First when I booked services online no one reached out. Then when I called they said everything was full and they dint receive my reservation even though I got a mail. Finally they mapped to another location. I went all the way there.The woman cutting my hair was in such a rush. She cut my hair too short even though I told her not to. I told her what I wanted but she refused to listen and did what she felt was good and then said shes trying to make my hair look thick and that she felt it looked good. She just refused to listen.

Richa did a good job with the haircut. Was very friendly and nice to talk with.

Absolutely hated the experience. I specifically told the staff, her name is Richa and shes supposed to be good, I told her not to cut my hair short, I had long hair. She did exactly the opposite. I was extremely upset and she kept joking about it.

A special mention to the hairstylist , she was extremely gentle and did a very good job. She recommended styles that actually suites my fave structure ! Her name is Richa !

Reached the salon building at 10.30 am. Watchman in the basement was fast asleep. Woke him up and asked him if the salon was open as I had to climb a staircase. He replied that the salon had not yet opened as he does not see the managers two wheeler parked near him. I replied to go up and check otherwise I had to leave. He went up and checked, came back and said that the salon is open. Then I took the steps and reached the salon to be told that the hairstylist is on sick leave and no other person there can cut hair. So I got pedicure and manicure done which I was happy about the service.

Stylist Richa was simply awesome, she is very friendly and informative … hospitality is good at the saloon and it’s clean and maintained well

Had a good manicure experience with Sridevi too.Cleanliness wise the salon should improve the mani/padi area, equipment and seating. Services wise, hair services can really be improved. Although for value-for-money mani/padi and waxing I highly recommend it.

I had gone here for facial, waxing, hairspa and haircut. Facial and waxing was done by Savitha maam who was extremely careful with my sensitive skin. She did everything professionally. Haircut and hairspa was done by Yutan who was also friendly and professional. I loved the haircut. Both of them took good care of my skin and hair. I would definitely come here to avail their services.

I went for the eyebrow, upper lips and waxing. I had very bad experience with the upper lips, this place only allows to do it with wax and no threading. My upper lip skin is ripped off with the wax and there are cuts on my skin. Total disaster, am scared to get the mark on that area. Will never visit this place again.

The service was great. Precautions taken during Corona was very good. Mrs Savita was very nice, i got threading and waxing done from her and she was very friendly and helpful.

Worst worst worst experience ever if u want to waste your money go here.....!!!!!terrible!!! Waxing done here is worst than any local beauty parlour.....she used expired wax on my nails for menicure and when informed the staff neglected and dint take any effort to evn appologise!!!!unhygenic!!!!!!!

First impression is the last impression,its true.Had a great experienced for the first visit in YLG Cambridge Layout.subodh has done ✅ wonderful job.i just went there for a haircut but he checked my hair first and he suggested me a hair spa.actually my hair was so dry but after that spa it turned out to very smooth and I really love it now and he added nyc haircut too.All over my experience in YLG was fabulous from all side safety, hygienic, beautiful environment and professional.

During this pandemic, most of us are skeptical to go to the salon. After a lot of searching for a safe salon I ended up picking YLG. It did not fail my expectation. From the very start to the end they were concerned about my safety and made me feel comfortable with everything they did. The extra precautions that they had to take during the pandemic did not let them compromise on the service. The service was at its best. These two ladies - Savitha and Richa at the store have done a fabulous job giving me exactly what I needed! A big shout out and thank you to the two of them !!
