A very well appointed office space in a prime location. Make sure to ask which building to go to as there are two different entrances or wings. Must be a great company to work for as it was clear that office facilities are valued highly here.

They send out invites and then later on rejects it. This has happened two three times. Forget it, I dont want to do anything with Thoughtworks!!!However, this is for their groundless rejection without any base. Atleast a valid should have been mentioned. Not that great that people would want to join but dont understand why they send invites on emails then.

Recently attended an interview. The guy revewing the code says that a validation function should focus on current requirement alone and should not consider any future enhances.. Great thoughts from a ThoughtWorkie...I was dumb struck... Dont waste your time... I also heard they prefer Telugu only...

Liked the cool office ambience and working culture of the company. They poss an uniqueness in their offices, culture, attitude towards solving any problem. Must visit for a person hunting for some cool ambiences.

Thoughtworks used to be the place for immense creativity and collaboration. But now the kind of random people who work there, have ruined its ambience and reputation. Luckily it has maintained its premium office interiors, so it probably still ranks high in terms of work atmosphere, as compared to the sorry state of regular MNC based offices.
