Rating is given based on my experience in today’s visit, please note I have not made a purchase nor made a booking with blue Hyundai so far and this is my first visit.Buying a car for sure is not an everyday event for a customer, so it is important how you receive a customer and be at your best to make your first impression, which will for sure have an impact on the customer whether to continue or visit a different showroom. Staff here are courteous and helpful, lady at the front desk has asked right questions to understand what I am after and ensured I am assisted by a sales consultant (Mr. Roshan )who can help me further.What impressed me even more is, when I told I made an i20 booking in another showroom and I am here only to physically see the new i20 (Starry night) which was on display in this showroom, Mr. Rohan did continue explaining about the product without any attitude change and answered all the questions very politely.Overall I found Staff here are very professional, Well-lit ambience in the showroom, clean and hygiene (very imp during this time).

Worst experience of all the showrooms from which I have bought the cars. Not delivered on time. When called to enquire they dont respond properly. The sales person who took the order nor the manager respond. More than half the payment is made and they have not even given the receipt for that. If its getting delayed they do not inform, in contrary they keep on saying they will give tomorrow. I had booked before dussehra they promised to deliver by Vijaya dashami (30th October) after calling for several times now they say they will give by deepavali (16th November). The sales executive who booked order disappeared in thin air and he picked after 5-6 days of calling. If you cannot deliver dont make hoax promises, because of 1 showroom the name of hyundai in entirety will be besmirched.

No parking space available and the showroom is also small going by the standards of other Hyundai showroom. Service centre is also not available at the location.

These guys are amazing. They keep up their words/commitment. My car was delivered in time, gave good value for my old car. Their pre and especially post sales support is also very good. My involvement was with the following guys Mr. Lohith, Deepak, Balasubramanya, Abhishek.I liked the approach of these guys..Keep it up.

Had booked Creta SXO options car with Blue Hyundai , Laxman was the sales person who had come to my place for test drive and took the booking money, due to Wrong committeemen on delivery and pathetic response from him and showroom i canceled my booking.Now its more than 3 weeks i have not received my booking amount Even after putting 3-4 reminders on mail and sale person what’s up , no response till now. The josh and care that they show while booking the car will not be there while returning the amount and after sale service you can expect what kind of response customer will get. Very bad can say very pathetic experience with this sales person and this Agency. I m also going to take up with Hyundai cares and .... i will register a complaint in consumer court on this issue.

Very very bad experience, I booked a car on Sunday and paid the amount what they requested and Monday the next day when i reached their showroom to pay remaining amount they said that car is not available.This showroom staff highly inexperienced they dont know what they are selling, communication with the customer is worst. Dont know who is hiring these people.They say booking doest matter only people who pay full amount they will be given first preference. I think they should put a board at entrance at Blue Hyundai.

Not a great experience, I had first called them for a test drive for Verna AT, they initially promised a test drive on Saturday /Sunday and later said the vehicle is at other showroom. Later a week ago I walked in to the showroom and asked for a test drive. They scheduled the test drive for today and the sales person is not responding on phone.. This makes me think of ditching Hyundai as I have best response from all dealers of Maruthi..

Very bad experience, I booked a car and was said that car will be delivered in 10 days with white color. Later I got a call that white is not available and the car cant be delivered in 10 days. Due to this I had no option but to cancel with them but they asked me for a cancellation charge for an issue that is from their side. They are not able to deliver the vehicle but they charged me a cancellation charge. Sales agent Sagar Gowda doesnt pick call or reply on WhatsApp after getting the vehicle booking amount.Even no update from the email id mentioned below.Pathetic people.

I purchased the i20 Asta model from Blue Hyundai from New Bel Road, Bangalore in April 2018.They have shown immense interest up to the point of sale. I have good experience with sales team.I want recognize Ms. Sowmya - Customer executive ( Mysore Road ) on the regular follow ups and interaction with the customers. She is really customer manic.The only negative feed back from my end. They need to improve on the servicing and check ups

We had asked for test drive to my residence and they confirmed it to 100% and on the day when they were supposed to reach my place, they called up saying vehicle not available. And very irresponsible way of talking n banged the phone down without even asking for next available time. Completely unprofessional.

They cheat, they promise for everything gives nothing, while purchasing car but once your out of showroom no one helps poor sales people. I was told car is new but after two years I get to know they have had already registered the car in someone else’s name. I was shocked to listen from Hyundai customer care even RSA for towing car was expired before 2 Years, I was promised by sales guy that they had registered for fast track to move hassle free near toles but it was not done . I was told under cassi for anti rusting will b there by default but on third service I get to know it’s not done 😞 I wonder how people cheat

Staff does not seem to have good understanding of their product. You cant get a test drive immediately and they share the test drive vehicle with some other showroom on mysore road. I got a follow-up call after 3 months of first inquiry, by that time i had already bought a rapid. Never got the test drive by the way.

I contacted blue Hyundai through CarDekho for a car. Full liers, starting from features to variants every information they provided is false.

We bought a Hyundai Verna next gen in this showroom. Just 2 days after the test drive we confirmed the booking. But the salesman we got was quite irresponsible and was lacking relevant knowledge. He was so irresponsible that he forgot to register the car the relevant day and instead of delivering the number plate to us he just took it home and wasnt answering the call. The only reason Im giving 4stars is because of the manager. He was able to make it up for everything the salesman did to us. He explained so many features of the car which the sales failed to explain at the time of delivery and even delivered us the number plate at 11 in the night. So my advice is if youre interested in buying anything contact the manager first.
