Please do not even think of joining or being affiliated with RCI. All the ones with the negative reviews are true to the best of any members knowledge and you would be better off booking on your own in a much more convenient place at half the price of what those guys tell you to book

These people are fleecing us by lucrative deals and sweet talks. My experience is the worst. Had to cancel a vacation booked in April due to Covid. They said they wont refund the amount but it will be utilized in my next vacation. Its hardly 6 months and they are calling me daily 4 to 5 times a day to book a new vacation. With putting extra money of course. Here we are trying to survive day to day and these people are bullying us by threatening the amount paid will be lost. My word of caution pl dont fall in these traps.

This is the biggest fraud company, dont invest your hard earned money here. we have booked one holiday for May 2020 which due to covid has been cancelled, they called again and we booked Goa for september, which we cancelled due to covid and they deducted 30% 0f our money. we thought its ok, then they started calling again that before 30th September book somewhere otherwise your entire money will be gone. its like my money and im not getting the resort of my choice and date. which ever resort i wanted to book either it was too expensive or it was sold out. then we booked Club Mahindra Gir. Now after 2 days when i went to book Jungle Safari thru Gujarat Govt website the pop comes that child below 10 years are not allowed on Jungle Safari. This information RCI has not given and now from last 15 days i hv sent 100 emails to them, calling them daily. I even called the club mahindra resort and generally asked the receptionist and he confirmed that below 10 kids are not allowed. My money is stuck again and if i will cancel they will again deduct 30%. Worst experience, please dont invest single penny on them.

FRAUD ALERTWorst Company. They never resolve your issue if you are facing a problem.They promised me about refund of a hotel in 45 days and assured me that i will surely get it back.When i asked them about evidence,they told me not to worry as they record all the calls.So i booked holiday in some other country considering that i will get my refund back.Now they are denying for having any of my above mentioned conversation and are not willing to refund my 60000 Rs back.I have always recommended RCI to my friend but now after such experience i would sayDONT EVER BOOK A HOLIDAY from themTHEY ARE FRAUDS.

We have booked Resorts through RCI in Andaman and the trip got cancelled because of COVID. RCI is refusing to pay our money back even after the Government asked them to refund the amount. I recommend be cautious.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. They fish customers by FALSE PROMISES just to pocket their hard earned money. My retired parents were duped by their sales pitch and signed up for the RCI membership. Paid ₹51,000 as first of three installments. They were promised that they can stay for 7 nights for free in a year at any RCI affiliated hotels worldwide. This sounds to be too good to be true, and thats what it is... ITS A BLATANT LIE. When they wanted to book a hotel for vacation, their reply always was that all the hotels in the city are full. The only hotels that are available are the ones which are in the middle of nowhere and nobody with a sane mind would stay there. In short... THIS MEMBERSHIP IS A TOTAL LOOT. They were also promised that the membership can be cancelled at anytime with full refund. When my parents asked for cancellation and refund, RCI is demanding 60% of the total membership fee as cancellation charge. RCI AND DAIWIK HOTELS ARE A TOTAL SCAM... DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES... STAY AWAY.

Friends be prepared for a last minute holiday week cancellation by Rci as has happened with me costing big in air ticket rescheduling

Worst company , worst service, worst people. Never buy membership of this company.I had taken........repenting.very bad experience in malaysia. very hardly got place in awana resort at genting highland. We had been given room at place where there was no service. Not even water....nothing. On asking hotel management they reply.....your travel partner rci has agreed to these terms and your room has no service. Even if i want water i have to go out and buy from store.Rci want only money, after that they will not reply to any querry.Very bad experience. I have given 1 star but hope could give negative stars

Hey people.I am from Bangalore.This company hrs should be changed.I m experienced in voice project and also worked as team lead and also a business development manger for international projects.This hr of domestic company tells me I have read a story like a Robot.But HR English is like a... Whatever.People if you go for interview here please make sure you have to read like a robot or carry a robot with you who can speakCompany is good but HRs need to be changed.

So far the best place Ive visited and the company is a pretty good and decently maintained, go green policy covered office with polite and courteous staff
