I visited this place few years back, but I can still feel the ambience and taste of food of this place. This standard and quality of service here is unmatched. Quite brilliant in every aspect.

The ambience was good and presentation of food was excellent. Food was quite good too. But we did not have a good experience with the usher. She was not very friendly while assignning tables. She asked us wat table we wanted and wen we refused the low seating table she got annoyed and gave us a corner table. We sat there for sometime but it was such a bad location no fan and so cramped up . Then we requested her for a better seating she was quite rude and eventhough the place had lot of seatign options she was saving it for no idea whom. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Another one in the list of much-hyped places which do not justify the hype around them. Its located in UB city and thats pretty much the reason for which people come here. Mains options in Non veg were very limited, the service was okayish. The table we got wasnt properly lighted. Cocktails were good, food was a hit and miss. Presentation is good but the taste not so. Probably Covid has also impacted the vibe of the place. Badmaash seemed to be lit while this place seemed dead.

Okay place for hangout with friends. Average Menu, mostly old Indian snack food reincarnated in a modern format is served at higher price. Expected much better food and service from them. It was not value for money. When I entered nobody was there assist with table. And later one of them asked me to sit on a table which he cleared and cleaned in front of me but He did not even sanitise the table. It was shocking to see this amidst this pandemic situation.

The online menu system made it a blind date for us. It has only names and does not elaborate what the dish is about. There was a small wait time to get seated and water was also served a little late. But if the menu was more elaborate I would have given it a 4 star.Now coming to the food, taste was awesome. Most dishes were a WOW but a couple were just OK. Plating was awesome. Cocktails is where the menu blind date was more punitive to us. Some worked and some completely missed it for us.The stand outs were Bombay Bhel v2, pan tossed mushroom with walnut crunch, water chestnut kurma, Andhra chicken on thatte idly and whiskey sour.Bombay bhel was as you would expect it to taste.Pan tossed mushroom with walnut was a new taste that was YUM!!Water chestnut was also super tasty but if the chestnut would have been broken it would have had more spread on the taste. Reached at 7.30 PM for dinner on a rainy Sunday. Was told at the gate that the restaurant is closed for orders because the system has crashed in a quite rude manner.A couple of seconds later, another group and mine was asked to leave (this would mean walking at least 50 metres in heavy rain to reach the inside of UB City Galleria) because they wanted to clean the place. Nice. Tells a lot about the hospitality culture of the place in general :)If youre thinking of visiting this place, do yourself a favour and visit literally any other place there. Youll have a better time.

Giving One Extra Star just for the Music, Rest all was Horrific for the price.The Drinks we ordered were very overpriced, and Did not Like the taste at all,For starters we had Guntur Chicken, Double stuffed Mushrooms and paneer tacos,The Portion size was very small,And the food was Cold even in dine-in.Wont recommend for food, just okay in ambiance too.

Farzi cafe has been known for its presentation of the food. They make everything look very different and they also do not compromise on the taste. The ambience is good and they staff are very friendly and professional. The music is good and makes you burn the dance floor but there is no dance floor. They also have nice dining area for the family if you donot want sit near the bar. The desserts stand out and I would suggest you try all of them. I would recommend to everyone who can wanna try something different.

PATHETIC is an understatement for the kind of service this place offers. In the name of social distancing there is ABSOLUTELY not service except that the food is brought to your table after a long wait post you place your order. I am sure Farzi is definitely one of such brands.After hearing about the safety measures at Farzi, I could hardly wait to pay a visit and relish their food. Before you enter Farzi, mask and Aarogya setu app are mandatory from your end. At the entrance you will find a stand with sanitiser. Once you are done with sanitisation ,you can get your temperature checked and they will record your temperature in a register. Another thing that’s absolutely unique to Farzi is the temperature badges of staff and Chef. They monitor the temperature of all the staff and enter it on their batch at regular time intervals.You will notice a QR code placed on each table which you can scan to access the menu, place an order and make your payment. All these 3 steps are completely digitalised and absolutely contactless. Plates and cutlery on the table are packed. Coming to the food, I had started my meal with their delicious Golgappa platter. Twice in last seven days. So I have to share for greater good, the level of poor service we have experienced. Even good food becomes bad if quality of service is bad. I thought food could have been better of served in time. Worse is the laxkscidical attitude of service. Sat lunch they messed up my order, was shocked when they suggested the wring dish is tasty too and then took them n reminders too get the food in some 40 minutes. Gave ine more shot following Thursday evening. Well attitude does not change overnight. Same not interested kind. I spoke with restaurant manger Ram Babu, such a lousy guy to be in customer orientation business. Instant excuses galore. It pains me to see how a good concept can also be destroyed. Hope u course correct, improve and become a brand to reckon with.

