I dont know how i got registered on to their app and now they are sending me some bill. I have never downloaded the app ever on phone. Plus there is no customer service centre , you cannot chat with them without login. May be sending fake bills is the strategy to get details of people.

A complete big fraud. I didnt know about this simpli fraud until they started calling and sending text messgs about some due for a purchase that never happened. Two times in a day call and messg with fixed timings so it very much automated with billions of phone nos. I guess they look for phone numbers to do this fraud business of payment. I wonder if they have account information of people. They should be booked under online fruad and harrassment. They dont have any phone no.

Wonderful It gives you short time credit on trust based that too without any extra or hidden charges.😱😱

This is the worst app. I wrote more than 5 mails I dont get revert. I dont have any dues I cleared all my dues on 11th Feb but these people are saying they didnt receive the money.. I got confirmation from my bank as well. I have attached statement copy also.. Still I didnt get any revert. Dont use this app. .

Yesterday (18/10/2019) I recharged Rs. 50 Top-up plan for my Jio prepaid#. I received an email from Simpl Pay (see image) stating that transaction successfully for Rs. 50. When I called that Jio number to other network persons, its not connected. So I called to Jio, they said that please contact that Simpl pay for further assistance. Because we cant see that recharge history (see image). So emailed to Simpl. Still waiting for their response. This is my first and recent issue by Simpl Pay recharge.

Look what I found parked outside simpl office in Indiranagar

The office is cool and typical startup and growing up setup. Very cranked up space. Very difficult even for walking from one end to other also. The best part is the locality its situated at. The 2nd and 3rd floor are of Simpl office in this building. The casino has been converted to the engineering teams space. Infrastructure is pretty amateur.

A very useful app to payment with credit limit.use now pay later.Nice customer support system.

I used it on Dunzo. Simpl double billed me or billed me differently from what was showing as delivery charges of Dunzo.Simpl does not have a customer helpline it even chat support to resolve issues. Highly aggravating !I would rather use Paytm which is tried and tested and has never had issues of this sort.I do not recommend it until they fix the glitches in their app

Fraud Company. They give lots of offers to sign up the account and later they ask us to pay back with interest once we register.

The worst site ever please dont go with such sites be aware of this Simpl somebody from simpl used my number with their email id and used 1600 from day 1 i m trying to contact simpl helpline they will not respond .These people dont want to know what happened and they want me to pay money . Did i use that to pay back. First try to know who used it. They will call in promo voice thats the worst thing instead of this they can call us and know what happend . THESE SIMPL DONT HAVE PRIVACY AND OUR ACCOUNT WILL BE IN DANGER . Worst coustomer care service and no privacy . Please Dont Use Simpl Beaware of it.

This company sends me mail about some other customer whom i dont even know the bill they showcase is of bangalore where as i am in odisha. This is a fraud organization that claims to help you and the manipulate you by taking your data. I told clearly there representative regarding it and asked on what basis you did me a favour. She said i was verified by there merchant who is suppose to be in Bangalore and i recieved an otp. Please be carefull while taking its services. And no one frm customer service team even bothered of getting in touch till now.
