This Hotel meets the 5 star standards, I loved the buffet breakfast here as it offered many options to eat from. Lunch was just fine did not enjoy much as the taste wasnt as expected.coming to the stay the room was just very spacious and the decor was classy white black and silver themed. The outside view also was so soothing.Tried the spa their and it was in the other block from where we stayed but still it was so relaxing.

Attended for relatives birthday party.. the hotel is clean and neat and well organized. Food was not that good though and also the hotel is an old one and hence would need to modularize on parking, lift etc. Price on buffet, and other function parties are reasonable when compared to neighbor 5 and 3 star hotels

I visited this place to have a lunch in the attached restaurant.The place is absolutely clean and hygiene is maintained with utmost care. The staffs are very polite and gave a very nice warm welcome. Their courtesy, nice behaviour, the place decoration is highly appreciated.Hand sanitizer is kept at the appropriate places, all staff members are wearing face masks, face shield and hand gloves.The washroom is super clean and meets the expectations of being a 5 star hotel.Not sure is it due to pandemic situation or whether it was a weekday, the place was completely deserted, making us the ONLY customer in the entire restaurant.The sitting arrangement is luxurious, but due to the low height of the cushion, tall people may find it bit uncomfortable after sitting for 15 mins or more.Coming to the food menu, I was bit disappointed to see a very limited choice of food. The price was way above the level which is charged in other 5 star hotels. Considering the market is reviving from the pandemic, I decided to accept that as a necessary evil.The food portion was also very disappointing which was added to the overall experience.However, the taste of the food was quite satisfactory and it did some make up and gave a good feeling about the price I paid.Overall ratings: 3/5

Good location, nice ambience and efficient staff. I would, in particular, appreciate the valet parking staff as well - my mother had forgotten her purse in the car back seat with ₹15000 cash. It was intact with not a penny touched. The value system has been well engrained till the last employee, which is truly commendable. Hats Off and Keep up the good job.Apart from this the property is pretty well maintained and we had a workshop at thier conference hall named Impala , it was clean and well spread. The staff is quite well trained as well.

Well maintained property with all the amenities a business traveler needs. Service level was excellent in all areas. Food options were plentiful, with the main level buffet being the most popular. During my stay I used the gym facility several times, and I also booked a 90 minute massage at the on-site spa. Gineesh was attentive and adapted the massage style per my request and feedback. It was just what I needed to prep for the long travel days ahead.

Very good hotel but theyre is no lawns

Amazing food , great ambience , good for get-togethers. They also give corporate discounts. The disc floor is small but they have good music collection. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a fine bar too for those whi want to drink. Will definitely recommend for small parties or family get togethers. They have buffet as well as a la carte services.

Very nice atmosphere at pool side.

I stayed at Zuri for 4 nights last week. The stay was really nice. The package offered was really awesome! We had a non-smoking king size room with breakfast and 2 pints of beer plus two piece laundry, everyday for free! I have been to hotels across the globe and never seen such an offer ;).The food: it was really tasty. The morning omelette was the perfect example. It was not dry (over cooked) not under cooked. Perfectly cooked. So was the entire South Indian range. They had a Thursday techie pack, which offered unlimited drinks and food for 1799 plus tax for unlimited time. That was quite a huge package!Room was large and had all the amenities. My room had a tub with jacuzzi as well! Really nice.Overall I am quite satisfied with the stay, except for the billing struggles I had during check out. It was probably not hotels fault- but the way it’s billing system is designed. Hotel should seriously look into that!

The ambience and live music was a treat. The best part is the restaurant has a children play area attached where you can take your food and see your kid playing. Food is tasty and it is a very wide buffet spread. The momos are worth a try for sure.

I went there in a corporate event for the day.The staff seems to be nice , parking area for the vehicle seems decent. And the food seems to good in taste and also there is a variety of dishes being served.The halls is in the first floor. Which is big enough to accommodate around 150+ people or more I guess.Overall it was a good place. I give it a 5 star for the friendly staff and cleanliness. And the management ofcourse who took care of the things needed !

5-star hotel and 5-star service. Stayed there for a business trip. 1km away from Prestige building, but Zuri provides free pickup and pickup. The room is very spacious and comfort. Thick curtains perfectly block the sunlight and street noise. Hot shower with full pressure. Great breakfast with different varieties. Also tried their Italian restaurant in ground floor, it is good too.

