A nice calm chinese resraurant with delicious food. This place is in Indiranagar, it has parking space and lift in the building. The staff is good and conversant in English. Serving time is about 15 minutes, they accept card and cash. Home delivery option is there and delivery time is 45 minutes within Indiranagar. Pricing is fine, would sum up to around a thousand for 2 including starters, main course and dessert.
Good good at very reasonable prices.Lots of veggie and vegan options
This place was first located on the ground floor..we had been coming here on every weekend s to enjoy Chinese cuisine several years back ... Yesterday the memories came back , the quality and quantity has not been compromised even today..wow!! an array of veg soups to choose from. . piping hot with abundant veggies in all dishes the gouqi chicken soup was delicious, the veg schezwan noodles was yum..not to forget the hot piping jasmine pot of tea..good efficient staff ...most satisfying meal after a long time...👌👏
Ambience was good!! But the honey glazed chicken was not good. The chicken was stinking old. We had informed the staff too.. The noodles and oyster sauce chicken was good.
Ambience - pretty good. Has a warm feelFood taste - great! Loved everything that we tried.Portions - heartly good portions. One option is easily sufficient for 2 peopleTip - give the instructions to the server about your spicy/ chilli taste.
Excellent, authentic Chinese cuisine options including pork. Has a old school look and feel to it but is definitely a great place to go for a quiet dinner.
It is a nice place to dine in. It plays traditional classical music and it has a peaceful environment. Even though the it is kind of expensive,it is a good experience. The view from this restaurant is beautiful. It is very clean. For small eaters, noodles can be shared by two individuals and it is very filling
I went there on weekdays. I had Manchow chicken soup and Chicken drumsticks. Both were yummy. Highly recommended.
I am a regular customer since I love their food. Value for money.
The ambience was nice and reminiscent of some classical Chinese vibes from old Hollywood movies. The food wasnt the greatest thing about the restaurant and I think thats what lets down the experience. The staff was courteous and the service was quick enough. The prices are deceptively low. The bill can quickly escalate to above a thousand rupees. Be careful while ordering! Overall the experience was a nice evening out, but not a black tie one.
If you are searching for a restaurant that provides Chinese and Asian cuisineThis is one of themHighly recommend this placeQuality foodHygiene level max
One of my favourite Chinese restaurants in town! You have a great choice of dishes to choose from. For all the pork lovers, they serve some of the most juiciest meat. Their pricing is reasonable and their quantity is large! Their service could be faster.
Awesome place in the heart of the city, excellent ambience and food you can die for. Been going to this place since last 4 years and have never been disappointed. My regular items which I order is Chicken sweet corn soup, chicken Manchurian with gravy and chicken fried rice. The service has got better year by year and now they have added zomato gold which is icing on the cake. Would strongly recommend people to visit BM.
Authentic Chinese taste. Reasonable price. Nice service.
We liked the 2 types of Soup that we tasted, one was with Wonton and the other one was regular veg type..both were good. No complaints. We ordered Drums of heaven which was recommended as the must try and it was really bad choice. It is nothing but simple chicken lollipop, with nothing special in it. Tried Fish cake/pork fried rice and few others that were also must try by the Restaurant itself...nothing made a difference .. they were all simple food mostly like any other Chinese food from any other local Chinese restaurants..This restaurant didnt live up to the expectations that it created..not worth.
A good restaurant with tasty, flavourful food. Ambience was ok. Not overpriced. The quantity was excellent.
One of my favourite Chinese restaurants! It used to be a regular choice for dinner in the pre pandemic times. Went there after ages and had spicy fish cakes which were spicy true to the name. Mandarin special fried rice is a favourite and I love the fact that its not overly oily like it tends to be in many Chinese restaurants. The highlight though was the chicken red curry which had the best of Oriental flavours and hit the right spot with the lemon grass and basil. Was so happy to be back visiting Mandarin and would definitely go back for more
Food taste is very average.. quantity very very less... not value for money
My favourite Chinese joint so far in Bangalore, and one of my all-time favourite Chinese joints anywhere. Theres an old world feel to the food which takes me back to the Chinese food Id had as a child. The taste is to my liking, the quantities are filling. The ambience is calm and the staff is helpful. This would be among the first places Ill visit once the pandemic passes.
Chinese delicacies served perfect!Been there at least 10 times all for lunch as my work place is nearby. Though they take some time to get the food served, you will easily forget the wait time once you taste their food. Portion sizes are big and taste has been consistent.
Its good place, but few items needs improvement
Food and ambience is really nice...staff is really polite...
We ordered via swiggy from Bangalore Mandarin Indranagar for first time via order#107248014457 Got non veg chopsuey instead of veg... I am a vegetarian, what would I do with non veg food????? Also the veg noodles were so dry could not eat it alone.. Terrible experience... Seems like there are no checks and balances in place to check the food quality and what is being sent to the customer.. Thanks for spoiling my fathers day meal you suckers.. Will never order form you...
The food here is amazing especially for its price which i think is very fair they also have a lovely view of the road since they are on the third floor. If your planning on driving you will need to find parking either underground or on the adjacent street which isnt too far about 5-10 mins. Definitely worth a try if your in indiranagar way better then the other hakka places in that area.
Pretty disappointed with this place. We ordered veg manchow soup, egg burnt garlic fried rice, Buddha delight and Chilli pork. All of them were super bland and pretty taste less. It did not taste like Chinese at all!! The soup was super thick and had coriander in it, the pork was over coated and deep fried that it did not have any taste. The place is clean and well maintained and the service is great too. The pricing is pretty steep as compared to other places. Overall pretty dissatisfied!!