Its just over rated I felt since its location in UB City Mall. What ever beer my friend asked it was not there. My drink was vodka based but all I could taste was passion fruit. Food was good, names are fancy but dishes are regular ones. One of the prawns we tried had the gun powder which we put on idli. I was like what I am paying so much for.. oh yes the mall 😉.

The creative and dramatic presentation of food in this place left me dazzled and impressed the first time. And the food too impressed me. In subsequent 2 visits the novelty had worn out and the bill did not justify the food and service quality. Across visits , wait time for the waiter is way more than you expect in such a dining place. Purely on the basis of food rating is slightly above average. Full marks for curating a very interesting menu with almost all items with a twist. I have ordered a finely chopped mushroom starter , Paneer gravy ( beautifully presented, see pic) and breads and rice. Nothing much to write about the food really . Seats are well spaced out. Staff at the front desk are sharp and seat you in an orderly matter. After that , you are just left waiting and waiting. Happened twice :)

Extremely disappointed with the maitainence.Recently been to one of their parties, and entering inside the cafe was a mess. People were surrounding the cafe in huge crowd, pushing eachother, stamping eachothers shoes, there was hardly any distance b/w the guy in front of you or the guy behind, literally everyone were sandwiched!! one of the lady actually puked in the crowd, and it was so badly maintained that, forget the que, people stamped the puke and rushed to get inside the cafe. I didnt except this from a well know cafe like FARZI for sure!!No covid protocol maintained either, while getting in; no ones checking your temp, giving you hand-sanitizer, lol whats the point in mentioning all that, when ppl are crowded like houseflies and that all bouncers are concerned about is pushing the crowd back, and letting them in only after charging them, forget guest list, even if you are ready pay, theres hardly any space for you to stand and breathe while you do so.Also, giving a little more details on this, why there was a huge crowd; cause Farzid announced free stag entry till 6:00 and ppl were waiting outside the cafe since 5:45 or so, to avail their so called free entry, meanwhile bouncers literally didnt allow any one to enter untill 6:40 around, Marketing done right:)All am tryna stress on is, do whatever with your marketing plan, charge ppl or dont,but when you know that theres such a huge crowd waiting to get inside your cafe, ISNT it your responsibility to make sure, theres atleast a que maintained? and covid protocols arent a new thing anymore are they? and that ppl arent acting like animals just to get in the place?

If you want to see kuthhu porota as a continental dish them this is the place for you. menu will be quite normal with our local known dishes but the way when they bring food to our table it makes us think twice about what we ordered. the presentation of deserts are marvellous. nice place to grab a drink and have a chit chat with friends

Recently I visited Farzi Cafe place for lunch. I liked this place and the ambiance. The out side sitting is the one which I liked most as you will have good view of surrounding as it is in UB city. Food wise, its tasty. I personally liked the way they bring the food in small truck and cycle. Kids will enjoy watching these tiny vehicles. The one thing which you must try, if you love sweet, Gulab jammun. Along with tasty gulabjammun,their serving style is also good

Amazing place, had been there on last Monday with some friends and the restaurant was so good and the ambiance aswell , the best part was its hospitality specially the staff they are polite especially the person called Himanshu, such a nice guy, he has suggested some good stuffs which turned amazing. And the music was just decent and the lighting was not good enough.When it come to food the way they present the food was so good, they surprised us with some innovative dishes and their presentation. tried so many dishes of their menu, loved their crispy Panner tacos and some Mutton dishes which was so delicious and they have an authentic touch that makes their recipe delicious. The food was so delicious and the desserts which they Serve was so amazing especially the gulab jamoon and rasmalai the gulab jamoon was served with frozen Malai and with liquid nitrogen and the rasmalai was so yummy overall its a good place. And they have a different dessert called Parle-G cheese cake, if you are cheese lover you will fall in love with that dessert for sure.. overall we liked it very much! ☺️@farzicafe keep up the good work..😊👍🏽