My preference on lodgings vary depending on the location and context, but in general I don’t like fuss, I don’t like all-inclusive resorts, I hate cruises. I want somewhere that’s clean, well-appointment, and in general to be left alone.My room at the Zuri in Bangalore was immaculate, and I owe my thanks to LiJin who demonstrated impressive attention to detail. The linens in the bed to the back shelves in the closet, everything was spotless. My deepest gratitude to LiJin. The staff as a whole were exactly what I like—able to swiftly and effectively handle any task without being cloying or requiring much direction. This included picking up my prescriptions as well as steaming and pressing my suit (in under 6 hours!) for a morning meeting. The hotel overall is well-designed, a bit modern for my taste but clean clean clean and perfect for work travel. Also, visit the spa—even if you’re not staying at the hotel, the massage alone is a reason to visit Bangalore. Thank you for making my work trip so relaxing!

Property is nice. Rooms are big and clean. The problem is with the staff. They r very rude and not helpful. Especially the bar ones. They dont treat you like guest. I felt like its a local bar with high price and less variety. I think some staffs are not trained well and lack of communication.

Went there for office training. Their staff is very helpful and the place is very beautiful and super clean. The breakfast buffet has all kinds of cuisines - North Indian, South Indian, continental. It also includes a good variety of desserts. The lunch buffet also comprised of North Indian, South Indian, continental and chinese cuisines along with mouth watering desserts and soft drinks. Their conference halls are also well equipped and well decorated. The loos are also well maintained. Overall an excellent place for NRI stays, office meetings, buffet lunch/dinner, official stays.

We went to Zuri for team lunch. I called and got message for confirmation. But when reached there they told I didnt have your confirmation but still they manage for 17 people. Starters and main course was below par compare to same category restaurants. Dessert hsa many varieties.

Buffet Breakfast was very yummy with a wide spread. All the staffs are very courteous and pleasing. I have stayed here 4 times already. The rooms are pretty big, not exactly my taste but it doesnt bother me. They are clean for the most part. They have a large variety for breakfast and make fresh french toast, eggs, waffles and pancakes. They could be a little faster with serving drinks. The fitness room is small but has weights and many machines. Pool is ok. Water is pretty cold.

Zuri Hotel ambience and furniture is good. But the toiletries are not great but usable. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast spread was good with variety.They mad Dal Khicdhi on special request for me as I was fasting as late as 1030 pm. There is a pretty noise DISCO downstairs that was the one downside at night fortunately was in higher floor away from noise. Staff are helpful.

Its a very beautiful hotel. They have a beautiful Christmas decoration setup for the festival. I came here to attend a conference and was taken away by their choice of lunch menu. Each and every dish was perfect in taste. Kudos to the chef and his team.

Awesome ambience and very good food

I went here to meet someone staying here, and had dinner here as it was getting late. They do have dinner buffet, but I chose to have al-e-carté.Their ambience was really nice. They have good seating area, with comfortable and spacious seating. There is a wall mounted old styled fan, which looks really good.I tried coffee and some snacks. Food was good. Their cookies were awesome.

Update -This time I stayed here for couple of days.Ill list out the problems I faced when I checked in late at night.1. AC was not working, had to call a maintenance guy to get it rectified in the middle of the night2. There was no toothpaste in the room, had to inform at the desk in the morning to get oneOtherwise its a pretty good hotel. Must visit.------------------------------------------I had a 2 day conference here. The conference rooms are good. We had lunch buffet as a part of the the conference. The lunch was very very good. The menu varied from Indian to continental. The dessert menu had so much to cover that you would need one dedicated meal to cover the desserts. Overall the hotel is good and the rooms are good to stay as well.

I loved my stay in Zuri. Its my first visit in India and had to stay for 2 weeks to do some work. Being in the hotel made my stay very comfortable and helped ease my stress.When I arrived, I was so tired from my flight but from the moment I checked in to being inside my room, I felt relax because of the warm welcome from staff and the relaxing ambiance of my room. The breakfast buffet is really great too. Nothing more to ask for. 😊

The ambience is beautiful!! Went here for my anniversary celebration. I had booked through zomato and had requested for a corner table which didnt happen. Was a crowded day I understand but then the service was slow. Also there no was attending us. I have been to many buffet places earlier specially for anniversary or birthday and everywhere a cake is always there if its your special day. I have been given a special dish or cake or flowers but here it was a different experience and the staff didnt feel interested at all. Food was good. The taste of food was good. Not too many varieties but justified set up. May be was just a busy day but on special occasions a better service is expected

Food was delicious. The buffet is really done well. I have had lunch buffets once in a while and truly enjoyed their choice of salads and the live counter has something new all the time.I stayed only for one night in 2018, and I felt that the rooms had too much design and theme going. The swimming pool has plenty of birds coming (especially pigeons), and they sit on the corners.Zuris buffet and the bling bar are really done well.

