Shop is good and well maintained. Chicken is also good but the way the employees react towards the customers sometime isnt so good

Ppl dont respond properly there.Need have lots of patience to deal with them

They dont have the less weight chicken. no options for Lollypop/drumsticks/breast. you should take with skin or skinout.

Chicken is fresh and rates are as per paper rate, means lower than other chicken centers. And also cut machine is used. Only draw back is... Boneless chicken, leg piece etc are not being sold. Little better cleanliness and better look of center will help.Very fresh and reliable.

Chicken is value for the price. Quick service and all options of cut and preferences served. But the shop doesnt have proper ventilation stings a lot, one allergic to strong odors can not stand in queue for long.They should display the various options and their price on the board than expecting customers to depend on staff, its difficult for all customers meet staff language preference.

The hygiene of the store is not maintained well..

Chicken quality is good. Very tasty compared to others like tender chicken. But. Slow service and shop is not hygenic.

The shop owners number should be displayed in the store, for any complaints . Staff there is rude, impolite and misbehaves/ displays arrogance with customers, specially women. This place used to be really good with very competitive prices till some time back, but now the pathetic staff and bad customer service has pulled the brand image down

Price is good. Place is smelly and very unhygienic. People are highly corrupt. They give special preference to some people and have seen some people being served without bill and outside the queue.
