Worse ever service. Have to wait very long for everything.1. Fasting for 12 hours and had to wait for 30 minutes standing on the line just to get registered. Could have just given a number or token and ask customers to sit and wait.2. There is no token number for people to do Ultrasound or TMT. You have to shout at them to get yours done. If not they just ignore you.This is not my 1st time experience here. Came back again to give them a benefit of doubt but decided not to come here again. I was so close of stepping out without completing my test.

We have been doing all our tests from this centre, where Mr. Joel always comes to our home to collect samples. On this specific instance, when we had to get a test report in 12 hours, he himself stayed awake till mid-night to ensure we got the report on time, even with a huge rush. Appreciate it very much!!

Recently got health check up. I feel package is Costly and we can get same even in good and better Hospitals.As part of package they say Dental, ENT, Dietitian but no one will be available. Even they will not mention and when we ask them, they will ask us to go to other Apollo clinic.ENT was bad experience. Even he will not give time to sit. Just see ear and say that it as part of package. ENT is Ear Nose Throat. If just Ear better remove from package.Very difficult to hear general Physician Dr Jagadeesh. Very low voice.No lady doctor for Ultrasound scanning. It will be embrasing for women.Sometimes I feel, if we say part of Master Health check up, doctors feel as if they are doing free service even though we pay lot of money.No proper communication. After each test we need to follow for next test.Only good part is with the person (Joseph) who comes to collect blood samples and Cardiac doctor Dibyendu sir for detailed explanation.

I have been getting all my tests done from Apollo clinic Sarjapur for a long time now. They are always quick to respond and promptly provide test results. Joseph, who works there, in particular is a very reliable and efficient employee who does his job very diligently. You will have no regrets.

Covid-19 vaccination center. Very easy process. Enough seating arrangement. Vaccination room was spacious and well lit.

Covid 19 vaccine process very poorly organised. Waited over 45 minutes with crowds increasing and no vaccination being done for covishield.The registration and payment process was quick...but after that there was nothing happening. Assigned time slots not adhered to at all.

Went for corporate sponsored full check up. And my experience was really bad. Staff does not care about helping customers with where to go, what to do, etc. Everytime I had to go the reception to ask, and the whole process took 5-6 hrs. Staff does not care about communicating once the reports are ready. When I called for booking an appointment for consultation, they were very rude and just told come at 12:30pm on Monday, without even checking any schedules/ calendar!

I had nice experience with Apollo clinic Sarjapur road for getting the RTPCR test done on time. Mr. Joseph visited my home and followed all the safety protocols while collecting the sample. He was also very kind enough to follow it up and get me the results in 24 hours. I highly recommend contacting Joseph for getting the RTPCR done through Apollo clinic.

No proper arrangements for vaccination. Queue was present till main road. No proper sitting arrangements.

Excellent doctors, but clinic loots money on vaccines. They charge 50/- above MRP on each vaccine and say it is handling charges. They bill it as price of vaccine (MRP + 50/-) with out showing them as charges which is a crime. Go to any other clinic or medical shop you get 10% discount on MRP. Stay away dont get looted.

Dr .Shekhar is undoubtedly one of the best doctors . Myself and my family have been his regular patients over a decade now. Besides his excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge,What stands out is his behaviour,patience, his calm demeanour and the personal human touch which is very rare to find in other doctors,now a days. The high no. Of patients he has on a daily basis stands testimony to the fact why patients choose him .Often ,he is the last doctor to leave the clinic beyond the regular working hours, making sure he treats all the patients for the day . Recently i visited for a dental checkup since i was having severe pain in lower jaw. Special thanks to Dr. Manasi, as she is very caring and helpful. She has done all that takes to give right treatment and made sure that I return with smile without any pain. Support staff is also very co-operative and decent. Keep it up.

Very expensive for tests and place not maintained well for Covid standard. Saw couple of patients and staffs (with uniform) not wearing mask. No sanitization or temperature check done at entry.

Recently we had to do multiple tests at home . We had availed home sample collection service by Apollo Sarjapur Clinic which was serviced by their lab technician Joseph. I must say that he did great job, took every possible precaution while at home visit, with PPE Kit, Gloves and proper sanitization. He was punctual, soft spoken explained everything and took our samples with precautions. I would always recommend their home sample collection service.

