Pathetic Customer support.I wish to give a Zero rating. Sales team promised to deliver the vehicle in ten days but failed to do.They promised again to deliver in next 10 days,again failed. Again they asked for extension of 15 days so total of 35 days.There was not even one followup call from sales team. When I asked them to cancel the booking they are deducting the cancellation charges for the mistake by sales team who failed to deliver on time.Disgusting Service

Great place to service and repair your Car. The staff is courteous and listens to your concerns patiently. I had my Breeza repaired here last week. Completely satisfied with the finish and the way Body shop Manager and his team handled the case. Will recommend to everyone.

So we had to cancel the booking, when asked for the refund they made us to run around & finally made a partial refund staying that thats their procedure!Really disappointed with their services & the refund policy!Why should i pay for their pathetic services?

The executive doesnt know the rate of the material and labour cost. He tells that after delivery the actual cost will get to know. Bad experience

The customer service and the personnel are good in handling the clients. But they charged exhorbitantly under the head of sanitizing the car and the paper Matt even for the new car under company free service.

Located opposite to the Thalagattapura police station. On the main road. Has adequate parking facilities. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. They have recently opened a Sales counter as well. Well known for their high quality service. At the moment, the road is full of dust due to the work going on. Else the place is very easy to approach. Easily noticeable from the road.

I felt the showroom is a bit strange. Some employees are on there own and dont not caring about customers. I was in the showroom for 4 hours, for the whole time the AC was not turned On, no water or tea offered. I have visited other showrooms the experience is a lot better.

This service station is simply superb. I have never seen any service station allowing its customers to see directly how their car is getting serviced. Here they allow every customer to see their vehicle getting serviced right Infront of them. Staffs are very humble . Good thing I observed is about the technicians who answers and explains each and every thing about your car while it is on service. If you are planning for your car service just visit once, I am sure you will feel the difference.

Was there for a free service of my car. People are courteous.

Went there for a seat cover change, they confirmed the availability over phone. Reached at 1 pm was informed that it is lunch time waited till 2 pm after that they started the work by 4 pm no one is working on the car, went and asked was informed that one of the seat covers were left in another showroom they have gone to procure it. How much dumb could some one get? No one even bothered to inform till we asked and was this piece actually part of the set? Am I getting a new piece? God only knows!!!
