Nice dine in experience, tasty food, fast delivery, compact place, aesthetic environment for dining, memories of the place and the natural wall hangings increase the aesthetic condition
Very Nice Food
Kerala style restaurant situated in jeevan bhima nagar, opposite to Indian oil petrol bunk... Its a small restaurant, its clean and neatly maintained... But there was no water in washing tape they have kept bucket full of water ...food is average... Cost wise its ok ok.... Little higher side for what they offer.... Over all if you want a kerala style food go and enjoy
If you are hungry and starving for good food please forget about this place its totally waste of money and worthless when hungry. Try to sit and eat there itself. Never order or takeaway they goof up and make you regret for it, I would rather go to kerala for better taste. Malabar in Bangalore sucks 😂
Food quality was not at all good.I ordered appam with chicken stew and prawns curry.Chicken stew was okay but prawns curry was one of the worst I ever tasted. They just dipped few prawns in a fish curry prepared before.Even fish bones and skin were visible in prawns curry.
Beef biriyani is Kerala style but rice is poor quality.
One among the best Kerala restaurants in Bangalore. They have almost all the kerala dishes. Always clean. They serve fresh and delicious food. I had ‘Nazrani Thali’, a special dish available on Saturdays and Sundays. It’s a good combo of kerala meals, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. They also have tea and snacks. Rates are normal, and it’s worth giving. They have a very less parking space.
A perfect restaurant to have a Authentic Kerala meal ,it is very tasty with variety of sides and starters. A must visit if you are a meal lover. Ambience is good and the owner actually takes your order. The presentation on a plantation leaf is wonderful.
Yummy 😋
One of the best Kerala restaurant around Indira Nagar. You enter the restaurant and you immediately feel like you are up for authentic Kerala food. The photos in the restaurant show that it is a pretty famous place and celebrities have visited. I have tried parotta, appam, egg curry, stew. It wasnt just my stomach, my heart too was filled!
Good for beef & kerala porotta.
Cosy place. People who run this place are very polite, warm and friendly. Food tastes amazing. I have been here a few times and have always left with a and happy tummy and heart. They have special delicacies every other day. Would highly recommend.
Good
Good
Ordered Fish fry through swiggy. Worst fish which is not cleaned up. Simply sending fish which is so bad
Good restaurant....
Good place for kerala food
Worst worst worstDont ever visit this restaurant. All stale food and when asked they will tell we will fry and give once again
Yummy kerala meals is what I think about this restaurant. With lots of side dishes served in a banana leaf is really good. Worth for the money spend. Ample space and mini halls. Also parking facilities with no fee.
Had fish meals, very good. I loved the fish curry, I could taste the fish and coconut very well. And other sides were also good. I feel bit expensive for for me. And 1 or 2 bike parking is available. Ambiance is neat
Kerala food
I tried nazrani meal, that was very tasty... Yummyyyy... I loved it....
Food quality and the way it is presented is good. Lime soda and everything was good. However it is a restaurant on dark side. No great light but okay okay one. Some celebrities have visited this place and the images are framed there.
Interior was good. hygiene. I had non veg meals. It was good.
Ate chicken biryani also served with a pickle, chutney and papadam. I had truly enjoyed my meals. The chicken and rice was perfectly cooked and tasty. Also had and appam and stew but I felt stew was less tasty.
Good kerala meals and biriyani. But karimeen pollichath was a wrong choice ..
The food is nice.. we can get Kerala food in the restaurant for a reasonable pricing. The photos placed on the hotel shows that it is a restaurant visited by many VIPs . Overall a nice experience.
Used to be very economical until they recently hiked the price.Do try out the chilly chicken mallu style(gravy). Also the puttu and spicy kadala curry is fantastic.
Friendly staff good taste also ambience is like Kerala hotel
Ive been having the fish curry meals here on a regular basis. Its tasty and filling and not too heavy on the pocket either... The mackerel fry is also nice. Looking forward to trying the other dishes on the menu.
Went in the evening for a quick bite. Pazhampori and onion samosas are really nice
Keralite ambience with best taste. Friendly and cost effective.
Very bad food with low quality. Price is more. The quality is very bad for the chicken curry.... chicken curry taste like sambar..they put chicken piece into sambar gravy and gave it seems. Pathetic experience.
Wonderful staff and good food. Reasonably priced and fast service. Tried the payasam, puttu and chicken curry. Was good.
Had a horrible experience here. They served a rotten gravy along with appam and they changed after a big struggle. Better to avoid this place as the hygiene factor is not that great.
Great food. Loved the parotas. I left my debit card at this place. Didnt notice it for a month. When I asked the owner kept it safe near his cash register. Thank you sir.
Awesome place for some very authentic Kerala food... Super yummy.
I would say, this is one of the best Kerala restaurants in Indira Nagar area. They serve quality food, customer service is nice and not too pricy either. I would recommend to give it a try. You wont regret.
Awesome food served with awesome ambience. We had Nasrani meals, which includes tapioca, fish fry, fish curry, chicken curry and fry, beef(if you want) and Kerala rice. And i have to say, it was an awesome lunch with all the above items. Everyone should try Nasrani meal.
Must visit place for authentic kerala food. Good food, good service and nice ambience. Its a little bit congested but thats not a big problem
Yummy Kerala Style Food. My rating is for food only.My sincere request to the restaurant owner to perform Pest Control regularly. Have seen insects moving on the dining table sometimes.
Kerala restaurant, quality is good at reasonable price, limited parking since it is in the busy road, but can park in the near by roads
Just had a wonderful onam Sadhya. Payasam was not uptomark. Rest everything was lit.
