Yesterday ordered pothichoru through swiggy. Food was smelling ammonia or other preservative added. Since it was too late we had bo choice and nibbled a bit to satisfy hunger. Everyone got stomach pain. I have taken food in the restaurant in the past and it was good. After this experience I will never again order food from here. Also for people who dont know this when food is added with preservatives it will smell ammonia. Just pay attention and stay safe.

I recently bought a non veg curry in there but its very less quantity and very poor quality also there have I got only 3small peaces -what kind of service is this...??? The price is very high and they are not providing worth full quantity also. My personal suggestion please take concern about your money before you going there .. They are lootting from people we all are also working and make money for food and etc but these kind of people are doing like this...

I have bought variety of items from ottupuraIt was well behaviour from the hotel as there is only take away.I have paid the amount by scanning and went to my home.While opening the parcel to have food in my home I got to know that chicken biriyani was missing.Immediately I called the restaurant by checking the no. From Google and told the what has happened.It was a very well behaviour from hostel and they extremely apologize for the mistake and refunded the amount without any delay.Restaurant is giving good customer service and tasty food.Recommended this restaurant to all

Im really disappointed to see the quantity that they have delivered to us and when I talk with the guy over there, he was kind of rude to me and avoiding the customer. I was a regular customer to this restaurant and now this bad experience makes me write this review. You guys love money and not customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend for not to chose this restaurant, rather you can choose other restaurant during this pandemic time. Food wont worth money!!!!

Its that narrow.The place is crowded during evening and night time. Food is good, you get a taste of Kerala from the dishes served here. Fish is excellent and they do serve Kappa which is hard to find in Bangalore. Ambience and space could have been better. Overall nice place to eat. Definitely worth trying out.