This is one place that Ive been hearing rave reviews about for a while and I was really excited to visit it. However I was quite disappointed with the food and the drinks. The ambience is decent and the main highlight is the tent/majlis like seating area but thats only for larger groups and you need to request a seating in advance to get it because of the demand.In terms of food, the place had an identity crisis. At times it tries to be a traditional Indian cuisine serving cafe while at other times it tries to be an expert at food fusion and at other times it tries to be Italian or one of the other international cuisines. Nothing works.Food is presented in a unique way but nothing tastes good. Most of the things we tried were not up to the mark and many things has a similar underlying taste too. The food quantity is also very small.Service is quick and courteous which is the only good thing I can say about the place. Price wise too it is over the top for what you get.

Loved the whole fusion concept!The plating is really impressiveMusic is to really good.The quantity of the food could be better but other than that it tasted quiet good.The donne biryani ,Peshawar paneer tikka,Jalfrezi lasagna paneer crisp,Vadapav farzified , Dal chawal aranciniThey all tasted pretty good. Ambiance is livelyUB city is known for restaurants having lively ambiance .Music is known for ♥️Would recommend to others, really impressive plating.

Decent place. Not the worst. But a few caveats which make the dining experience not be as smooth.I went there for a late lunch at around 3:00 PM. The cafe was full with just one table left. The place had high-chair tables or comfortable seating in the middle and towards the far end.Wouldnt recommend high-chair tables due to the lack of space to keep everyones. If youre going with more than 2 people, prepare to adjust for space between each other.The food plating is phenomenal. The dishes look good. But it ends there. The taste is ok. Nothing extraordinary. I had the Farzi Fried Chicken which was served with chips in a toy truck.The mocktail which I had, Strawberry Lemonade was good. Would recommend. A good variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available.The service is ok. Took 15-20 mins for the drinks to arrive and additional 5 mins for my dish. As a person with less appetite, the dish was filling.

Great food and service. We tried things I have never seen in other places. Attention was great. You guys did not have 5 starts for one reason: you dont have coffee! Other than that, great.

Service is super quick, and food is tasty and is plated very well. Service is always with a smile, with nice ambience to catch up with a friend or host informal brunches. A great experience, all in all.

Great ambience ,we’re expecting them to play house n trance that evening however they played hip hop all through the evening.Nevertheless we had a great place to catch up with friends and chat upNot to forget , the food was delicious .

The food is delicious! Their Jalfarezi Lasgna and Dal Chawal pakode are the showstoppers. And you should definitely try Parle-G Cheesecake.

Place is not family friendly. Made the mistake of visiting with a kid and grandparents. Service is slow, billing is faulty, menu has nothing attractive, dish portions are very small, food is quite average and ambience is loud and forgettable. Perhaps if you are half drunk visiting for a late night outing with your friend/partner you might like the place.

This place is located in UB City.. an upscale bar n restaurant to relax and have good food.Liked the menu here both for food and drinks.. its very different.Food options are cool and names quite funny but tastes really yum.Must appreciate the presentation of the food and beverages.Service is good and ambience is nice.Can try Bombay bhel which is quite different..Attaching some pics

A good spot to grab some Indian food inside UB City. This place has a lot of seating both indoor and outside though it looks quite small at first.The food was very good. The vada pav was by far my most favourite dish of the evening followed by the Paneer main course. The only let down was the beef which did not taste that great at all. The pallet cleansers were also all interesting and made the waiting for the food a little more fun. The ambience is quite romantic and can be a good place for a date.The staff were all super courteous and great at what they do.All in all a good experience here.

FARZI THE WORD ITSELF DEFINES. PATHETIC SERVICE AND FOOD. THE RESTAURANT ISNT PLANNED FOR SPECIAL OCASSION. I HAD BOOKED THE TABLE ONLINE. WHILE WHEN WE LANDED THE STAFF WAS CLUELESS. WELL I WAS THERE FOR MY BIRTHDAY ALONG WITH 6 FRIENDS NO STAFF WAS THERE TO ATTEND OUR TABLE. FOOD WAS OK NOTHING GREAT ABOUT IT. I WOULD NEVER VISIT AGAIN NEITHER RECOMMEND ANYONE. NOT WORTH SPENDING 10K. DISASTER EXPERIENCE.
