drainage and trigger point therapy. It is a bit painful during the session, but the results are remarkable! In just 2 sessions, that ongoing pain in my lower back and legs is greatly reduced and am feeling so much better. Looking forward to continuing my sessions with Rd!

My experience with Meraki has always been good and as usual i had a great experience today as well.. The masseuse was very good and knew the pressure points for my swedish massage.Other than that i happened to meet a very experienced, down to earth, highly knowledgeable and very professional chiropractor, R.D..He gave me a free consultation to suggest me the message i should go for and then i booked a 1 hour session with him to adjust me posture, release the knots and balance the body. I must say i am blown away with the experience and am already feeling much better after my first sitting. He gave me an analysis too over my personal number ( list of exercises/stretches, list of problem areas that will be worked on my body). I am looking forward for my next sessions with him so that i can come out of the pain that i have been suffering from over 10 plus years.I would recommend anybody to Meraki for their massages and if anyone is looking for a trusted Chiropractor, just ask for RD (physiotherapist /chiropractor)

It was a great consultation with RD. During the consultation he was very friendly and he was able to identify problem and pain areas. Place is clean even though it feels a bit run down now. The main draw, the massage was strictly average. I tried the Balinese. I felt the therapist went about doing her work in a highly impersonal/mechanical and also not a very thorough way. By the end of it, it left me in a not so relaxed state.

Update Sept 2020 - Still enjoying my massages at Meraki. Renewed the membership. I came to know recently that they offer Sports massage as well as deep tissue. RD knows his work and if you have any nagging issues, I suggest you come here for a few sessions and it will get taken care of.My first visit here after being recommended by the hubby. Tried Swedish massage and it was done well. The Spa is clean and their masseuse knows whats she doing. There are more services I intend to try before going for their membership. Their membership is a good buy especially from non peak hours.

Meraki Membership program is a trap. You will pay an advance amount of 20,000 and there is no way you can fully utilise the amount. They will come with lots of conditions on using the money we paid already.Poor Cleanliness during the COVID situation; (It was better before)Service was good and behaviour of the staff was good. Wont suggest because of lack of transparency.

I didnt like it. In 45 minutes, she didnt have time for me to do a good massage. It felt like she was in a hurry. The oil was cheap, too. I dont advise you to go there, it looks good, but the service is bad.And I think it’s very expensive 1750 Rs. in 45 minutes a bad massage. I was disappointed in your spa

I visited Meraki last week and love how professional the entire process is. Right from the time you call to book an appointment to the end of your visit. The ambience is beautifully created. I have visited multiples spas in Bangalore and nothing compares to how well Meraki is set up and maintained.What I loved about my visit was the fact that they have a consultation (physiotherapist/chiropractor) before you choose which service you would like to take for a full body massage. So helpful and meaningful particularly because you are visiting a spa with some purpose. Rd, the chiropractor, is a storehouse of knowledge. His expertise in human anatomy is what impressed me. He briefed me so well on what would work best for my body and lifestyle. The deep tissue massage helped ease out all the pain I had. Its been a week since then and I can already see the difference. A perfect spa date...The spa date turned out to be amazing. We tried their Swedish spa which is.medium pressure therapy for relaxation. The rooms, aroma and staff is very nice. Rd makes one feel very relaxed during the procedure. Also he explains what he is doing in an extremely clear fashion (as it is not exactly obvious what a lymphatic massage is and why it helps). Rd responded to some questions about the lumbar surgery. I found this immensely enlightening and it really helped me understand better what was happening during the healing process.

It was a chance encounter with RD, who is the chief consultant at Meraki. During the consultation itself, he was able to identify my problem and pain areas and recommended wellness & healing sessions. However, he does not just focus on physical therapy. He would advise simultaneous lifestyle changes, stretches and exercises that one must continue for long term healing. He’s also not one of those healers who silently finish their session and be done. He interacts with his patients during the sessions and tries to understand their state of mind, which eventually helps the patient to feel relaxed.I have several follow up sessions lined up with him due to the nature of my condition and I am hopeful that he would be able to heal me completely by the end of them. Rd is an excellent diagnostician. His skill set is quite impressive and he is able to truly help whatever the issues is.....he is honest about what will work and what wont work. And, he is very cognizant of how much time he needs to fix the issue--he wont give you a longer appointment if it is not necessary (unless you want it!) I left feeling so much better!

