It is really bad experience with Builder, not provided many amenities till now even after 2years of possession.Builder threatening owners who is demanding for the promised amenities. This builder is very good till he gets full money, later he will show what he is.

All owners are facing the problem with the builder. Our so called great Sowparnika Builder promised to deliver 33 amenities in the PR but still many are yet to finish, even after repeated meetings with the Builder CFO, CRM head & other Super Small Captains(Padmaraj & Albert) etc.Apart from the issue with the amenities & maintenance, now owners are facing the land issue with the builder too. There are many other flaws with the builder & now they started responding rudely, threatening to the owners & their customers (i believe all owners of PR are still their customer too) too.So before buying any property with this builder, Kindly take a second Opinion.All views mentioned above are in the interest of General Public of PR & its residents.

Im really happy with the decision of buying the house. This project is one of the best options for investments in Bangalore. It has a lot of amenities and such beautiful houses.

Its really difficult to find a proper mobile network here. Both airtel and jio have very poor network reception. Additionally there are no reliable broadband network providers and its gives a real hard time to the residents

Builder has not delivered as per timeline and have breached the contract. I had purchased the flat on a buy back option which got matured in 2018 after which builder should have cancelled the loan on my name however till 2020 the loan is still on and there is no contact person ready to help...The management keeps changing quarterly and the current RM Mr Naveen does not respond to calls even. Time has come to take a legal action until any resolution is provided. God give strength to the people who are dealing with this builder...

Biggest liares i have ever witnessed. All false promises and fake commitments given by Builder from the time of booking till registration. Builder failed to fulfill their promise and cheated us in every aspect. We should never ever recommend this builder to anyone.

Its been 5+year and builder has not completed the project.Followed by wrong sales practice and false promises. Not even car parking has been allotted. Additionally other aminities are not upto the mark. Many issue exist like Land, Borewell, Parking, WallCracksb and even low quality plastic fixtures.. feel cheated...Unsatisfied and Disappoint customer.....

As per the commitment builder not going to deliver till now. Quality wise ok ok not much. CRM and project management are very very poor

Totally marketing,commitments are common for every builder. But when you will come to reality it is wrost.

Dont fall prey to reviews, 90% of the positive reviews are made by sowparnika staff and not the owners. Let me tell you quick imp facts, you might consider them if you want to buy from Sowparnika:1. They will say yes for everything when you are about to book, but later its difficult to get catch hold of them.2. They are not providing OC-Occupancy cert. Imagine after spending so many lakhs, you dont get it one and they deny it when you do final registration. So even if they give it in writing or mail its of no use, because later they dont agree on it and they dont care of legal charges as they are used to it.3. Very bad at time lines, never fall to their commitments of timings. If they say Project will finish June 2017, it doesnt even finish till June 2018.4. Poor customer service once you do booking. Small builder Vs this branded builder no difference, they will make you suffer more infact.

One of the worst builders in Bangalore. Brochure having something and when it comes to construction we can see a lot of deviations like property measurements reducing and misutilizing that land to their remaining projects in that surroundings, UDS share getting reduced drastically at the time of registration, lot of promised amenities disappear at the time of occupying, not providing OC & CC, not completing project in time, lot of delay like 3 yrs etc to complete agreed projects and not providing any response over mails, No accountability from the builder to the flat owners orally & verbally, not providing proper car parking, lot of negligence on flat owner concerns before and after completion of the projects from Sowparnika Staff, no response from sowparnika higher officials even after bringing to their notice, water problems very frequently, 75% bores are not working, no CCTV cameras,No fencing on compound walls, lifts are not operational most of the times,promised 8 people lifts 2 for each block, but provided 1 lift out of 2 with 6 people capacity in each block....really we got frustrated with several phone calls, mails and meetings and giving this review........So I will not recommend anybody to purchase flats from Builder Sowparnika....We are facing lot of issues in Sowparnika Purplerose project at Hoskote on OC,CC,basic ameneties, car parking etc.............Subbu.