Bangalore Mandarin is a chinese food restaurant about 1km inside of the famous 100ft. road Indiranagar. The food is pretty average, but on the spicy side, the decor is chinese(obviously) and the lighting is amazing. The staff however needs some training as the place tries to position itself in the fine-dine category. We ordered -Vegetable Hot and Sour SoupLoaded with vegetables and served hot, just like its supposed to be.Mushroom in black pepperSomething different. Try at your own riskVeg Steam RiceVery averageVeg Singapore NoodlesNeeded to be cooked properly. Not recommendedVegetable in Hot and SourThe gravy and vegetables were not proportionate. The veggies lost to the gravy but a huge margin. The restaurant is a one time visit but not somewhere you would want to go over and over again. It has huge potential though but not utilising it properly, until nowService - 2/5Value for money - 3/5Food - 2/5Ambience - 4/5
Quantity and quality is very good. Super expensive
The place has a very good ambience....its on the 3rd floor.....difficult to find.....people here are very helpful...the waiter service is very good......The cost is on the higher side.....also the quality of food is also not upto the mark......according to the cost......its a chinese restaurant .....they have almost all the menu of chinese here.....the restaurant is also well decorated....
Authentic chinese food. We ordered veg manchow soup. The soup was great. The spring roll were fine. The noodles were fine as well. The ambiance is really good . Once you enter the hotel, there is chinese instrumental music being played. The lampshed and other decor makes you feel like you are in some chinese restaurant.
They make good prawn items here.
Amazing food, gud quantity & quick service.
Nice place for the families to go if looking for good Chinese cuisine. Manchow soup is actually very good and chilly fish as well.
Awesome Chinese food (though not truly authentic) that you get in Indiranagar. A lot of varieties on the menu. Mongolian chicken and drums of heaven are my personal favourites. Soups are also filling enough.
Best Chinese food in Indiranagar I would say. Loved this place for the ambience. Both noodles and soup I ordered was up to the mark.
Food - It features in top 13 chinese restaurants in India (ndtv)Seating - spacious and good for familyService - Quick and Consistent food preparationNegative - No parking available
Great food. Maybe slightly pricey but worth it. Hygiene on point.
Great taste, must visit..
Good options for people who likes chinese stuff around Indranagar area. The ambience is good. Ordered Hot & Sour soup, Kung Po chicken and schezwan mixed fried rice with no pork. Quantity is handful and worth trying out here.
This restaurant has been amazing. I had been here almost after a gap of 10 years, and the quality has not reduced a tad bit. Amazing food, great service. Precautions in place for pandemic.
Good food. Excellent service! Good for a nice leisurely lunch with friends :-)
Quite old restaurant. Indo Chinese cuisine. Very detailed menu. Lots of options. Budget friendly. Tried chicken Manchurian, mixed fried rice, basil fish and honey sesame prawns. Everything was decent. Good for a casual dine out. Change of taste. :) Do visit.
Good Chinese restaurant for both veg and nonveg dishes, excellent starters you get here.Burnt garlic fried rice is good.
As usual good food and great service.
Worst food. Service is very late.
Food is good, service is good.
Better place than most of the so called high-end expensive ones in Indiranagar, authentic food, wide variety of soups, appetizers, and everything else, great service, very clean, dust free as its on the 3rd floor unlike the roadside high-end places on 12th Main road Indiranagar
Great place for Chinese food in Indiranagar. Has an extensive menu of Chinese non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian fare. Do try the Mustard chicken chilly if you like mustard based dishes, found it heavenly. Decor and ambience is good. Try to get a table facing the street and enjoy the view along with your food. Parking is not an issue, you can park in the basement which is limited. However you can also park in the lane opposite to the place.
If you want Chinese food, this could be your safest destination in Indiranagar. I have been to this place almost every week once. They have good option for vegetarians also. Warm staff behaviour. Nice ambience. Worth the price.
If you are trying to reach this place looking at the reviews and taken your whole family to experience Chinese food, well you are in for disappointment. First you have make way through horrible pothhole ridden roads. Roads and pavements in this area are horrible! The restaurant entrance is across a poorly covered drain, find your way to lift and goto 3flr. Things inside are better but basic. The table runners had food spots, interior look ok but little dingy. But food service and tastes were good. Distancing is followed but cleaniless and freshness quotient leaves a lot desired. Food and service 4* but rest all single*
Veg chinese options are also good
Great cleanliness and great with following covid protocol. However have eaten better here before covid.
Good food at a descent price.. Quite Ambience..
Good Chinese food
This is our go to place whenever we crave for indo-chinese. Most of the dishes are very good. Excellent soups. Ambience is nice. Courteous staffs. However I feel very recently quality is deteriorated little bit. Please maintain old quality.
A great place to have really delicious Chinese food. A very discretely located place. One could easily miss it. The ambience is average but the food is to die for ! The only disadvantage is it has no parking and its a active tow away zone so better to go there by cab or autorickshaw.
Amazing pork..brilliant stuff...
Really loved the food. Tom yum is a must try .... Black pepper fish too.
Excellent place for an evening Chinese dinner
Never fails to satisfy... Loved it.. Great Staff
PLS DO NOT GET FOOD DELIVERED. They are sending stale food. They are not accepting their mistake !TWO person in my house have food poisoning
My most favourite in Bangalore so far. So reasonably priced compared to Dhaka, Bangladesh. A must visit in my every trip to BL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
A decent place to eat. Service and food was good. Ambiance is okay. Parking is available in the basement. The decor of the place is authentic and you will find these painting. Moderately priced. Very near to indiranagar metro station.
