Best company to work, Supportive & Helpful HR Team

Long Review but I am sure you wont regret spending your time here reading this.- They have a long Interview process for a small job role - Measuring technician . 3 rounds of test and interview with Manager and HR, spread out over 2 months. Zero consideration for our time .- In India, Graduates are desperately looking for jobs and dont complain, and adjust to everything thrown at them by MNCs and private companies.- Unfortunately after Indias independence we still live in a modern colonial era. Indian bosses at foreign companies in India extract maximum work from junior Indian employees to satisfy the bosses sitting in western countries. This exactly what happened in British Raj at a more crude level.- FYI , Yes I was rejected after interview because of my honest answers and the Indian manager interviewing me did not expect such straightforward answers. I was asked if I will sign 2 year contract after training period, I was hesitant since there is no mention of any contract in the job description and replied I would be able to answer that question confidently and accurately a week before the training period ends. I continued further and said I would sign the contract as per my current idea of the job. Perhaps the manager wanted/expected a less straightforward answer!I can and will form my own company and for time being will work at a better company preferably Indian company that values job applicants time and have some Genuine concern for them - #Atmanirbhar Bharat

These guys providing jobs for recommeded people those who as just passed sslc ( 10th) such a rubbish thing to see where as peoples who had work hard and completed there degrees and double degress with lot of talents and courses done also they are not providing jobs such a shame to the company