I stayed for first time @ zuri whitefield five star property & my feeling was so very beautiful the moment i stepped inside . Its a visual delight witnessing this hotel interiors ..with royal chandeliers & amazing interior designs of walls & furniture . Staff were very friendly & professional . The rooms of this hotel are the best place with finest furniture giving you the royal feel . You can do a luxury photoshoot everywhere & anywhere in this hotel . Hotel industry lives long with its good hospitality & these staff were amazing with that helping me with heating my food i purchased outside @ midnight to taking me for a hotel tour and explaing each tiny detail of the hotel . Theres a lounge bar bling which is pretty and happening . Overall ... dont think about an other option. Its just an amazing place with all boxes ticked for any purpose you travel & completely value for money . Very good hotel. Awesome breakfast. Nice staff. The only thing that could be better is the pickup service. I had to wait 2 out of 5 times for approx. 1 hour until I was picked up. This was due to the fact that the pickup service did not understand me correctly. Suggestion: Use staff with proper english knowledge to coordinate the pickups.

Well maintained property. Great amenities. The complimentary breakfast is suitable for both Indian and non-Indian guests. The in-room facilities also compare favorably with other luxurious properties. Definitely recommend a visit if youre in the area and are looking for short term stays.

Been there for a valentines day event and it was horrible. The details provided by one Mr Avijit were completely inaccurate and when I went there to the even and asked the manager Mr. Biswas he acted with a cold attitude. When I asked for fresh fruit juice they gave us canned juice which was wasted eventually. When we asked them to write something on the cake, first they obliged but when we opened the cake theyre was nothing, this is when I even offered them to pay extra for this. Never gonna go here again and would never recommend to anyone else.

We visited Zuri for Sunday brunch after 3 yrs or so. There was not much change in the menu as one would have expected it to be.The woodfired pizzas are great along with the non-vegetarian spreadWished they would have had a slightly better offering on the sweets (I have a sweet tooth).Its a good place to take kids along as they have a separate room for kids to play along with toys and other activities conducted by a professional person. This helps u eat n have good conversations, not worry about keeping an eye on the kids.Giving it 4 stars.

Hotel is nice it has comfortable rooms, they have around 5 restaurants. The ground floor gets very noisy due to multiple private parties in their lounge.Food is fine, not great. Not what you would expect in a hotel if this class. The service is a bit slow. Staff is not very energetic. I will prefer Marriott over this.

Food was awesome....no bad after effects like you get. Even BBQ standards are less compared to the quality of food delivered here. Only drawback is the approach to this place. Its amidst a traffic jungle of Whitefield. Crossing that and come there is like a big adventure.

They have a highly friendly and polite staff that try to help you in all ways possible. They are family friendly too and offer non smoking rooms. All facilities are world class including their gym and spa. The pool is also excellent. If you visiting Bangalore and want to stay somewhere near a lively place with all the malls or you want a place perfect for families, you need to check out the Zuri Hotel. There is no place as good as this in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Really quality food and different varieties were available.One suggestion - Number of items in vegetarian starter should be increased..that day there were only 2 item.No doubt about the ambiance. The hotel has limited parking facilities. No happy hours on saturday only. The geometry of the hotel is north south aligned. The pool is centered amidst two towers on second floor open air and the only pool. Unusually wind drafts over the pool gives the unwanted chills. It must be due to the design of hotel itself. No views from the rooms expect construction of high rise buildings. Good food.

Quite a grand and beautiful hotel. Decor of the hotel is also quite unique. Outside as well as inner dinning available. A large banquet hall is available for booking. Food is quite good. Went their for a marriage party and they handled everything very well. The staff is also quite helpful. The only thing that I didnt like was their parking. The way to the parking is clumsy. Also after parking your vehicle you have to again walk to the main entrance to enter into the hotel. No direct access from the parking.

Good food, good rooms and great housekeeping team. Tactless staffs, old fashioned(they still check rooms at checkout while most hotels have done away & trust their guests) and maintenance noise in rooms(which stopped after intimation), low speed wifi(my 4g was better).

The place is great, stay wise but the room-dining is a mess. You order something they send something else, you re-order and this for goes on. The food is bland no salt or spices, giving no feel of a 5 star hotel. Overall I feel there are better 5-star hotels in bengaluru, so I would prefer them over Zuri. The only good thing is that you have free access to their pub which is Bling, but it remains empty during weekdays.

Perfectly crafted for heavenly experience at the hotel. Recommended for the business trips, couples, families, etc. Interior of the hotel is supremely decorative. Rooms were cossy, clean and well maintained with high standard amenities. Hotel location is engaged with 2 malls, forum and inorbit malls. Also followed with IT hub expansion.Airport distance and traffic are the only concerns for the hotel.

