Visited for an internet banking issue. I got prompt replies and support to solve the issue without filling any forms

This year for some reason all the provisional certificate provided on SBI bank website werent correct and I have requested multiple time to branch manager to provide them through my loan agent but it was never sent even after following up for many times.Here comes the Mr Shankar R for rescue. Responded on each of the call and followed up till I got correct statements. Really appreciate his patience and help in solving long pending issue. Keep it up sir.

You will never find a SBI branch better than thubarahalli. Staff and Service both are excellent. I have my account in this branch and whenever i have any issue the Manager and one female staff member (intentionally i am not mentioning the name as it is a public platform) always supported and provided me the best solution.Now i moved from Banglore towards north and visited local SBI branches here. Staff and managers are not supportive here and they never treat you like customer.At the end, I really want to appreciate your way of doing work. Please keep it up. I am very happy with your service and support. Thanks a lot.

Good branch but not have 24*7 ATM facility

Atm n bank at same place ample parking.helping staff. Can expect normal waiting time.

Small branch with an ATM.

Edited:Two machines available. Second one can be used for bulk deposits as well. Used this many a times. Works most times.

This branch has an ATM facility along with but its not a 24x7 ATM facility.
