Very pathetic service and products are outdated. Sales team are highly ignorant, also dont hold any knowledge about the product.

Very bad experience. If you ask for one size they give another. Staff not helpful. We went to exchange a cloth set for color mixing. Did not agree. Hope either they will improve or close.

There is no good collection. If you ask for some toy the answer is always negative. Bad customer care

They dont have any great kinda collections , they dont even bother to resolve our queries .The toy collections are ok but can definitely improve. First cry is loosing its credibility i guess. The outletbis bit small . They take a lots n lots of time to bill the product. The dress collections are mot so great. Some of the products are over priced according to me , its not worth for the quality of the product.

Pathetic sales staff. Ladies working there are just loitering around with a guy sitting there. No understanding about baby wears especially dresses. And the guys are sitting idle.

Better to close this store not worth some people r good but they are not available in shop who is available in store they r not ready to show the collections what customers required if we didn’t select in what they showed they are become angry and the same show on customers one out of two lady staff one lady staff is very good actually (she’s name don’t know she is very tall in height) but others are not allowing her to respond for customers she is very patiently respond for customers other persons first has to learn how to respond for customers bcoz customers will not come to do timepass what they required that u have to fullfill peacefully and patiently and most of the time we are seeing the same old trend cloths only parents always likes new trends and new designs but this store is not ready invest on that and they r majorly concentrating on high value toys even midrange toys also don’t have much option to choose the same old toys there is no new range forcefully we have to accept what they show to us and if we didn’t select they showed angry attitude on customers

No staff to help. Person sitting at billing section did not even give bill after purchase. I used to get reward points while purchasing at other first cry outlets but not at this one. I am surprised that the person did not even ask if I am an existing customer or not. Price seem pretty high and no reward points make it a bad choice. Collections seem to be ok

Worst place ever. Arrogant staff. Spoiling the name of the brand. Have duplicate products. Never go here and buy. Better to buy online.

This staffs of the store are horrible at hospitality and their profession. You have to be ready with all your patience because they will not answer you until you have asked.Beaware of the coupon codes that you give. If you are alert, you will know that they will not mention any inside details of the offer.This store is the worst experience. I prefer shopping online rather.

Little bit on expensive side. Less of varieties. Less staffs and slit is difficult for them to attend all customers at a time. Place is small and gets conjusted at times. Billing takes lot of time. Place could be improved a lot.

Store is located in prime location of BEML complex. Varieties of clothes are avarage. Service is not up to the mark. Sales persons themselves does not know which section they kept and not willing to talk to customer and sell the product. No information on discounts and sales. Many other first cry shops are more enthusiastic and willing to listen to customers but this one need some improvement.

Not having good collections for new born babies. Prices are very high. Staffs are rude and even does not turn on fans or ac. Place is very suffocating.