He assessed my body to understand what treatment would be best for me and customised a session to target my pain points. Because of this, he was able to target pain areas that previous therapists had not before, I felt like a new person coming out. Ive subsequently booked some more sessions with him.

The rooms are very clean, and well appointed. I’ve been there multiple times, and the therapists are all experienced and good at their work. They are able to locate problem areas in the muscles, and administer treatment without having to be told. Happened to visit this place on weekday ie Monday at around 4 pm.... first of all I was impressed with the nice ambience..... gave warm cozy homely feel to it ...Secondly the staff was very welcoming ...I would like mention name of front desk staff on the day.. Sonia.. she was very informative and gave a briefing on the different services and massages and was very calm and soft spoken and made the choice very easy and made me feel comfortable.Finally the masseuse... her name was Rosy and she did a great job and it surely was a really great &rejuvenating. Went here with my mother to get the foot reflexology done for her. From the ambience of the place to the massage we loved the place. Very soothing and relaxing atmosphere. My mother loved the massage by Grace, left her very destressed and relaxed by the end of the massage. Only problem here we faced was there was no lift facility so its a little hard for older people or for people with certain difficulties in movement to climb up. Besides that it was a lovely experience. Would come back soon.

We visited Meraki for the first time last week for a couple massage and were extremely happy with the therapy as well as the free consultation from RD, a chiropractor and physiotherapist. We are runners and do have our own set of aches and niggles all the time. He explained our specific issues very well and suggested massages accordingly. The massage was slightly painful at times as he had mentioned earlier but I could feel the difference in my runs in the following days. He has also guided with some stretches and exercises during the follow-up visit, which we hope will help.The spa is very well-maintained and hygienic.

Recently visited the Indiranagar branch and loved the experience. Their new consultant RD, a certified Chiropractor and Physiotherapist helped identify the main pain points due to my work out and helped ease them. It was painful but worth it as it relaxed my muscles and knots. I found this much more helpful than a regular relaxation massage.

The ambiance of the spa is good. And their services were quite good as well. The choices are limited and expensive in comparison. But they try to make their services upto the standards. They have in-house steam and bath which is a add on benefit. Satisfied.

Gifted their voucher worth 7500 to my Mom (massage, scrub and facial). They completely spoiled the whole experience with the facial. My mom left with an aching face. Her masseuse doesn’t seem to know what she was doing and kept on saying “it’s not my fault, i can’t find all the supplies”. And i think their restaurant opened that day so they weren’t very keen on their spa services. Very disappointed.They did offer to do another facial but honestly, my mother straight up said no. I wouldn’t recommended them. wasted my money and spoiled my Mom’s bday.

Meraki is one of those unique spas that youd want to visit when u want to experience great massage clubbed with fab ambience.I was awestruck t a by suchthe decor and couldnt believe that such a spa existed around my neighborhood when I was heading to all the wrong ones. Glad I found it.Must visit if you wanna be treated royally. Though I wasnt too satisfied by the steam bit ( it was just getting intermittent) but otherwise the massage made up for all the loss..So brownie points for the massage and the decor+ ambience.

Very nice place. as fancy as a five star hotel. prices high also but massage good for fiancé and i. they didn’t seem friendly at first but as far as massage went it was top notch. only down side was the sauna was broken in couples room and lotion not stocked in the other room they moved us too.but very minor.

Didnt enjoy the facial one bit. Especially disappointing because I went after reading a lot of glowing reviews of the placeNo technique in the facial. the product used on the face was really sparse. From the scrub to the face cream miniscule amount of product was used. Was told the facial is especially important to increase hydration and instead Ieft with parched dry skin. Waste of my 3000

Rd is very experienced and great with the Manual Lymph Drainage Massages. I always feel great after a session with him. The best thing is by having the Manual Lymph Drainage massage, it helped a lot with soreness and swelling .
