Room that we got was spacious and clean, we got at 600 so it is really2 worth it and more. However food is not that good, but zomato, swiggy, dunzo is available so you can order from there.The location is fine as well located just next to the metro station.Overall a good stayStaff were also fine.

I would say it as an average stay. No bottle water provided as complimentary and also bath towels. All materials for tea and coffee was arranged except water. I felt that situation like a lime juice provided without lemon. Restaurant price was also felt bit high.I noticed a mini fridge without any beverages provided. Air condition was not working properly as it got switched off in between. Since I noticed it during night time, I didnt bother to call anyone. Kindly improve the services.

We had our daughters birthday party there a few years back. Their party hall was quite spacious and can accommodate a large number of people. But our guests were few so we had all the space for ourselves and kids really enjoyed it. On the buffet, pepper chicken curry was liked by all. Overall, its value for money for us.

Terrible place. Not clean . Dusty room, dirty old chairs. Receptionist was rude. Breakfast was bad. Leaking tap in bathroom which they didnt bother to fix, neither did they agree on offering me another room. Wifi doesnt work at all and again they dont bother to fix it. They dont give bottle of water as complimentary ( its a basic need). Coffee mug had someone elses lipstick stain. 0/5.

Polite, responsive staff. Decent and clean room. Had a Convenient stay, no hiccups. The metro nearby is a big advantage if you chose to stay here.

Stayed there on Dec 2 2018. Spacious room. But not maintained properly. Bed lamp and electronic socket was not working.Torn beadsheets , Room not cleaned properly. Used carpet which was heavily stained. Chairs in room are antique.Common area outside room was dusty and looks like it havent cleaned in months. Overall not worth for money

The room they gave me was very old n untidy way. Same condition for washroom as well. But looks like now they have renovated. Doesn’t know how good it is now

The party hall was quite big and suitable for conducting birthday parties. They provide catering as well. Chat items arranged were yummy. But the main good was just average. Parking ground available and its quite big. So, a big event can also be arranged.

We had recently booked most of the rooms at Vaishnavi Residiency, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru, in connection with our daughters wedding. The choice of the hotel was more because of its proximity to the wedding venue than due to any special choice or recommendation. But from the very first trip to see the rooms, till the day all our guests checked out, the experience was a very pleasant one. The staff were uniformly polite and the reception staff were always available and responsive to any needs. The restaurant served lunch and dinner well beyond the usual hours, which was very convenient for our guests arriving at different times. Special consideration was given to us when it came to check out times - the 24 hour check in-check out facility is something all of us appreciated very much. The rooms are clean, and fresh linen was provided without having to run after the staff.I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is not simply after a brand name - excellent value for money from a hotel that has no undue pretensions.

Very neat and spacious. Enough parking space. In fact they have some dedicated space in the adjacent metro parking lot. The staff, most of whom are immigrants from the East India are all well behaved and helpful.

I had stayed to attend guru gobind singh jayanti at ulsoor gurudwara for the whole day and till 11 pm. felt comfortable after the hectic day.

Nice place to stay for 1 or 2 days. Rooms and toilet are clean and well maintained. Have a good restaurant called Moksha. Try their awesome dish, Moksha special Reshmi chicken (non spicy). Biryani is also delicious.

Vaishnavi Residency is the worst, terrible, cheating hotel in the world. I am not sure if they are running business or robbery. It is not their purpose to serve customers but anyhow they want to cheat customer. If we want to call to register a compliant, OYO they are a big thieves than these, and our compliant does not register. I have been compliant for a month before and still waiting to know the status.

Outside food were not allowed just to promote their hotel which was like forcing someone to have what they have in kitchen rather than we customers choosing it. their restaurant were very expensive and couldnt deliver the quality to make up the rate they charge.

Room and amenities good. The restaurant below Moksha, did not feel good. Food quality and cost doesnt go well. Quality pathetic for many food items. Morning buffet breakfast manageable only.

The service needs huge huge improvements. The commods cover was broken and inspite of complaining about same nothing changed. The room wasnt cleaned inspite of asking for it. When asked for extra bed, the service guy gave it with plastic. No communication regarding breakfast will be served to room. Mainly lot of communication gaps.

For billing system atlist they dont give any computerized billing/acknowledge/receipt which we have payed through cash,they dont even accept any online banking such as net banking,credit/debit cards,Google pay,when we check out they dont even provide bill(written format/online bill) ,while check-in they told they will be sending bill to my mail but after requesting for 2days they have sent bill with different amount which I payed was RS.3600 and they have sent as 3200 because they requested only cash while taking money

The experience was terrible. I had booked the hotel for wedding accommodation but it was severely underprepared to handle it. The hotel itself was a mess owing to renovations. The rooms had not been cleaned properly - most were dusty and many had very bad odours. The attached restaurant closed service by 2.30 in spite of the hotels assurance that it will be open for late lunch. Towels and other room amenities were also not provided in all rooms. They were also short on staff to service the number of guests coming in.
