Struggle to Park Car. Sat with family for 15 minutes. after 5 minutes menu card was given. after waiting for 10 minutes no one came to take order and came out of the restaurant without eating. No response from staffs. No A/C. sweating inside. No one minds who is coming and going to the restaurant.

Not so pro active but ok.Food: quality of food and taste is really nice. Decoration, platting are at par. Only cons is few dishes are too good and few are average.Cost: I feel cost reasonable compared to the area......Have a try.....

I have been to this place a lot of time and I come here for the service you people offer. But today the attender today had a very bad attitude to our table since we were just 3 of them and gained a lot of attention and have more importance to the other table which had more crowd. Place is new and food is awesome, footfall on weekend may be high that the wait time will be more. I was served food in 20m, food was yum and worth the wait. This is one of the best place which have come up in Hesarghatt Main Road.

Very bad experience.... took parcel mutton biryani and special samman kebab...Pathetic, my moms kebabs are far better.Biriyani was some mutton curry mixed in basmati rice. Please dont order or visit here waste quality.

We had ordered a tandoori kabab and biryani rice.. it being our first visit , we werent expecting much..but the dishes turned out to be super delicious..just the right amount of spices and flavours and cooked to perfection...even the mundane sweet lime water tasted yumm....someone indeed is driving the qualify fantastically !!Ambience waa clean and pleasing to the eye...not overly lit...with sufficient spacing between tables..let me add..after a long time.my not so great lower back felt relaxed..the restrooms was a good surprise too..never expected so much of real estate investment in it..quite spacious ..very clean...almost 4starish...the only thing the place could have had was few Air conditioners...but then Bangalore can still get away with not having AC.Overall a very good food and ambience experience..veey recommendable...kudos to the management and staff of Samman !!

The place is good and food is also tasty but I had a very bad experience yesterday night. We brought chicken biryani and a briyani rice parcel yesterday, the worst part is the chicken biryani was spoiled and had a foul smell. The biryani rice literally tasted like lemon rice. So we had to go back to hotel and get it clarified. Worst experience ever.

This place is nice, hygienic, clean every thing is good over here. Taste is also good but not spicy not even reach a normal level of spicy.If you are a spicy eater I would not recommend.