Apollo Clinic, Sarjapur Road, has a very dedicated team of front office support, they are the brand ambassador’s, available to support you in every way. Was recently struggling with Covid, the support extended by Sudha and team, took of lot of pressure of coordinating for the tests, getting reports on time, paying online, getting the doctor on video call, everything was made so easy. During my hospitalisation also the team supported with all the documents I needed. Really customer service at its best, this becomes valuable when the patient at the other end is distressed and looks for empathy & support. Horrible experience. First there is no parking as it is located above Pai Electronics shop it becomes very difficult to find a parking spot. I visited the hospital a few weeks back and it became a lot more of hell for me and my wife to enter itself as an ola cab driver parked the cab exactly in front of the entry gate (anyways no exit gate is there, one gate only for entry and exit). Cab driver parked there to drop some folks in the next building but to surprise i was standing besides his car and waited for a few moments so that hell move the cab in next few mins but he didnt moved it. Later when i honked to be able to park and meet the doctor on time, the cab driver came out along with one more elderly person and started yelling and abusing me in front of my wife. It was really very embarrassing. Wait more is to come, when i condemned this behavior of theirs it came back with more fire. I and my wife were standing alone and around 20 people from road and Pai shop were just watching them abuse us and harass on a busy road. We tried to leave after the argument but while we were to step to the first floor the elderly person came behind us and tried to beat me, to my surprise a North Indian guy came in and tried to calm the things. But what really disturbed me is that even after seeing that they both were doing wrong abusing us people around us just watched it happen. Strongly oppose this hospital and its authorities as even after mentioning to the hospital authorities nothing helped or improved. It is still the same chaos out there. There is no security guard from the hospital looking after all this mess.Even medical service in the hospital are not very up to the mark.Suggestion - do not visit this hospital. Medical services are not that excellent and you might end up in unnecessary quarrel and if you do no know Kannada then be careful you might hear a few silly things like go back to from where you came and this is Karnataka and all the silly things.Just remember that we are in India, move forward and look for a nice hospital.

Customer care is too worst.. They dont pickup and respond properly.. People go to hospital due to urgency.. In such cases if they cant respond what is the point of having these facilities.. They should improve a lot.. Advertising is not the solution.. Make your system proper...

I had gone for the annual health checkup on 20th Mar. The appointment was scheduled at 8:00 AM and reached on time. The was only 1 staff member and it took almost 1.5 hours to even register and half an hour thereafter to start the first test. Highly mismanaged set up and understaffed.

Apollo Clinic Sarjapura overcharging patients with 100 INR in the name of Admin Charges. When asked the billing person said this is due to Covid situation. Apollo is it a valid justification? What a lame reason to rip off the patients. This is a question on your integrity, shame on you.

The staff sitting in the front desk are not customer friendly and also I felt they are incompetent.They dont have basic knowledge about the type of blood tests and when it should be done to get the accurate results.Not worth for the money and your precious time. Better to stay away if you have option.I am really wondering, how come they got overall 4 star rating for this kind of service.

Had a very very bad experience with Apollo. My father in law was having dengue ,after giving blood around 2 PM yesterday when we called up customer care around 7 30 PM,they told report is ready but they are not allowed to share it, then they have asked us to call around 8 am next day. When we called at 8 Am they again made us wait for another 2 hours post that we received the report. The Apollo customer care took it too easy in an emergency situation. We had to check the platelets count and there was no way we could do that without the report. There was no quick response from their side even after calling customer care a number of times.

The staff was quite helpful and friendly even in lockdown they arranged the doctor through videocall and doctor also she listened carefully and gave genuine consultation satisfied with the service.

This is to the management...On the bill you print that consultation is valid for 7days.Doctor asked us to come regularly for follow-ups to check the baby health condition. We were surprised when we were charged for third day. When we asked for the reason, Statement from the bill counter is that it is valid for only one follow up. And need to pay from the second follow up onwards.. Which is no where mentioned in the bill like valid for only one follow up.When doctors wanted follow-up to take care of the patients and promoting the apollo brand name why are you charging for follow-ups during the validity period?Suggestion is please do not charge for the follow-ups during the validity period

Went there for complete health checkup. My organization has tie up with Apollo. This is close to my home and hence opted for it.Few points---Staff is courteous. They help a lot.The wait time is less for sample collection as well as billing.I was informed well of what is required.General consultation was good.I had no issues overall.

************************BEWARE******************Never ever believe the appointments given by front desk. Neither doctor nor timings They are trained to say yes to your questions on any doctor any timings. Happened with me 3 times.First time thought its a mistake, second time I thought its a coincidence and then understood that its a trick to not loose patients. Once you reach front desk will do a screening and say sorry sir Dr x is not available but Dr. Y is available. And you wont think of going anywhere else in that situation given the traffic and illness. If you do not believe me give it a try by yourself. Do not waste your money or precious time here is what Id recommend.

Its a horrible experience. Went to a orthopedian n meet got over in 5 minutes. The doctor was directly suggesting for MRI scanning for my Knee not even checking correctly. The funniest topic is that when I said I have shoulder pain as well Dr suggesting it will be cured if you get your knee MRI done. Later was asking which company do you work for. Then get the MRI from their suggested hospital only. Dr. Bhandari thank you so much. I will never visit APOLLO N you. I came for an issue where I am having pain in shoulder n knee, the being a Dr. you should be knowing there should be some medicine given to reduce the pain n you are asking me that do you need medicine. Pathetic experience. People please dont go here Sarjapur road Apollo clinic.

Place was neat and clean. Had appointment at 8am. When reached there we were informed that doctor is available only at 9am. We had some tests to do so we did those and waited. Communication need to improve and set expectation correct. Staff were friendly and helpful.