Tried their fish and chicken thali. Awesome, authentic, home-like, healthy (loaded with veggies) food. Love to come here every sunday.
Onam sadya we ordered was tasteless and spoilt our Onam.
The mallu chilly chicken recipe is like chicken pieces dipped in a soup.I think if they would have made it semi gravy then it would have been better.kerala parothas are also undercooked.
One of the best place in bangalore where you can get authentic kerala food
Food is decent, service is slow and prices are reasonable.
Recently came here during Onam to have some onam sadhya. The place was massively crowded and they had no optimal seating plans in place. Me and my friend had to wait for 15 mins and they didnt even acknowledge us. They kept taking in crowds of 4+ who came after us and didnt take the effort to get us seated anywhere. The highlight of this place was; The number of items for the sadhya and the amount paid for it was a huge scam. I have seen places with lesser amount and more items offered than this place. There was no second servings and the payasam which is the best part of the sadhya was watery and tasteless. They only take cash and no card so wasnt prepared for that.Overall, dont ever visit this place for their onam sadhya as it was a huge scam and everything was just commercialised. For their Onam sadhya I rate 5/10
A good kerala hotel where one can enjoy kerala food. It is not a big restaurant, but well maintained. The non veg food that we get here is really good, but the veg dishes are not that good. The rates are also moderate.
Good food.Kind waiters.Good ambiance.Have to park in near by roads.Check my photos for menu.
Mallu restaurant in Bangalore with almost similar taste
Authentication at its best. Its a chik little restaurant with almost all the Kerala dishes. Each and every dish has an extra Kerala touch in it, coconut essence. The best part would be the pictures on the wall has funny quotes about general Mallu trivia. And its not expensive also, economical food. My favorite would be appam with mutton curry.
Nice ambience. A good theme of malayalam movies all over the shop. The food was delicious. Even the bill fold was of a newspaer clipping pattern. All the walls were filled with good quotes and short dialogues from malayalam movies. The prices are conpromising. Overall the restaurant had good feel.
A very authentic Kerala restaurant with delicious appam, stew, fish, chicken and meat... Almost 11 year old restaurant with well designed interiors and friendly customer service... Only issue is bathroom, which is not usable for ladies..
Food was great ..there fish biryani was one of the best i had in Bangalore
The quality could have been better. May be because I visited after 9:30pm, the meals was not that good....
Tried the meals, mathi fry and kaada fry from here during night time. Taken as parcel. The quantity of rice and side dishes are more than enough and i got around 7 side dishes. The veg meals is worth a try and sambar is just like our malabar home made samabar. The mathi fry was horrible and i couldnt finish at all. I felt like the fish is too old and the taste also little worse too. Kaada fry is ok !. Over all ambience is too good and menu is also economical.
Good food. Good service. No proper parking space especially if you are in a car
Authentic Kerala cuisine. Enjoyed the food..!
Ordered mutton biriyani, mutton was half cooked. Pepper chicken gravy also not good. Parotta was awesome
You will get the taste of kerala food at nominal price
I got a chance to try their onam sadhya, 2 months back.It was an average food compared to the cost.
As usual a good place for kerala style food. I have been going there for more than a decade now! Fish curry meals, parrotta, fish fry are the favorites.
Had been with family for dinner, and the food served was cold & not at all fresh. The fish(s) were literally disintegrating. We dint even finish our meal. Altogether very bad experience & would not recommend anyone.
Ok ..ok. not so great ambience and taste. Staff is not much customer friendly. Ok to dine once
Nice place and good food
Tasty kerela food in Indiranagar!
Good quality kerala food with authentic taste available. And ambience is bit plesant with some vintage pictures. But expect some hindrances when you pay via card, the machine often fails there. Alteast for me
Very chill place and they serve good food.
Delicious kerala food at great prices, conveniently located on the main road, for parking use the bylanes. Courteous staff and owner, ambience is of a typical local hotel in kerala.
Its a good place to have nice Kerala food
Nice mallu snacks .. will get back for their main course
Had very bad experience the other day , ordered Leaf Ada and while eating it turned out to be there was a sharp glass piece in the food , out of personal note showed it to the owner and didnt make it publically but the way he gave a cold response and literally made us to pay leaf Ada bill as well , didnt even said sorry nor had any sort of regret, happy that the peice have been come to us adults via tat food just imagine if it would have consumed by small kids I have a picture as well will share it soon .
The best kerela food iv eaten.... Very tasty and affordable
The food was just amazing💕😍 specially for sea food lovers.
Good Kerala food and its famous dont forget to meet the owner a really humble man.
Hot Kerala meals, with tasty side dish was full filling. Setup is ok for the price.
Had neymeen mulakitathu and karimeen polichathu. both had no salt in it. plus the curry was given in an egg curry kinda gravy which was nowhere near to mulakitta curry...apparently this is Malabar style but we didnt like it. even polichathu had lots of onion and tomatoes in the masala which also was not good. their meals prob is good , but I wouldnt go for any fish curries.
Not that great. Just ok food at a high price
Went for onam sadhya 2019 Felt cheated They serve something worse than normal meals for Rs 350
Definitely Try Place if you are Kerelain, Biriyani and chicken chilly with parotha Must try. Interior is good. you wont get other food variety tho. If you are thinking to order online There is a Price Hike.
Be careful, while ordering food. You may be served roten food.
The king fish is really nice. Usually not available at a lot of places in Bangalore . A very nice place for an afternoon meal under a budget.
Good place for. Kerala style
Great food at great price. Definitely recommended