This place is good for corporate stays but wont recommend for personal stays. Food is fine but not worth the price. They charge 1500 all inclusive for a buffet lunch or dinner but you need to pay 600 more if you want alcohol to be included. I would have rated it 3 stars, but gave another one on the count of staff courtesy.

The Zuri Whitefield had very good entrance. It was quite warm welcoming as it was surrounded many trees 🌲 . It had wallet parking if you come by your own car which made feel that I was staying in luxurious hotel. There was enterence security who screens you throuly and send you in. The lobby was wonderful as it was almost xchrims celebration it had big tree with lots of light decoration. There was information desk who were able to guide me and they were very well deressed. The Zuri had two or three conference halls, I felt I was quite enough to host 80 to 100 guest. There was good lighting in the halls. Refresh rooms were quite messy so dont want to say anything about them. Over all I would give 6 out of 10 points to Zuri Whitefield. Food was amazing, they are different varieties served on that day. Mainly I liked the fish curry and vegetables fried rice. They were also good salads . I would definitely visit Zuri Whitefield again.

Have been here for the Developers day event. The 1st floor Ballroom area is decent, good enough to accommodate around 300ppl. Food is not so good, just too spicy. The hotel is nice and has very nice interiors. The staff is high in number and so you get appropriate hospitality. But the cost too much and doesnt justify the food. We expected a lot in the buffet but they had very limited starters. Although they had variety in main course. I would recommend other places which offer too much good variety and food in the budget you wish to spend here.

I visited Infinity restaurant at the Zuri with my friends and had quite a nice time.The view and ambiance of the pool is amazing. It offers a spectacular view of the surrounding area. Its very relaxing and not much crowded. However considering a 5 star hotel, the pool was not very clean. There was sand and debris in the water.Coming to food and drinks, it is average. We had some chicken starters and noodles with a few mojitos and mocktails. Taste was good. It was not extra ordinary, but quite okay for the price.Music was good, not too slow or too loud.Overall a good experience.

The entire duration of my stay was cherished with the great hospitality and good food at the hotel. The banquet area was pretty huge and well decorated as well. The number of food items being served was pretty large and each of them was as tasty as they could be. Had an awesome stay and will recommend it to one and all.

I have stayed in Zuri atleast 5 times now during my business trips to Bangalore. The front desk and the housekeeping are always very adept at their work. The rooms are well maintained with all possible amenities. Gym is open 24 hours. The best part is the morning breakfast which always delights with delicious food. I will continue to choose Zuri as my preferred hotel whenever I go to Bangalore in the future.

Its a medium sized nice and snazzy hotel on IPTL road. It has two lovely terrace restaurant; a Japanese and a pool sidr grill with views of a small lake next to it. It used to be excusite when whitefield was emptier and less built up but its quite nice even now.The rooms are comfortable and the staff is nice.Opting for this cozy hotel over other bigger brands wont hurt at all.

This place is not a 5 star by any standards, right from the quality of the staff till the cracking tiles in the rest room.I called in room dining a total of 7 times before they were kind enough to answer..Tell me its a deluxe 3 star or a basic 4 star and I would rate then at the highest level possible. But advertising a 5 star, this place is very very bad.

Its a 5-star hotel. I have been here for multiple office parties. Food is good, specially the desserts. We get a veriety of options in food and dessert. Everything is just delicious.

Stayed here for 12 days all Monday and Tuesday south-Indian breakfast was good, rest of time breakfast is too bad. Mutton biryani was very good. Staff was as usual very polite and helpfull

Nice hotel with various convinient services. Hotel staffs are all friendly and helpful. Reservation on website is quite convinient but somehow I cant find hotels reservation email for inquery.

Nice hotel. Good ambience. Food was average. They did change a soup which too salty in the first place. The staff is very good.

Good place. But a bit towards the interior side. Havent checked the rooms yet. Was there in the banquet hall for an engagement ceremony.Food is ok. I didnt felt it to be that great. Starters were much better.Vallet parking available.

It was a true five star experience, right from reception lobby to rooms. The buffet was immense and delicious. The staff is good and management of a big event like new years eve was done in an efficient way, making the experience hassle free and full of fun for the guests. Will recommend this hotel to all those who intend to have a luxurious yet homely stay.

Very good hotel to have party and dinner.buffe system is nice..you will get quality food in reasonable price..place is very well maintained and decorative..Like a palace..very neat and clean. Good to have family and friends here for dinner.. parking available for both car and bike.hotel staff are very professional.. here you can have veg and non- veg both..everything is perfect..must visit place for food lovers..
