Mostly all smokers from the surrounding blocks within ITPB meet here . They have a very basic arrangement of tea and coffee making facilities. Tetra packed fruit juice, mineral water and some basic sandwiches. People prefer to come to the place just to smoke. Its the smoking portion of the entire campus.
