Went for Covid vaccination which was organised for employees and their family.It was very very well co-ordinated and organised.There was no waiting period at all.Only waiting was during observation time.Hats off to Deloitte.

Deloitte USI office in Bangalore. It is situated near HAL and is well connected to major parts of city. The tech park is little secluded from main road, but has pretty much all the amenities required inside only. It is better to plan to reach to and leave from the location at peak hours, owing to huge traffic.

One of the best companies to kick start your career. Great people and an amazing office. The tech park doesnt have much to offer and is at a very dull location.

Interview process needs a huge transformation. Looks like all are new in taking up the interview. I felt like they are experimenting the interview process on us.And more ever after answering Everything in technical discussion I was rejected. Thats ok but feedback has not been provided at all after many follow ups. Were you real in need of candidates? Is the interviewer had all the capabilities to take up the interview. There were three members to take up my interview. Do you even have a process for taking up interviews? I see that advertisement of a company while they interview the candidates. If the company have a well hiring process you dont need any advertisement in the interview process.

I had attended a interview here in the month of February 2018 and had provided my full resume while applying for the role and the same was explained in the telephonic interview session.I felt not only humiliated but also prejudiced and bigoted by the words used by the Senior Manager in f2f interview, he was reluctant to hire me as a Team Lead or Manager because there were no roles available and the company had a lot of members internally who were waiting for promotion. He went on to mention that I had over experience to be a project controller since HE will mind the fact that I will be reporting to a person with similar years of experience as mine and will be working alongside a person who has 3 or 4 years of total experience.Because of this prejudiced and bigoted behavior, I am now unemployed for over a year, with a bachelors degree in business management, self-skilled and 8 years of experience. And because of such opinionated leaders decisions, my salary was very meager in previous companies.Next time please be considerate before humiliating someone like me, I traveled almost 3 plus hours and burnt my saving a little only to be sent back with an opinionated review and a grammatical tip on my resume. As mentioned if you did not want any candidates with over 7 years of experience, there was no reason to bring me up all the way. Or is it because you hire candidates based on personality and looks rather than their skills and experience that the company thought to exploit and depress me further?That said, even after reaching out to the higher management my pleas were ignored and I was just replied by an higher executive that my issues will be addressed and necessary action will be taken. But I havent heard back anything related to it even after so many months. The bigot will be roaming free and harassing God knows how many more. The problem is not with a single person but with the higher management who become deaf and blind to our concerns.

Good drive and at the same time Google did help perfectly.If you visiting for a interview, you dont have to enter details at the main gate, rather you can enter the details at Deloittes own security counter, then follow to their reception. Please dont forget to carry a ID original for the interview process. Also suggesting to reach at least 15mins early so that other formalities (like badge/form filling/etc) can be done on time.There are multiple ways reaching here, I suggest follow what google says, it may take more kms but it will definitely take less time to reach.There is a Chai point inside the tech park, walkable from Deloitte building. I suggest keep your car parked outside and just walk down to the Chai Point if you are planning to grab tea/coffee.

I went out this place for an interview. People around are very polite and helpful. If you go over a weekend, expect your interview to be time consuming. They provide lunch if your interview doesnt get over by lunch time. This office is located near Marathahalli and HAL. Expect traffic while reaching this place on weekdays.

Its after the yemlur junction. You wont get direct bus. Deloitte doesnt have cab facility but they have shuttles every half n hour till bayapanhalli metro. It is at divyashee technopolis.

Employees here learn how to cheat and scam , one of their team member /s involve in visa scam and cheated crores from innocent people of there hard earned money, KRISHNA KUMAR GOVINDARAJAN is the key person and looted crores and still doing it. Police complaint has been filled againt him and several others.

They called for interview, turned out a walk-in drive. Called for Big-Data consultant, the interviewer asked not a single question from Big-Data. I started ignoring all the service and consultant based firm after that incident. They call in mass, hire in bulk and you will not get the chance to innovate but do same repeated work(that was quite reflective from the face of interviewee).

Worst HR people in any company I have ever seen . I got a call for an interview from a HR person from Deloitte Hyderabad, for an interview at Deloitte Bangalore on 30th of Jan 2019.Interview Date was scheduled to 1st Feb 2019 ,Friday . Before I walk in to the interview , I called the contact person A.Lithin for the Position they looking to hire for. Sadly the poor guy has no clue , what position they looking to hire for. Please note , the call letter I received before the interview ,has only JD mentioned in it and they have not mentioned any thing about the position (Developer, Lead, or Architect or manager) . I reached Deloitte Yemlur , Bangalore office 30 mints before the scheduled time . i.e : It was scheduled for 1pm and I reached there by 12.30 PM. As per the interview call letter , it was supposed to be a scheduled interview , how ever it turns to be an open walk in . Still, I waited almost for 2 hrs for my turn for the interview . At around 2.15 PM, contact person A,Lithin, informed me that , my resume is not matching with the JD, provided to them, so I can leave for the day , without interview . And the funny part is , MR. Lithin told me , that the candidate must visit , in person to the office campus, for the shortlisting process , seriously ? You call a senior person , for the interview , without , even going through his resume and after the candidate travelled for 15 KM to the location and waited for 2 hrs, you are telling him to leave .Do not Spoil the Company image , by doing this kind of Unprofessional Act. Please note , Candidates do read company review , before any interview or even before joining the company.

Need to improve a lot about their interview process,Honestly I dont see any process here.I had given an interview there and I was there on time waited for one and half hours.Then after finishing 2nd round, it was 7PM in the evening, then I was waiting for an update.Funny part was HR team was gone by thenAsked some random guy in the office and that person checked with someone. Finally got the update likeIll get an update with an email. Then I left the office around 8PMFor next 2 weeks I followed up with mail but no response, after 2nd week got an update.Feels like pople here dont have respect for others time, may be it is specific with my case. I feel this wayPLEASE HAVE SOME PROPER INTERVIEW PROCESS, that intern good for you as a company !!As per rating company might be good, but the interview process... ?

The most easiest route to reach deloitte in yamalur is to take the right near the shell petrol bunk between gopalan school Road and graphite signal and t reach rainbow hospital near marathalli now head towards the HAL residential area backside by taking u turn and that road reaches yamalur junction from where if u take left deloitte is just 5 mind located near a very big playground

They conducted recruitement drive today (5th Jan 2018) and they called people more than they can handle. My schedule was at 2pm and they called me in for first round 4:30pm. The interviewer was not interested to listen my answers. He just asked questions for formality and I answered 9 of 10. He done the interview in 10 mins and at 4:45 They asked me to leave for the day. I enquired other people who were been waiting whole day for this kind of evolution process.
