Very good place

This is my 2nd time booking of ipark residency. hotel is very good at much affordable price. staff behavior is also very polite. lift available. room and toilet very clean. clean bed linen, towel, all provided at the room. room has telephone for reception as well as local restaurant.

Nice hotel, restaurant in roof top, price is good, but no room service available, this can make you unhappy because every time you have to ask them to clean the room and toilet, change the bedsheets or pillow cover then only they can do. Need to improve this facility immediately.

Stay was good. Staff was fine. It was easy to access the location. I didnt tried any food option over there.

This well and cheapest hotel. Every thing is well and good but this hotel dont have fooding facilitys. The environment of outside of this hotel is very bed. Every where You can smell dirty garwage. Its like the dumping area. There are many chiken and motton shop sourrunding of this hotel. So every time you have to saw it and smell this irritating 😡 smell.

This is one of the best hotel for travelers,couple and for family also.Hotel Manager is also a great and good person. He always ready for helps his customers.He behavious is like your family member.Overall this is best place for everyone.

Hotel room was good but no services like room service..cleanliness not done daily..if u ask than they will do slowly as per their time.they dont provide towel shop or drinking water in room...primarily no room service...

Decent hotel, clean rooms, comfy bedding and sumptuous food. Couldnt come cheaper.! The staff was ever courteous. Nimhans is a walk away, so if are planning to visit nimhans book this place.

Bathroom /washroom condition is very bad..no differnt urinal.. Bathrooms main water tap & basin tap r not working.. Despite these problms other facilites r very...bed room & dinning r very good..

Food facility was not there. Stay was good, but rooms were very small according to the price we paid.

We had pathetic service and experience.. Room was having a weird cigarette smell and was suffocating...
