Company is really nice to employees and you get all facilities and for growth as a fresher its the place to be in. Salary hike in second year can be great as well. Just location and project allocation is done out of your choice and profile just because there is a requirement. This however can still be fixed by changing project through inter job changes but still.... Plus another negative is that you are expected to know nothing and non technical higher ups dont treat tech people well. They treat them like kids. Tech leads, team members and project management is great though. Members are so kind and sweet, it can cause diabetes.
